I just used this mod a few weeks ago. And I love the fact that Rockstar added the walking sounds for these underwater wrecks as if they knew we were going to have a dried up ocean mod one day!

I really like how they made the seas a bit more detailed and actually worth looking at compared to previous gta. I just enjoy all the fishes and corals, it gave the game a new dimension together with well made mountains and microbiomes.
I think They started adding sea mysteries from gta vc , like there was a huge shipwreck at docks and submarine parts n boats , rockstar always makes things too much beautiful with cherry on top ( many horrible easter eggs too )

About the military tank: Thats an very old Panzer II made by Germany during the early stages of world war II (1935 ish). What's it doing in Los santos interests me considering Nazi Germany never set foot America...unless their WW2 is much different from ours
But the size is very inaccurate (the commander's hatch is like twice as big than a normal person) and the tracks wheels are completely different. I feel like its more of an abomination of a super heavy tank and a Pz II

Just the model looks like it's still alive, but it's dead in reality. They probably used the "live" NPC animations to give it a cooler effect underwater
Note: to find the merryweather cargo plane wreckage first you need to finish "Minor Turbulence". You can also find the railgun in the wreckage and a lot of other weapons.

The best part about this video is there's still plenty of things that were missed. When the game first came out I went around the ocean with micheal looking for stuff.
The nuclear submarine at 8:03 is definitely Soviet in nature, but it has mixed components. The conning tower somewhat resembles one from the November Class due to it's size, but it is slightly altered. The hull is quite common with modern Soviet attack subs from the 60's-70's except for like 3 classes, and the silo doors aren't quite unique either, since it's pretty much the same design on every ballistic sub, layout is unique though. So basically like they do with other vehicles, they altered it slightly, but the key parts can still be noticed. Figured I give some input of what that is if y'all were wondering, since I seen people mentioning the Panzer which was also in the video.

The nuclear submarine at 8:03 is definitely Soviet in nature, but it has mixed components. The conning tower somewhat resembles one from the November Class due to it's size, but it is slightly altered. The hull is quite common with modern Soviet attack subs from the 60's-70's except for like 3 classes, and the silo doors aren't quite unique either, since it's pretty much the same design on every ballistic sub, layout is unique though. So basically like they do with other vehicles, they altered it slightly, but the key parts can still be noticed. Figured I give some input of what that is if y'all were wondering, since I seen people mentioning the Panzer which was also in the video.
