I got a similar one off of Amazon and it came completely unassembled… sheet metal isn’t 100% never is so I recommend you silicone each surface to keep it as air tight as possible … glad to find this because the air filter, pick up tube and air gun on mine have no instruction at all I’m sure I could figure it out but rather watch someone who’s done it rather than mess it up

The air supply line provides is a 1/4" quick disconnect. I'm not sure why anyone would swap those out to anything else. So much more reliable than a push lock set that wears the lines out if you install and remove them repeatedly.
    Good video nonetheless!!
I purchased the same cabinet from Princess Auto in Canada, but there are a few key differences. One, the interior plumbing was preassembled. Two, all seams were caulked. Three, they ditched that style of siphon for a gravity feed system that screws to the cabinet at the very bottom.

I'm guessing, based on what he says at 11:00, "there's no change in sound" he has the same problem I have from those quick connectors--the hiss, tiny but very annoying, of air leaking. It could be from cheap connectors? No idea, I'm just getting started with pneumatic tools. Apparently he does not get any hiss/air leakage with the press fit type of coupler. I guess also he will only rarely remove the connections he shows in this video in which case wearing out is not a factor and the primary motiation might be addressing the air loss (which again, I have no idea if high quality connectors will enable a true zero hiss connection...would be nice to know actually). I would do the same if it's the only way to get rid of the hissing.
