GO HARD RITTZ!
I met Rittz last year on November 23rd 2013. He's real as fuck. Had a conversation with him. When he's on stage late as shit, he's loud and raps at the same level he raps with in his studio joints. He's one of the realest motherfuckers in the underground community, he's not worried about mainstream, but the underground environment is where he belongs.
skulker340 ehh...debatable... mgk dosnt have the content in hardly any of his rhymes that rittz has in ALL of his music...dont get me wrong i like mgk... but lyrically theres no contest
Dustin Johnson the only person on that list i have a problem with is mac miller he sounds like he hasnt gone to sleep for a week in all of his songs lol
Rittz is one of the best rappers alive today, not only are his lyrics real but he can relate to the struggle most of us face on a daily basis. Keep killin it man, you're music has gotten me through some real tough shit and I will be going to your next show here in AZ. RITTZBITCH!
I respect him. Most people don't even get it. Look at the guy. He's been around for a while. Listen to his story. He suffered at the hands of whites who belittled him because he happened to like a music form that was created by black inner city youths, He defended the music he loved; the white establishment didn't like that, and so they disregarded him. But then we blacks shunned him, thinking of him as only a "white rapper," in our own disparaging way. Therefore, the man was truly ostracized. He was alone. But guess what? He still loved hip-hop all along, no matter what! This is what we are all now so privileged to hear -- his story. And he tells ("spits to") us his story in the same artform for which he was criticized: He is a very good rapper.
Such a good rapper, unique flow with good lyrics/storytelling and hes just good to listen to as well, its one thing to be good lyrically but you also have to appeal to people and make them want to listen to your songs
much respect to rittz and yela. been tearin shit up for years! introduced so many people to this style of rap. puts this new age radio crap in the dirt. these dudes got lyrics.
BasementBox9 You can't. Eminem was the "first" white rapper. It was very difficult for him to get respect. Now it's all a bit easier. There more white rappers now. But yeah rittz has a lot skill. I will buy this album. Dis song is my fave from it so far...
I love going back through the years only to realise how much he has grown! He was tight back then, he's got it locked down and his name is solidified now
I'm usually a hater because I'm a emcee but rittz is the fucking truth! This track is so on point. So much respect for this man. From SC to GA! Rittz bitch!
Check out, Dr3w, nothing to do with color but the song name Ironically is also named, "White Rapper", Its a vid from the,"Don't Funk With our Beats" contest. Awesome. He was a finalist.
This guy is a very talented rapper he's much better then most of the rappers out today its to bad they don't play his stuff on the radio because there is still alot of people that don't know of him yet but he deserves everything good coming to him
I wish you were wrong, but He's putting out a couple more mixtapes after Tha Carter V is released. Hopefully he goes hard on those and shows that he's still got it
Agreed, I have always been partial to the faster stuff. But I dont like fast for the sake of it. Rittz has speed, but his stuff actually hits home and means something. He not just rapping about bitches and how much money hes got
Ritz you are unreal! YOur lyrics are so real man. When I'm working out and this song comes on my playlist I get an extra burst of physical strength and endurance. Every aspect of you music is perfect. The lyrics, the beats, and your dynamics are all perfect.

Mom asked me why I'm always listening to Rittz. Showed this her and she said to comment you shouldn't give up, keep rapping and never let them put you down. Mad respect from someone who doesn't even listen to rap.

Just a white rapper passing through. It's never really about race for me, I guess we live in a different time than when Rittz came up, everyone of every race tells me I'm DOPE AS FUCK! Being English Americans used to par me for being English when I was bad but now nobody talks shit about the accents with the shit I put out now.
You know my problems are probably pretty petty compared to some other people who must have listened to this song but it still makes me feel better. It's aggressive yet determined, gritty yet happy at it's core.
+6laderunner It's pretty sad but it's true. A lyricist like Rittz deserves it. It baffled me that some of my homies said, "who the fuck is this, he dope" and I told em that he's been out for some years. Yet they still listen to fuckin Young Thug, Bobby Schmurda type shit. Everytime. But when I put in the aux cord I put on Rittz and they go ham. Yet they don't even know who he is....tf
I don't want to sound like a tool, but I rarely ever listened to rap until about a week ago. That's when my buddy told me to check out Rittz, Yelawolf, Tech Nine, now I can't get enough. Seriously this is fuckin' awesome.
Make sure you check out Rittz White Jesus: Revival tape, and anything Tech is phenomenal. Dabble into his early works with albums like Anghellic, Absolute Power, and Everready. The dude has toooo much music haha and it's all fire.

