As a medical professional who also lifts i see alot of these women who lifted back in the days and let me tell you these women not only age well, but are very healthy and mobil for their age. Lifting not only makes you look and feel good but works wonders for your health long term.

Man I was born in 78’ and the 80’s was fun and my dad used to take me to bodybuilding shows and all that fun shit. America was so much fun back then plus women in those days were super feminine and nice.Also men were men back then so plenty of great role models including parents.💪🏾💯

I love the raw gym an equipment. Now a days ppl will call the few gyms like this a dump. In the early 2000s my 1st gym, the owner was an 80s guy and the gym had this feel. I was young but the older guys helped my young crew out. We all knew each other, we belonged, we trained hard, we pushed each other. It was a special time. 2003 to 2009

This is when everyone knew eachothers names in the gym and chatted about life, training, diet, work etc.....everyone knew eachother. Now it's a bunch of kids with headphones on that won't look one another in the eye. So fucking sad what is happening to people socially. Glad I lived life before social media took over

So good. i began training at the begining of the eighties i live in France I do remember telling that you do bodybuilding was not a good thing. you go to training. i had to take the bus almost 35 mn but motivation was here. you train late and back to home. No waste of time. Very very good souvenirs. Nothing last for ever.
80s physiques we’re so different than 90s. Not near the muscle but they flowed well and trained hard. Then throw in some 80s rock and you’ve got a great time.
