100% on the Beam Team thoughts. They built it as a rare hit but looks like a toss away subset on eye appeal. Where are the guys who designed inserts from 93-98 for Fleer, Skybox, UD and Stadium Club? Time to bring those old boys out of retirement, Fanatics.
Ugliest beam team ever. Last years was bad too. Where’s the foil? Almost like they’re designing it with chrome in mind but it’s an easy hit in chrome. Make it make sense.
Topps chrome stadium club release will have sick looking beam teams. Not sure when they will come out...
It’s crazy man I’ve been thinking the same thing. And with all this money they charge us for some of these hobby boxes (Topps and Panini) you would think the art and design department would be more creative and innovative. And I’ll give them their due cosmic and gilded were the best looking sets to me in 2023 imo.
Yup its ridiculous with all the technology how much better the inserts looked back in the day. It's like they don't even try anymore yet are making more money then ever. Look at the Triumvirates from the late 90s, Stadium Club hasn't made anything even close to as good looking as those in a very long time. Main reason I hardly buy new cards anymore

Got my hobby today. Had 3 Rookie Autos one being a rainbow foil 1/10 Vinnie P. Also a Shohei Triumvirates, and 2 Oranges #199. Awesome value!
I got a Bo Jackson 1/50 signed red foil and a Christopher Morel redemption card in my box.
Got a Gold Minted Chipper out of my first blaster!!!
Went with my son to our local card shop and he convinced me to get a hobby box of these, and we pulled a varitek /75 and got a Juan Soto redemption autograph, and a really cool ichiro cut out card. Definitely one of our favorite products yet! Two days after he pulled a babe Ruth heavy lumber from a hanger box! Definitely letting him open all packs from now on lol.

Got a Jordan Walker blue foil #'d to 50 yesterday, Clemens black, Adley, & a no name auto in a compact box. Sweet looking cards as far as the photos go, I do hope the valuation of the cards makes the price worth it.

I just bought 2 hobby boxes of stadium club 2023. I love this product and I get pretty lucky with hits from this. I'm waiting to get home from work to open some packs.
Me and my daughter opened up a box and I had pulled an auto she yelled over to me at the card shop as I was talking to the owner, she had 2 autos in her pack AND a redemption!! So there was 4 autos in my box. Stunned. Sad thin is she got / 25 vinny p auto, Jared Young base auto and a riley green redemption design variation and I pulled ezequiel Duran, still probably didn't pay for the box. Maybe with the griffey beam team.

One compact box, got a sick Eckersley auto and a nice Volpe Chrome. Only bummer was almost every card had corner dings straight outta the packs.

Opened 2 boxes, 1st had nothing and second had a Harris 1991 Design Auto /25, a Yoshida RC Black Auto /25, and a Gold Minted Vaughn Grissom RC. They are all up at auction on eBay right now
Bought 1 box at my lcs. Pulled a black foil Soto auto redemption and a gold minted case hit Ryan Sandberg along with my 2 autos.
I just opened two blasters and got a Gunnar 1991 variation and a Bo Bichette chrome purple /75. I like this product so far
I hammered four Blasters today and a couple of them were totally loaded. I got a Junior Beam Team, a crappy auto, gold plated chrome Peraza, and a rainbow foil. Didn't pull the best rookies but got more coming. I think I got three Triumvirates, I know there were at least two.

Bought a compact box yesterday from my lcs and hit a 1/30 pearl white chrome Mariano Rivera and hit a beam team Corbin!
Walmart has 22 stadium club chrome blasters up for $30, I bought 3 last week and pulled a Bobby Witt Jr. Auto /50 yesterday. Never sleep on the blasters of this and chrome.
Last year I pulled a Mike Trout autograph out of a Walmart blaster box.
That was a really fun box opening! If they look this good. I cant wait for SC Chrome! Thank you for sharing

I bought 3 hobbies and one of my boxes had 4 autos (2 of the same player but one numbered to 10) and an Acuna redemption. Also got a hidden gem for Yoshida which is cool.

Fleer Metal in the mid to late 90s are just awesome even to this day.
I opened one of the 1 auto boxes. Hit a chrome refractor Corbin and a red foil Gunnar, not bad. All and all pulled about $70 worth of cards in a $70 box. Can’t ask for much more these days

My autos sucked but did hit two beam teams in one box and one was a black Aaron Judge to /25! 🎉
But yeah, I agree with you on the Beam Team designs
I am happy the beam teams are more rare as they were too common last year. Agree they could have made it look better. I think they should make the home field advantage cards more rare also.

