MLS is a really hard challenge in Football Manager. That said, contrary to other extremely hard challenges in the game, MLS is really difficult to understand even for the AI. I’m an MLS fan and every time I played in the league it was maddening to see the kind of moves that the AI makes, and if you can get a grasp of the rules you are already at a clear advantage over the computer. That’s the real challenge
Last year I tried playing in MLS but it was sooo hard. There is so many things you have to remember how to do, what to do, what not to do and of course I made some mistakes and f**ked up everything for the season. It's way too complicated. Wages, transfers, registration, draft, contracts and all have nothing to do with what we usually are used in in lets say european leagues. I look forward to seeing the Inter Miami rebuild. There is not much MLS FM content out there. I watch quite a lof ot highlights from the MLS in real life so I know the league and how good teams are but the rules are something I don't think I will ever understand (in the game and in real life :D)
That is the one thing! Europe is just nothing like it so it’s SO Alien to us! I look forward to making it, should help me understand it even more too! I watch sometimes on Apple TV, quite enjoyable football to watch :)
Just started MLS season in my 14th season 🫡 everything was overwhelming. But watch your video, everything made sense. Made one of the best teams with trades and buying designated players from south america ✌️😂

Trust the Yanks to make things soooo complicated, well it is Soccer not Football. I know someone mentioned international slots as they seem to have more than 5, also are subs the same as Europe now 5 and what about loans from an affiliated club as thinking of doing a NYC/MCFC save. Good attempt but far too much info at once bit size pieces and slower please, I played NHL games a lot so know it will make sense once up and running but will sub and follow you as rare to find an MLS U tuber giving advice -Thanks.

Messi is set to 23k because that's what he counts against your wage budget. That's not what is being paid. DPs count as a flat number against the cap.
