      @@SagarGol I once heard an Indian doctor say that you have all the disease fighting spices and herbs but the consumption of oils, dairy and animal protein completely destroys everythig. I've incorporated most of the ingredients that are used in the smoothie into my diet and the flu, tonsils and headaches went away.

    I really like this smoothie I was making it for my husband and me every morning. We have been on a Whole Food Plant Based diet for five months. We have been drinking this smoothie for about a month, but now when I drink this smoothie I get severe cramps and diarrhea. Needless to say I don’t drink it anymore but I still make it for my husband.

    you can use frozen spinach or blend fresh spinach with a little water and freeze it into cubes.

      You have people who have JESUS in their life and are sick and dying and not living their 3 score and 10 because they are not eating healthy. The original diet GOD gave man in the garden was the fruit of the tree and herbs (vegetables) shall be
      our meat. GOD place us in a garden that would supply everything we needed our food in the garden shelter in the garden. The reason why mankind live hundreds of years before the flood because we ate a plant base diet. When we get sick and go back to GOD'S original diet our body naturally heals it self from the nutrients of plants. Rev George M. who started Hallelujah Acres was healed of colon cancer by going back to the original diet.
      His mother died from colon cancer because she went the medical route

      @@41txdawn Most fruits and vegetables today are depleted of their full nutrients due to depleted soils. I believe natural foods can help lower cancer risk but I would have at least preferred that these "doctors" mentioned this.

    Love the green tea instead of plain water I use a variety of adaptogen herbal teas myself. But this has way too many carbs and not enough healthy fat even with the flaxseeds

    I make this with the exception of one or two ingredients…as much as we want this deadly disease gone. We can be the healthiest eater however our life is in Yah’s hands. He is the best remedy

    We're going to try this. Just have to say Dr Stork is most annoying slurping the smoothie with a straw while we're trying to hear what she's saying. Had to rewind several times to get what she's saying and then have to listen to his bad manners.

      She probably had a very short time available, plus it is fairly common knowledge soy needs to be non-GMO and organic produce is best.

      Especially not with the soy milk. Walnut milk (Home made is best), over soy milk. And avocados over bananas as a super food.

      @@lindseyabbie7 I believe cancer can be cured using healthy and natural foods. However, soy is actually an ingredient avoided if one is battling cancer even by those who believe in natural remedies.