I think the product could have been a little better like you said but got some good cards out of this box.
I just bought 2 hobby boxes of stadium club 2023. I love this product and I get pretty lucky with hits from this. I'm waiting to get home from work to open some packs.Very dissatisfied with my boxes. I didn't get any of the top 5 rookies from either box. No Corbin No Gunnar No Adley No Jung No Walker No Volpe from either of my boxes. I usually get lucky but my luck has run out.
Love these base cards I just wished the red and black parallels held up more value. They just do not sell well 2 weeks after release

I’ve been just buying blaster of stadium club and it’s been crushing. I’ve pulled 5 autos out of maybe 10 blasters. 3 duds but a Michael Harris base auto and a Morel auto /25. Way better than series one blasters for me.

I ordered a case of blasters. My thoughts pretty much reflected yours on the hobby boxes and auto’s. I’m going to chase the good rookie’s base and parallel cards and see if I get lucky on a few auto’s. Thanks as always for sharing!

I just opened a Blaster Box and pulled a Vlad Guerrero Jr. Red Beam Team! Awesome Card But Wish it had some POP!
Bought 2 blasters just to see how the cards looked and pulled a Griffey Jr. Chrome out my first pack so I was good lol.. Also got an Acuna Beam Team and Judge Goin Yard.. Gotta say that the Pictures are pretty cool.. Not a bad set. I'm not excited about how the Inserts look but hey, can't win them all
My boxes weren't good. This is the first year that my first boxes were just brutal. Bubba auto and a George Kirby Photographr's Proof were my best cards out of 2 boxes.
Speaking of blaster, I bought one box and it had 2 autos (Baty, wallner) in one pack, (back to back cards) and a Gunnar instavision… feel like I got lucky

I don't know anything about baseball but decided to buy a blaster today at target just for fun. I hit a gabriel moreno /25 rainbow, Spencer steer /25 rainbow , Dale murphy 1st day issue and a yordan alvarez beam team /10 . How did I do?

the rare opportunity when i get to brag about a blaster box. i've stuck w/ blasters for stadium club so far, per your earlier breakdown, and from a single blaster pulled reds of gunnar, jung, and moreno and pulled a rookie variation of Carroll (which i guess they don't number but are limited to 92 copies per rookie). The odds of a rookie variation in a blaster are about 1:125 blasters and 1:30 hobby boxes - which doesn't seem that rare for a 92 copy release per rookie, so I'm thinking the same as you that the print release is actually a bit more limited than i would expect.
Really hoping to get a couple of boxes.

Man sweet box , I was just watching TH-cam shorts on my lunch break and some guy did a short of his case rip of this and it was loaded …he had a gold minted Michael Harris a couple of /10 proof cards 1 was Gunnar I think also production variation or something of someone …I wonder if you ripped a case if you could get back your money or not
You gotta watch my most recent SC rip - got a Barry Larkin box topper auto hand numbered to 10 and a Michael Harris red foil auto /50. Was CRAZY.

I did 2 blasters from Target and got killed. Did one 1 auto box from lcs for $80 ugh and auto was trash as expected. Marcus Wilson. Thankfully box savers ohtani refractor and ichiro orange triumvirates /50
My LCS never has stuff on release day unless it’s hockey. 🇨🇦 What irks me is when I ask the staff when I can expect certain releases and they can’t provide any info. Best I get is “it’s in our system”
I think I need to start preordering from out of province. Ontario Canada shops seem to be on the ball ⚾️

Pretty good box compared to what ive seen! Seen cases of this stuff ripped and only a few rare cards/nice autos. Lotta junk autos and random player color

My box was horrendous. Two no name autos, no numbered cards.
Jonah Bride, Marcus Wilson, Tommy Henry, eguy Rosario, and Ethan small were mine after 2 hobby 1 compact. Feel the pain. Just have to remind ourselves there's a lot more no name rookies than super star autos

Zack Thompson is actually a really good pitcher. The Cardinals are just a failed organization that fails to use him correctly.
The autos have been terrible .. besides that the image variations & other parallels have made up for it at least

If you think these Triumvirates look good you should refamiliarize yourself with the 90s versions and you will quickly realize these look like a 5 year old made them.
