I'm not sure about Hell Ember using aladdin skin will make his attack range shorter. It's maybe just a bug. Try to use that skin in custom and test it next time. On not moving survivor. Not just like that forward. Because in game sometimes we had crazy bug where you supposed to hit the survivor but it's not. It happens to me sometimes XD
I think the case of skin HE of aladdin is similar with the case of the perfumer's skin which is moon maiden back then. I think the main reason is about the patch note itself. It is not ready yet to implemented in game (as we can see, we can not see the intro animation in the character before we got the skin). That's why the bug will occur. Back then the moon maiden lost of the perfumer's voice even the cipher machine's sound. That's why I think both of the skin has similar problem but different bug.

Ok, so here’s something I came across as Minds Eye. I called it the spotlight glitch, and it allows the Minds Eye to keep a window of vision even when doing something. The way you activate this is by striking. Then, as long as you do this before her vision fades, you crouch and she will have vision that is the same as her walking or running. The only actions you can’t do is walk or run, it seems that doing either one resets it. I know crouching isn’t always ideal, but it is nice to still see a little bit when decoding or opening the gate.
I think I've seen someone did this, that player left an illusion when he felt the hunter is near. The illusion looks like a normal character who is still decoding the cipher. When the hunter hit it, the illusion gradually disappeared. 😂😂 But I do not think it counts as decoding. I'm not sure tho so I hope this gets included in the next part of the myth buster series.

1. Yes 2. No 3. Yes 4. Depending on the order: if you stun the hunter with flare gun first then pallet, the stun time for pallet will be in effect only. If you stun with pallet first followed by flare gun, the flare gun’s stun will be in effect only. There can’t really be the “same time,” either one has to come first.
