i used stitches like you said, got skill fails and used sponges to clean then kept trying until the robot died and i lost my license, very realistic, it basically did not let me bandage the bleeding

use tea and use train-e to get 20 surgery skill point and after use tea in every surgery to reduce skill fail

Thx for the vid. Vv helpful for beginners. I have a qns, how do u get the patient to be in a coma or near coma state? It’s super annoying that I have a 50% chance of killing my patient whenever he is hyperactive and has massive trauma. The amount of skill fail pisses me off
Edit: ik u have to use 2 Anes but when do I use the 2nd Anes? I killed like 3 patients trying it out :(

When I did surgery to a patient then it did'nt show the ''Fix It'' button.
How can I fix this issue of mine?

The fix it button shld show after a certain amount of times u used scalpel. For example, Lung tumor, nose job & torn punching muscle, all require only 1 scalpel and the fix it button will show.(Note: If patient has superhero skin, u will need to cut an additional time.) Others that require 2-5 cuts include: Serious Trauma, brain tumor, Kidney failure, heart attack, brain worms, massive trauma, etc. however, there are some cases where u do not need to cut/use scalpel whatsoever. For example, Ecto Bones & any type of flu. Once u do more surg, you’ll get the hang of it and memorise the pattern of surging.

skill fail, youll need to use the tool second time and thats why he dies. drink tea before doing surgery to reduce skill fails