All because they're sheep following the next ignorant black guy thinking hiphop belongs to blacks and blacks only..
its amazing how much conversation and argument is created just from a song. Its a great thing to get people talking and thinking. On another note, just wanted to say that some of the greatest rap you hear a lot of the time is when youre just hanging out vibin to a beat with your friends and someone drops a few bars. Rittz is proof that dude in the underground movement can rise up and they can achieve their goals. Keep bringin the heat bro.
Sleep at night, Bloody murdah,High five,White Jesus, New one White Rapper is sick, Goin in, Check Yelawolf Box Chevy part 3. Rittz has a killer verse in it.
I rap, and hearing rappers rap about rapping is really dope to me, so perhaps it is to appeal to other people as deep in the art as they are, or whoever is deep enough to relate. I've never looked at it from a non-rapper's perspective that songs about rapping aren't as dope to people who don't rap. My mind has been expanded by being fortunate enough to have read your comment. Peace.
Additionally, to quote Eminem as an example, "Music is like magic, there's a certain feeling you get, when you real and you spit, and people are feeling your shit, this is your moment, so every single minute you spend, try to hold on to it cause you may never get it again." I think anyone who is a performer of any kind, rapper, singer, dancer, athlete, actor, comedian, whatever, when you are good enough at what you do that a crowd is 100% behind you, what is a better feeling that that? Acceptance. Like, there is this video of Linkin Park performing their song High Voltage, and at the end Mike Shinoda has the entire crowd waving their arms in unison. That video always gives me chills because I want my music and my presence to be so powerful someday that I have the MC power of Mike Shinoda, so I can make a whole crowd do whatever I tell them to do. For that moment you are special, you are a celebrity, you are a false idol. You get to be that god-like character for that split second and feel relevant and feel important. Then after the show you go back to being a regular ass person. That feeling, that euphoria, for some, becomes like a drug, and performing becomes an addiction of sorts because you fall in love with the feeling of knowing that so many people love what you do, and care about you, it's crazy.
Cause rap is their life, rap saved their life, rap I'd their talent and it's always running through their heads (for good and lyrical rappers atleast). Of course you can't connect if you ain't grow up on hiphop. The shit is an art and has deep connections to people
[Produced By Track Bangas] [Intro] White boy [x6] [Verse 1] Nine deuce was the year my ears got introduced to rap Stealing instrumentals off singles, I’d use the tracks MC Pooh, Mellow Man, and Jeru the Damaja "Tears" from the King and I, was the few I had Practiced in my room for hours, improved my craft Bought every artist's album that I heard On the song, "Bring It On", number fourteen Till death do us part Wishing that I was from the 5th ward of HoustON bad A white kid from the burbs, bumping 5th Ward boys Too much trouble and Seag that Odd Squad Cassette Up in class rapping bum stiggity bum, giggity gangsta gangsta Biting Spice 1 and Das EFX Kriss Kross and Method, Redman in my headphones Blasting "Time Time 4 Sum Aksion" That’s when then the teacher would get mad And she would kick me out the classroom The bell rang, start a cypher in the bathroom Up inside the gym, take turns spitting And beat the bleachers with our hands, tryin to keep the beat Only white dude that went to my school that spit Proved I’m sick, and I will eat MCs I had room to grow, the talent show, I rocked the vest like Treach Miami Hurricane hat while I held the mic Haters talking shit like who, this fake Vanilla Ice And I don’t care if he’s nice, on my life I don’t like no white rappers [Hook] Growing up it was tough, my family said that I suck They gave up, I was just a white rapper But I created a buzz, cause I bust In the booth, I go nuts, but I’m just a white rapper Put in work to be dope, and I know that you think I’m a joke Cause I’m just a white rapper Put my heart on the stage, on the page But at the end of the day, I’m still just a white rapper [Verse 2] In ninth grade, I kept getting better, by tenth I was convinced I’d get a deal My skills improved a hundred percent Back then, nobody had studio equipment in their crib I was the only one that did I spent my life in that basement On Cruse Road, up in Eagle Pointe Cops labeled it a gang house, we was doing music We dropped out, dreaming of being on 18 and 31, I would go out and perform Open mics, where no one’s white No one likes to clap or give you dap Clubs you be scared to go inside Stood at a spot in the hood, 20 miles from home Waiting to finally hit the stage and blow their mind Perform for 5 people, or 20 at best Sending demo tapes to labels, a ton of rejects A ton of fake record company execs saw my talent And tried their best to convince me they had some to invest And just wasting my time, phony managers scamming us Girlfriend and family, the verdict unanimous To "Stop rapping you piece of shit, it’s not happening Now act white and grow up, are you trying to embarrass us?" So I told that girl bye no one's stoppin stride Rhymes kept getting better, my buzz was hard to deny Almost quit and when I did got introduced to the guy That put me on, and he'd been through the same struggle as I A white rapper [Hook] [Verse 3] Now the rap game is flooded with rappers From every nationality, a ton of them crackers The fact that I finally came up is miraculous Twenty years later my name is becomin' established My album is on the rack at Best Buy I was at the BET awards, I was sitting right next ta Luda and Rick Ross, but who woulda thought I was just at Jim & Nick's, flipping chicken tenders and French fries I used to hate when people asked me what I do for a living It feels great to tell em you’re a musician Until they ask what type of music, I tell 'em I rap Then they laugh, looking at me, they be like "who are you kidding?" I be like "Google me bitch," They always compare us white boys to one another "Is your music like his?" "You should be rich," "Freestyle," making stupid requests Before I made it in music I never used to have shit Now I got my own crib, I can afford my car Fans say my music helps them when they’re goin' through hard times I speak my mind even when I’m goin' too far Even though a part of me agrees with Lord Jamar We are guests in hip hop, I’m appreciative That you finally let us in the crib But I busted my ass to get respect for my craft In interviews they never forget to mention this That I’m just a white rapper [Hook]
Rittz shits on mgk wtf mgk dope but i feel his struggle is not like ritts mgk been in the game longer than rittz and rittz outsells mgk everybody from strange outsells mgk lol
youshoodjump He got kicked out of his house at 14. Just because you have to stay at a diff friends house every night, doesn't mean you're not homeless, smartass. Also, having to become a man and responsible at an early age like that is hard as fuck. Guarantee Rittz hasn't gone through that. Or his skitzo cousin trying to kill him by chocking him in his sleep. Do yo research cuz~ Rittz struggle ain't got shit on Kells'
Wrong... Mgk's album lace up was ranked #4 on the us top 200 in 2013 while rittz was ranked 25th with his album the life and times of johnny valiant so mgk does outsell them and mgk is better
Some whites can rap and some blacks cannot, which is equivalent to saying that some blacks can rap and some whites cannot. And the best part of all this is that "some" is not a number, but it can also be any. So who, then, is the real authority on the matter? Probably not the person who is always seeking to quantify the "some."
30 seconds in the video and it already feels like a generic Strange music video, Refer to Tech n9ne- Straight out the gate. Lights and walking with small clips in between. Could be wrong but just my opinion, music dope but I feel like the videos aren't as original
He Neigh Don't be like that. Strange doesn't make videos so people "don't give a shit about [them]." For the most part, though, Strange's videos have been on point. I wasn't a huge fan of a couple, but they've been great, I think Donot needs to pay a bit more attention.
Refer to Stevie stone dollar general! Stevie stone two birds one stone, hopsin I'll mind I don't give a Fuck which one none of them are generic tech n9ne leave me alone, slacker red nose, bout ta bubble! Sounds like that statement is a generic one open your eyes b

