Well I mean those are two very different things. Easter eggs are WAY simpler than accessible buildings. It's not a simple trade off. Plus did these easter eggs not release at launch? Rockstar already had these added before the community could even GIVE feedback. And yeah their easter eggs of course 99% wasn't going to see them that's not what there about.

I just used this mod a few weeks ago. And I love the fact that Rockstar added the walking sounds for these underwater wrecks as if they knew we were going to have a dried up ocean mod one day!

I really like how they made the seas a bit more detailed and actually worth looking at compared to previous gta. I just enjoy all the fishes and corals, it gave the game a new dimension together with well made mountains and microbiomes.
I think They started adding sea mysteries from gta vc , like there was a huge shipwreck at docks and submarine parts n boats , rockstar always makes things too much beautiful with cherry on top ( many horrible easter eggs too )
Now i get why this game always loads 10 min when starting.

About the military tank: Thats an very old Panzer II made by Germany during the early stages of world war II (1935 ish). What's it doing in Los santos interests me considering Nazi Germany never set foot America...unless their WW2 is much different from ours
But the size is very inaccurate (the commander's hatch is like twice as big than a normal person) and the tracks wheels are completely different. I feel like its more of an abomination of a super heavy tank and a Pz II

A lot of these were most likely missions that never went into production
Some of them are connected to story mode missions, such as the big plane (the mission where Trevor hijacks a Merryweather plane, but it's shot down above the Alamo Sea). The same mission involves that small Cropduster, which fell into the ocean after Trevor crashed it into the back of the big plane. There is also the Humane Labs tunnel, which is simply the same tunnel Michael used in the Monkey Business mission. The last one I can think of is the ship, which may have been the one blown up and sunken in the Merryweather Heist mission.

@@mrturbo757 The mission is called Monkey Business, it's where Michael, Steve Haines and Dave Norton steal a neuro-toxin from Humane Labs. It's not an easter egg or secret but I think the tunnel is only accessible during the mission.
