In Private Model - It was explained that Organization(Customer) need to buy hardware and network configurations. is this nothing but traditional on-premise maintenance. ? If this is correct - How can the word - Cloud is prominent here. Please explain.

I dont think in Pvt cloud vendors are providing on-premise maintenance