+Terry Cook I agree. I also think emcees who happen to be white talk too much about being white. this isnt the 80';s or even the 90's what does it matter? It doesnt. Rap is a universal art form open to anyone who has a voice, heart, imagination, has something to say and is willing to study the craft.
Ever hear a dope Japanese rapper? I dont know what they're saying but their energy and intention comes thru loud and clear. Go tell them black or white means something. Universal.
Rittz is killing it!!!!!!
This album is about to be straight FIRE!
rittz spits the truth! glad he's on strange, perfect fit

This is why I love the Strange Music artist; the grit, blood, and effort that goes into their music.
U continue to deliver the heat. Rittz will be as big as Eminem
You can't compare Rittz to Eminem
Zak Ney Yeah you can. They both have extremely similar style.
Nobody will be able to compare to Eminems stature. Rittz is good and can spit lyrics but is far from being in the same sentence as eminem.
BasementBox9
You can't. Eminem was the "first" white rapper. It was very difficult for him to get respect. Now it's all a bit easier. There more white rappers now. But yeah rittz has a lot skill. I will buy this album. Dis song is my fave from it so far...

The determination and motivation is contagious as he'll in this song.

Zaki El Horan finaly, someone who thinks like me
aanjaneya chaturvedi game sq
Damn never thought about him doin anything with rittz would be so crazy, great point lol
Mike shinoda is a legit producer.
if em didnt exist then rittz would b the greatest mc.. not greatest white rapper but best rapper in the game period..
Nope. Lyricism wise that would go to King Los
SO DOPE!!
Love Yela and Rittz (no homo)
Rittz and mgk will be the best song ever
Yup see this is what I'm talking about ;)
Rittz and ubi would be better but mgk works too

Doesn't matter what colour you are! You're one of my favorites ❤️❤️❤️❤️
White rappers I listen to:
Eminem, Yelawolf, Rittz, MGK, Ubiquitous (from Ces Cru), & Mac Miller
You should hear Mads Veslelia, a Norwegian rapper (not very famous) but he's good :)
Jim Nybakken I just looked up his songs & they were really good
:)
Kris Lanier My list is a little different:
Stitches, PyRexx, BPZ, Ricky Freezer, Lil' Wyte, Jellyroll, Worm, and now Rittz.
***** I just looked up the rappers from your list, heard some of their songs, & they sounded awesome.
this shit hard i respect it im from boston peep my music too show luv
its amazing how much conversation and argument is created just from a song.
And who says White Boyz can't spit rep that G.A from Savannah to the A.
Thumbs up if yelawolf and eminem should join him for a remix and maybe even mgk
Yess
I lost you at mgk
u my bruh can choose !!
u have a good taste in white rappers !!
Yelawolf and mgk lmao

