If it makes Christopher feel better, earlier this week a glass slipped from my hand while pulling it out of cupboard. It was heading straight to my face and for some reason my brain went, "ooo volleyball!" and with my other hand I just went all in and spiked it directly into the wall and it exploded everywhere. I went to culinary school. 😅

I'm seriously lucky that I worked in a hospital in the surgical department because I just drop shit now. Like straight up. If it's falling, it's hitting the ground and I'm getting out of the way! When almost everything you can drop can cause sharps injuries you start getting the mentality of "That's why we have floors." xD

I keep veg offcuts (carrot skins, onion ends and skin, celery leaves) in bags in thr freezer, add to them whenever I'm using veg for something else. I also freeze chicken bones when we have a roast. When I have a lot I use it to make a large batch of chicken stock like this. that way I'm using what would have been wasted to make something delicious. Home made stock in risotto is the best.

  • @ambersmith2612

Hey! U remember that tik tok hack u tried 3weeks ago where you put all the ingredients at once while making your kraft mac n cheese and you said it was grainy? it happened because you put the salt at the beginning which caused the milk to curdle hence the grainy texture. You gotta put the salt after everything is done. Hope this helps 😁
