Happens here on the east coast of Florida on the St John's river but definitely not as bad at the boat ramp as up there. Salt water will definitely intensify the drinks. Glad you went with snoopy name.

My dad and I have said for years, in order to get your boaters license you should have to take a boat launching course too. Everytime o go to launch there is always someone in front of me that has no idea what they are doing.

Late to the show today. So many people beaching there bow on the sand. Down here in Tampa that's rare to see other than toons or smaller skiffs. I don't suggest using the power pole for long ancoring as the rear in a wavy area or if tide is coming in.
I agree with the power pole statement. People will beach a $1,000,000 boat around here. No rocks or oyster beds helps with piece of mind. Lol
If there was any time to use the drone, it was at the sand bar. I must say…You let me down.
😂😂😂 unfortunately this sandbar is about 300 yards from a naval aviation station. It’s a no-fly zone although I’m licensed, I can’t get access there. I’m planning on doing a full sandbar video at one of the other hotspots with the drone and everything in the next week or two.
When I was active in the ky guard, we did an A.T. there . We flew Blackhawks over that area. It is crazy from the air. Joe

Must be some pretty relaxed BWI laws. Here in NY they adopted the vehicle DWI laws for boating. I’m pretty sure you can’t have an open container and operate a boat. Killjoys.
It’s enforced but probably not like it should be. Only time it’s aggressive is Holidays.