MATTHI2904 same here
Damn I fell this story man heard you before but never listened. Your good you deserve what you got in this life
Undertaker is that you ?
Why the hell do rappers rap about rapping? I don't rap, I don't connect with any of this.
ehh. probably to give fans some background on how they started/what its like to be one i guess... but I see what you mean
Peace.
Additionally, to quote Eminem as an example, "Music is like magic, there's a certain feeling you get, when you real and you spit, and people are feeling your shit, this is your moment, so every single minute you spend, try to hold on to it cause you may never get it again."
I think anyone who is a performer of any kind, rapper, singer, dancer, athlete, actor, comedian, whatever, when you are good enough at what you do that a crowd is 100% behind you, what is a better feeling that that?
Rappers songs arent just for you - they can make songs for themselves or anyone they want
Cause rap is their life, rap saved their life, rap I'd their talent and it's always running through their heads (for good and lyrical rappers atleast). Of course you can't connect if you ain't grow up on hiphop. The shit is an art and has deep connections to people
New Rittz fan checkin in. How have I never stumbled upon this guy before. man he's good
Imagine if there was a remix with MGK Yela and Em on it
***** I'd put MGK there too
***** Lol that's fine. We all have our opinions
***** What did he say?
it would b fire
that would be raw as fuck
[Produced By Track Bangas]
[Intro]
White boy [x6]
[Verse 1]
Nine deuce was the year my ears got introduced to rap
Stealing instrumentals off singles, I’d use the tracks
MC Pooh, Mellow Man, and Jeru the Damaja
"Tears" from the King and I, was the few I had
Practiced in my room for hours, improved my craft
Bought every artist's album that I heard
On the song, "Bring It On", number fourteen
Till death do us part
Wishing that I was from the 5th ward of HoustON bad
A white kid from the burbs, bumping 5th Ward boys
Too much trouble and Seag that Odd Squad Cassette
Up in class rapping bum stiggity bum, giggity gangsta gangsta
Biting Spice 1 and Das EFX
Kriss Kross and Method, Redman in my headphones
Blasting "Time Time 4 Sum Aksion"
That’s when then the teacher would get mad
And she would kick me out the classroom
The bell rang, start a cypher in the bathroom
Up inside the gym, take turns spitting
And beat the bleachers with our hands, tryin to keep the beat
Only white dude that went to my school that spit
Proved I’m sick, and I will eat MCs
I had room to grow, the talent show, I rocked the vest like Treach
Miami Hurricane hat while I held the mic
Haters talking shit like who, this fake Vanilla Ice
And I don’t care if he’s nice, on my life
I don’t like no white rappers
[Hook]
Growing up it was tough, my family said that I suck
They gave up, I was just a white rapper
But I created a buzz, cause I bust
In the booth, I go nuts, but I’m just a white rapper
Put in work to be dope, and I know that you think I’m a joke
Cause I’m just a white rapper
Put my heart on the stage, on the page
But at the end of the day, I’m still just a white rapper
[Verse 2]
In ninth grade, I kept getting better, by tenth
I was convinced I’d get a deal
My skills improved a hundred percent
Back then, nobody had studio equipment in their crib
I was the only one that did
I spent my life in that basement
On Cruse Road, up in Eagle Pointe
Cops labeled it a gang house, we was doing music
We dropped out, dreaming of being on
18 and 31, I would go out and perform
Open mics, where no one’s white
No one likes to clap or give you dap
Clubs you be scared to go inside
Stood at a spot in the hood, 20 miles from home
Waiting to finally hit the stage and blow their mind
Perform for 5 people, or 20 at best
Sending demo tapes to labels, a ton of rejects
A ton of fake record company execs saw my talent
And tried their best to convince me they had some to invest
And just wasting my time, phony managers scamming us
Girlfriend and family, the verdict unanimous
