Congrats! U guys are an inspiration to me! I’m 63 40 lbs overweight and battling critical cholesterol and cardiologist said zim high risk to surgical clean out the cholesterol so trying meds now but today is the day I’m starting my healthy heart diet and signing up for gym. Thank you!
