About a month ago we had this exact one replaced on our 2014 tucson limited. It was cracked in the same place and when you turned on the defrost or the a/c it made this bad growling sound. And the idler pulley we replaced as well when we did the tensioner and the belt. All is great now, no noise and runs as good as new. Thanks agan for the video.

This seems to be a very very very common issue on the Hyundai Brand. I currently have a 17' that's squealing as if there's three little piglets in there getting squeezed upon startup.