To "Stop rapping you piece of shit, it’s not happening
Now act white and grow up, are you trying to embarrass us?"
So I told that girl bye no one's stoppin stride
Rhymes kept getting better, my buzz was hard to deny
Almost quit and when I did got introduced to the guy
That put me on, and he'd been through the same struggle as I
A white rapper
[Hook]
[Verse 3]
Now the rap game is flooded with rappers
From every nationality, a ton of them crackers
The fact that I finally came up is miraculous
Twenty years later my name is becomin' established
My album is on the rack at Best Buy
I was at the BET awards, I was sitting right next ta
Luda and Rick Ross, but who woulda thought
I was just at Jim & Nick's, flipping chicken tenders and French fries
I used to hate when people asked me what I do for a living
It feels great to tell em you’re a musician
Until they ask what type of music, I tell 'em I rap
Then they laugh, looking at me, they be like "who are you kidding?"
I be like "Google me bitch,"
They always compare us white boys to one another
"Is your music like his?"
"You should be rich," "Freestyle," making stupid requests
Before I made it in music I never used to have shit
Now I got my own crib, I can afford my car
Fans say my music helps them when they’re goin' through hard times
I speak my mind even when I’m goin' too far
Even though a part of me agrees with Lord Jamar
We are guests in hip hop, I’m appreciative
That you finally let us in the crib
But I busted my ass to get respect for my craft
In interviews they never forget to mention this
That I’m just a white rapper
[Hook]
Hey Yo…this my friends is straight up fire .
Representing a killer Yo killer Crew
!!!STRANGE…music…
Love it brother
Rittz shits on mgk wtf mgk dope but i feel his struggle is not like ritts mgk been in the game longer than rittz and rittz outsells mgk everybody from strange outsells mgk lol
You obviously don't know shit, from what you just said kid Lmfao nice try!!! Oh and mgk will shit on rittz crave boii, your drunk
Bruh... MGK was homeless since 14. He def struggled more than Rittz.
youshoodjump He got kicked out of his house at 14.
Facts
Wrong... Mgk's album lace up was ranked #4 on the us top 200 in 2013 while rittz was ranked 25th with his album the life and times of johnny valiant so mgk does outsell them and mgk is better
Gangsta m0d1f13d
Loving the vibe🔥🔥 this fire
Dumbledore needs to quit rapping.
I like Rittz a lot but that was fucking hilarious
TheGamercore47 The fuck?... That was corny as fuck..
TheGamercore47 I like him too.It was a joke.
Rogue Monk Shouldn't you have said needs to keep rapping? Not getting the joke but whatever.
Simply; you're a douche. Shut up and enjoy the music
These idiots cant understand universal balance, or all the tools used come from many races. Just a racial shit show for some.
Hella dope 🔥 🔥🔥 💯
30 seconds in the video and it already feels like a generic Strange music video, Refer to Tech n9ne- Straight out the gate. Lights and walking with small clips in between. Could be wrong but just my opinion, music dope but I feel like the videos aren't as original
Man videos from strange are never generic
k
He Neigh Don't be like that. Strange doesn't make videos so people "don't give a shit about [them]." For the most part, though, Strange's videos have been on point. I wasn't a huge fan of a couple, but they've been great, I think Donot needs to pay a bit more attention.
Refer to Stevie stone dollar general! Stevie stone two birds one stone, hopsin I'll mind I don't give a Fuck which one none of them are generic tech n9ne leave me alone, slacker red nose, bout ta bubble! Sounds like that statement is a generic one open your eyes b
I will reply when I'm not drunk
Mgk is better!!! Lol ima wait for it below lmao
apples and oranges bro... they can both be good
that's your opinion bro, me I hate mgk all together, but we all have our own opinions and I respect yours.
MGK would be better if he'd stop trying to sound like he's from the south.
YakCityEnt his entire persona seems like a pissed off white girl to me.
