It doesn’t knock you down, rather it is an EMP device in a way. It disables your helicopter and forces you to get out of it and then you have to parachute
Bruh EMPs don't drag you down like that
So it's really then not a mod
Some are real, but that red ghost is it a mod? I’ve seen Jolene Cranley-Evan’s ghost since the PS3, but never in her red form.
