Using corn flour for making padhi is very common thing in making chiroti in Karnataka. We will make only with chiroti rava and all purpose flour, no wheat flour And normal uppitt rava shall not be used instead you can use chiroti rava to get better results. You can get chiroti rava in big malls or departmental stores. And badam milk we make with kasakasa and badam. I like all your recipes ma'am you make all the dishes with interest and patience.
