Just wanted to share this Italian recipe/dish that was passed down to me from my late granddad from Italy. It’s very easy and you can put your own twist on it. Season your fillets salt, pepper, etc. Dip in egg wash and batter with Italian bread crumbs or Panco. Pan sear each side in olive or avacodo oil. When second side is almost done, sprinkle shredded parmigiana on it and cover until melted. I know you have cooked a lot of different recipes on here. Some folks don’t like cheese on fish but it’s really tasty. Add your own twist to it and enjoy. Thanks for all of your vids! God Bless
Brought tears to my eyes too. That was sweet gift. And the riffing on “Forever Youngs” was felt by all of us, I’m sure. You remind me of the 40 years (this year) my wife and I have had together. Keep adventuring!❤
I have watched Many other fishing/diving/ocean videos and the best one that I have encountered is Key West Waterman.....in my humble opinion you and your videos are akin to the Plug in the ocean floor..if someone pulls the plug, then the ocean drains out and there would be no more fishing/diving/ocean videos...at this time I am 84 years of age and I speak the TRUTH......I have lived in Homestead Fla., fished the Keys (myself and my children) and environs and still do I love the BEAUTY of the Keys, the "Glades and South Florida even though I no longer live there....Please continue your ocean excursions, you and your beautiful wife......enjoy and be Thankful that GOD has allowed you to find your way to the Fla Keys.....(i read your history)....
I'm tired of reading all of the negative comments. You are honest and open about every part of your CCC and are always open to comments from others. But in my opinion, they're just people that won't get out there and try for themselves and stand on the sidelines to criticize. Screw them! I'm all for you and your wife. My only advice would be that both of keep pursuing your passion without ignoring the most important thing. Your love for each other. It took me a while to figure that out for me. Love you Guys....
I didn't see any negative comments... Maybe that was shortly after the video was posted. You'll get those until they get filtered out by the algorithm.
Love how you made sure to mention how dangerous tides are at these bridges!! They are no joke and one hell of a workout!! It’s taken me and my dad 4-5 years of lobster trips to have the slack tide at the bridge dialed in to about 5-10 minutes.
It's hard for me to fathom that we were diving Keys bridges almost 50 years ago and cooking our catches in our vacation homes. Talk about bringing back memories! I enjoy your videos ❤
It blows my mind just how long you can hold your breath for. I know these were multiple dives, but I couldn’t hold my breath anywhere near long enough to be successful at what you achieved.
I know you do this for a living. But what you just did was so incredibly impressive. Keep up the good work and find some beautiful fish. And never stop loving what you're doing
You should really consider filming one of your hunting trips Aaron. I know there are hundreds of subscribers like me who would love to see a hunt from you buddy!
Awesome video! Very cool to see the bridge structure from below and your point about it being difficult to pick the one keeper out of hundreds of fish really comes across. As always the ending where you guys are enjoying the fruits of your labor and kidding around does me just right. Thanks Aaron!
I watch this from Miami, my friend congratulations for living the life we all wish we lived. Every time I drive back from key west, before I get to the 7 mile bridge I always want to make a Uturn and take a chance.

Always a Blessing to get off of work from rough day & see your content. Best way to decompress, relax, & chill. Thank you for continuing to share such amazing adventures & food!
Great way to introduce yourself to spearfishing. Back in the day I used to fish breakwaters and jetties, lots of fun and you don't need as much conditioning as diving deeper water.
That was some of the coolest spearfishing I’ve ever seen and you can hit anything and the kitchen scene was great. You can see how much you guys love each other and also will God bless and can’t wait for your next one.
On a funny note...loved the pepper and salt mills you use when cooking! Bought my parents a set of rechargeable ones...in turn, they sent me a set! Absolutely love them! Keep having fun and bringing us along!

