Does anyone know why my dashboard lights would come on and stay on with tire light blinking and windshield wipers won't shut off this is what is happening to my car when it came back from garage after fixing my back bumper
That is very unusual. This sounds like some kind of an electrical problem, and to remove the rear bumper and fix it they usually wouldn't have to do any kind of electrical disassembling. You will have to take it to a shop and have it scanned for codes and go from there. That should point you into right direction

Well my back door is electrical they had to replace all that
