We obey all the commandments in the bible, and we do not idioze the day, there is only one day blessed and sanctified, the seventh day, like what our mother said , we keep the sabbath because it is a delight and not to be saved. The month, or one complete orbit around the earth is only 1/10,000th of a day different than that of NASA calculations. The Creator’s New Year (Nisan 1) is the first New Moon following the Spring Equinox (Vernal Equinox). All of GOD’s holy days use this Moon-Sun (Lunar-Solar, or LuniSolar) calendar. He uses it, so should we. We don't need pagan planetary calendars, or those of the papacy and Jesuits. 🙏
4:53 It's all clear. The Sabbath-keeping is not the ultimate requirement for salvation like many SDA pastors preach. Telling the people that they should do this and that in order to be saved is a big blasphemy to Christ's death and crucifixion. Acts 15:10 "Now then, why do you try to test God by putting on the necks of Gentiles a yoke that neither we nor our ancestors have been able to bear?" With the SDA's salvation by works belief, they are putting yokes that are unbearable to most of their members. Pastor Ted, I respectfully disagree to your teaching in Gen2:2-3. -Your exposition seems plausible in the surface but have many deficiencies; God blessed and not commanded. Nowhere was it dogmatically define or assert to a commandment or even stated that each succeeding seven was to be a rest day for God or man. .....Think about it man had only been created only the day before and needed no rest from labor because man has done no work besides we can show in Isa40:28 that God did not become weary and he never took his rest on the subsequent seven-day Sabbath’s besides the word Sabbath does not occur even one time in the book of Genesis. Did you not know have you not heard that Yahweh is the Elohim of the Aeon the creator of the uttermost regions of the earth land? He does not become weary or tired. ..... Our Lord was challenged by the Pharisees and He referred to John5:17 saying my Father works till now so do even I which was uttered on the Sabbath day. So, clearly God was working on the later Sabbath as was the Son and that’s why often the Pharisees wanted to kill Him. .....further, If there is a Sabbath law commandment God commanded and if the law is transgressed,where is the punishment mentioned in Genesis.? There is no verse that tells us that the day of rest was changed it remains the seventh day of the week. We obey the 4th commandment as such as we obey the rest. God bless you

The book of Genesis states that aGod rested on the seventh day. “Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy”. In those days the calendar we use was not in use. Sunday could be the 7th day if we start on Monday. Nowhere in the Bible does it say the Sabbath is Saturday.

Take your wife from a calendar recording Sunday as the first day of the week and Saturday as the seventh day of the week. Read through Luke 23:52-56 to Luke 24:1 and you will see the order of persecution week thus: Friday/preparation day also called Good Friday, the Sabbath/Saturday then the first day of the week which is Sunday known commonly as Easter Sunday

On the Sabbath, Jesus rested in the tomb, as He had always done during His lifetime on earth, in fact as He did at the end of Creation week! The Bible has always preserved and protected the seventh day Sabbath.

✌You know, Yahuwah created the Solar-Lunar calendar at Creation, and both the sun AND moon are used to determine Sabbaths and Feast days (Gen 1:14-18). The "sun" kept track of the days and years, the "moon” determines weeks and months. It's astonishing how precise Yahuwah's calendar is. Very precise and elegant, indeed! The month, or one complete orbit around the earth is only 1/10,000th of a day different than that of NASA calculations.

With the SDA's salvation by works belief, they are putting yokes that are unbearable to most of their members. No Sabbath loving person ever says that the Sabbath is a requirement for salvation- let alone “an absolute requirement for salvation.” Only the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the Cross can cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We love the seventh day Sabbath because God gave it to us as a day that remains “blessed and sanctified” forever. No person or church can ever change this fact.

The weekly Sabbath is first seen in exodus 16, not Genesis 2. The 7th day is NOT the same as the Sabbath. THE Sabbath commemorates the 7th Day. Exodus 20 says God blessed the Sabbath. Jesus said the Sabbath was made for man. But Genesis 2 has nothing to do with man... however, the weekly sabbath does.

If the Bible said to keep Thursday then I would. The 10 commandments are FOUND in the old Testament.

The OT was all that Messiah and the Apostles had to quote from. The NT didn’t exist.
I’m not an SDA. However, observing Shabbat (the Sabbath) is a command we as believers should obey if we love Him.

That simply is not true.SDA's highlight the testimony of Jesus and this same Jesus had custom to worship on the seventh day Sabbath.
@@alfredryan5893 Jesus was born a Jew . Every one was born under the law at that time . God created the New Testament for a reason . It's the new covenant . So I stand by Colossians 2 :16 . It's fine to keep the Sabbath but it doesn't count towards your salvation like EGW said .

-Your exposition seems plausible in the surface but have many deficiencies; God blessed and not commanded. Nowhere was it dogmatically define or assert to a commandment or even stated that each succeeding seven was to be a rest day for God or man.
.....Think about it man had only been created only the day before and needed no rest from labor because man has done no work besides we can show in Isa40:28 that God did not become weary and he never took his rest on the subsequent seven-day Sabbath’s besides the word Sabbath does not occur even one time in the book of Genesis. Did you not know have you not heard that Yahweh is the Elohim of the Aeon the creator of the uttermost regions of the earth land? He does not become weary or tired.
..... Our Lord was challenged by the Pharisees and He referred to John5:17 saying my Father works till now so do even I which was uttered on the Sabbath day. So, clearly God was working on the later Sabbath as was the Son and that’s why often the Pharisees wanted to kill Him.