Due to advanced age and mobility disorders, I’m a sniper with a 30.06. I discovered a recipe for smaller wild hog shoulders that works every time. Bake covered in foil on grill for a really long time. Enjoy. Hello Will and Madeline.
They won’t be selling many of these Mangrove Snapper burger dogs at the Hogfish but they do look great and I’m sure were delicious. I should stop in at Hurricane Hole Marina and introduce myself next time I come to town for a haircut. I could probably ask around and find you guys pretty easily. We probably have a lot in common. I too used to live in Cocoa Beach and Merritt Island many years ago. I discovered the Keys in the early seventies while escaping weather too cold for surfing and too rough for surf fishing and diving near Cape Canaveral. Thanks for another interesting video. You guys live and show off the real Florida Keys lifestyle. What people see here is to me, pretty typical. Most of us really aren’t fancy people and we love our seafood in most any form. Even burger dog crab cake fish cakes. 😊 It takes extra work to afford to be here to take advantage of this very cool place to live. Well worth it in my opinion.
Mangroves are one of the most tastiest fried fish ever! Also Barracuda fried steaks. In the Bahamas we season with lime juice lemon pepper and crushed red pepper wit ha little salt! That is all you need and you can also flour the fish before deep frying! Jasmine rice and a mix veg or cole slaw and you are eating great!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Aaron, This is way off topic for your video, but I've noticed in several of your videos the "thud, thud, thud" of walking across the Kitchen floor. I'm wondering if you have access to the underside of the floor joists? We had a similar situation and had a company come in and spray insulate the underside. It makes a HUGE difference. Nice vid. I never knew why grunts were called grunts before (12:00). Too obvious! I also liked seeing 19:00 how you filet the fish: keeping each side attached to the fish at the tail and flipping the side so you can skin it easily by using the rest of the still attached fish makes perfect sense. The salmon filets I get from the grocery store, I always have to start slowly and get an exposed tab of skin to grip with. Having the whole fish makes your technique a wise one.
I love me some fish cakes...i poach the fish lightly in white wine and lemon juice/herbs/garlic/lemon slices....a nice delicate fish takes the flavors well and it allows you to not have to worry about the fish being cooked - your only job is to get the crust on the cake. Love your stuff aaron!
We used to do that a lot when we only had hotdog buns. Just slice your fillets long ways fry em up and put on a hotdog bun with all the fixens and it still tastes just like a fish sandwich!😎
Great content as always bud! I love the Fish Burger Dog idea and I'm gonna have to try it out the next time I bring fish home. Always love trying new fish recipes. Tight lines, full stringers, and thanks yall for being you 😎🤙

@@KeyWestWatermanAaron, are you free diving and not using a tank? It looks like from 10:00 to about 11:30 is one continuous stretch of time where you never catch a breath and you wait for a fish, shoot, brain and bleed it, and then reload. I know free divers are a rare breed, but I would have been shooting for the surface after pulling the trigger, if I lasted that long. I’m amazed. Very cool video.
In Stuart where I am I started diving this past fall focusing on Mangroves, primarily due to watching your videos. I hit tiny islands as the tide creeps up on an incoming tide for water clarity. I shoot one Mangrove for every ten fish I shoot because it is so difficult to find the bigger ones. I agree, it is near impossible. However, I do enjoy the black drum and sheepshead i shoot when the mangroves do not cooperate.
Years ago I was watching a video of a diver name was manny something dropped down on the Bahia Honda bridge and found himself surrounded by by 20-30 bull sharks he had to backup to a piling to protect his back
Aaron, great technique in grubby water champion. The Lutjanid species of fish worldwide are probably the best eating table fish when you consider probably 90% great on the plate. 😊
Awesome video, as always. When I saw all the fish I really thought, pick one goose and shoot. It's hard to pick just one when there is 100 coming in to the decoys. Fish cake dog looked fantastic.

As a duck hunter and spearfisher your not wrong, it is very tricky on both ends of it. The invite to come up and duck hunt is still available next year for you! We’re up on the treasure coast if you’re ever interested!
Me neither, just about every time I am in the water or fishing above the water I see a decent size to large shark. It’s a rarity if I don’t see them. Always have to bring a fish in fast before half of it gets taken.
Looks just like the diving I do up here in Tampa Bay! Was thinking about building a little mid handle gun but might have to just pick up a Grover instead, it’s literally exactly what I have in mind
Now ... That's a new twist on your channel!... Bridge Diving! Interesting.... BTW, There is no size limit when Duck Hunting. (Did I miss a Joke?) What you were doing with a "Size Limit" is MUCH more difficult. (Sell those Cutting Boards!)
For all of you who don't do any of this type of spearfishing, you may not appreciate how incredibly difficult that kind of shooting is! I do this every week, more or less, and I still consider myself lucky to hit the snapper I'm aiming at more than half the time I pull the trigger in these exact conditions. Way harder than it looks!
PS....we own Bowlife and make merchandise....Tees, hats, board shorts etc. We so have in house designing. Let us know if you need anything. We HQ out of St Augustine not far from TBT. Will knows who TBT is.😊
Try a Root beer shrimp tail on a 1/2 ounce gig head it catches anything from Sheep head to Schnook and everything in between. Off shore , back water piers. awesome content
Reach out if ever up in brevard about duck hunting. I go often. Maybe I could take you on a couple hunts and I could try to link up with you down south for some Ono shooting. Have all my own gear
Seems like Snapper would make good Asian fish cakes/balls. Throw in a blender with a bit of frozen veg or ice, add seasoning of choice a bit of Tapioca starch and a smidge of baking powder. Process in a food processor until paste like, form into desired shape and either fry or cook in barely simmering water.
What a great idea for a video on a crumby day. Some of those bridges have permit around, that would be a cool challenge for you to spear. I'm surprised you don't get hassled by barracuda around the bridges there. They followed me around the lighthouse on a reef down there, waiting for me to shoot a snapper.
My wife and I were sure you guys were sure you guys were having a baby 😂 I have only had a few trips to the Keys, but it’s my favorite place on earth, and I hope to get back down there soon and hopefully I can also get in a moment of bridge spearfishing myself. Great video!

Another great video broder, and like always you are in the presence of royalty. TOAO Chef Will!!!!
Looks just like the diving I do up here in Tampa Bay! Was thinking about building a little mid handle gun but might have to just pick up a Grover instead, it’s literally exactly what I have in mind
I’m in Palmetto if you ever need an extra for a weekend dive!
Now ... That's a new twist on your channel!... Bridge Diving! Interesting.... BTW, There is no size limit when Duck Hunting. (Did I miss a Joke?) What you were doing with a "Size Limit" is MUCH more difficult. (Sell those Cutting Boards!)
Such wonderful people, sending much love. ✌️
Those dogs look amazing! Great idea! We need the recipe for the secret sauce, please. Love you guys much!
😂Fish cake burger dog. That's classic. Love your show.
PS....we own Bowlife and make merchandise....Tees, hats, board shorts etc. We so have in house designing. Let us know if you need anything. We HQ out of St Augustine not far from TBT. Will knows who TBT is.😊
Absolutely love your videos no wahoo today been catch g some grouper and cobia out in the golf such a crappy Jan keep it up man
Great video, some people will never understand the feeling when you're not able to get in the water for a week. 😁
i go lobster season every season. and yeah man that current when the tides change is like a rapid river between those bridges pretty deadly.
Try a Root beer shrimp tail on a 1/2 ounce gig head it catches anything from Sheep head to Schnook and everything in between. Off shore , back water piers. awesome content
Welcome again, seniors from Indonesia, healthy greetings, always continue to strike
Aaron you are brave bleeding those fish. Aggressive bull sharks patrol those bridges big time. Be careful!
My wife and I were sure you guys were sure you guys were having a baby 😂 I have only had a few trips to the Keys, but it’s my favorite place on earth, and I hope to get back down there soon and hopefully I can also get in a moment of bridge spearfishing myself. Great video!
I absolutely love your kitty. He looks almost identical to mine. I hope it gets lots of fish.
Sitting watching and enjoying wishing i was there❤
thanks for watching!
PS, that wood art work is beautiful. I put in an order now for a XXL in a dark tan please & thank you!
