I've passed five kidney stones. They gave the sensation that you've been shot with a .22 and the bullet bounces around your kidney until you pee it out. You feel the pain in your back, abdomen, groin (really sucks if you're a guy) and the nausea made it so much worse; honestly, the pain wouldn't be so bad if my guts didn't feel like they were about to abandon ship.
Omg and there’s no relief unless your given intravenous pain medications 😭… I had a 4 mm in my left kidney n a 6 mm in my right , on top of being 5 months pregnant 😳
I'm amazed and happy fibromyalgia is included here. It was thought to be a fake disease for so long. Let me tell you, I have it for over ten years and some days, I just want to lie in bed and cry. Some days aren't bad. But those that are, simply devastate me. Plus, the pain can be in different locations on different days. Finally, even on good days, there's overwhelming fatigue. Not the 'I didn't sleep well" tiredness. This is the ''do I have enough energy to take a shower' fatigue. Yup. It belongs on this list.
An issue is that many people with fibromyalgia don't actually have anything wrong with them and often the problem is just lazyness. Say everybody runs 5 kilometers a day and one person only runs 1 kilometer a day. The person who only runs one kilometer will be tired from running 5 five kilometers because they have never done it before. Upon telling a doctor that they cannot run 5 kilometers without getting tired, the doctor will say they have fibromyalgia because they cant keep up with the average. But the real reason the person can't keep up with the average is becasue they don't attempt to. Most of the cases come down to lazyness.
@@kurtwagland2622 Fibromyalgia is a very real problem, it's not lazyness, that is such an ignorant example. Lady Gaga has Fibromyalgia, one of my children has it, along with me. It is constant pain all over your body. Exercise does not help, nor heat or ice or massage.
I have fibromyalgia, and had 3 babies using no painkilling drugs. But, by far, the worst pain I’ve ever experienced was when I ruptured a disk in my lower spine. That awful electric-shock feeling lasted for weeks, and no amount of painkillers helped. I’ve had a tumor removed through my nose, no comparison. I get migraines;no comparison. Broken bones, no comparison. A 3rd degree burn, no comparison. The next-worst pain I can remember was when I caught a nasty strain of salmonella from a KFC, I was in the ER waiting room screaming. They loaded me up on pain meds. Thankfully, it was gone a day or 2 later, but that was agonizing.
@PythonTheOrbwing Salmonella is a bacteria often shared via contaminated food, which causes the disease Salmonellosis, which has symptoms as bad as stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Salmonella is also why chicken should NEVER be consumed raw.
@@PythonTheOrbWingDangerous form of food poisoning you can get from eating things like raw chicken. It’ll give you diarrhea and have you throwing up at the same time for days. It can be very dangerous and result in death depending. It’s advised to go to the hospital if you suspect that it is salmonella.
@@PythonTheOrbWing I'm late, but Salmonella infection is usually caused by eating raw or undercooked meat, poultry, and eggs or egg products or by drinking unpasteurized milk. Symptoms usually start 6 hours to 6 days after infection. They include diarrhea that can be bloody, fever, and stomach cramps. Most people recover within 4 to 7 days without antibiotic treatment. But some people with severe diarrhea may need to be hospitalized or take antibiotics.
I'm a Mother of 3, 1st Baby - 26hrs labour, his back was against mine, pulled out with forceps with his head so large I had 42 stitches & dislocated coccyx! 22 months later Natural Twins, born by C-Section where my blood pressure dropped so low I was in a minor coma (14 hours) once I came around it was found that my nerves had been severed in by groin - Ouch! I have also broken / smashed almost every bone in my body! The worst pain I ever felt was a posterior dislocation of my elbow - 2 ops on it since to remove bits of cartilage that were floating around & it still hurts occasionally 25 years later!
The worst pain I've ever had was my first laminectomy, which is surgery on your back , mine was L5S1 lowest part of back where your back muscles are cut, it was like continuing labour pain without any results. It was horrific, I believe now they have better pain relief.
I spent my 27th birthday in the ICU after getting hit by welding spatter - the guy opposite me begun a weld without my knowledge and I copped it in my right eye, it was taken out by an eye surgeon and I had "sandpaper eyelid" for a couple of weeks, with not much sleep as a result. However being told my baby son had cancer at birth and needed his left testicle removed - If I agreed to it was far-harder, To do anything apart from hold him and help him through chemo while we were living in rural Australia meant I had to be the nurse who flushed out the Hickman line in his chest twice a week, fully scrubbed and gowned-up - how I managed to work as well I don`t recall, lot`s of coffee and tears out in the shed, He`s a 30 y/old man now and fully recovered - one day he may have a son too..
I have suffered with Fibromyalgia since I was a kid but wasn’t diagnosed till I was 22. You saying “Here’s one to you” literally made me so happy. Thank you!
The most painful thing that I've experienced was. In November 2016, I was 31 yrs old. I found out that I had stage 3 ovarian cancer. I had to have a laparoscopic surgery where they had to blow my stomach up with CO2, because I had to have a full hysterectomy. I'm 5'6" and weigh around 120. The C02 made me look like I was 9 months pregnant.I had to pass all of it naturally, which took about 2 to 3 weeks to do so. I couldn't sleep, eat, I couldn't sit, walk, or lay down or do anything without hurting for a whole month. It was the most excruciating pain i had ever encountered.
I just had a Laparoscopy to exam cysts on my ovaries. The pain from that gas was intense! I’ve had bladder/kidney stones twice the first time I thought my appendix had ruptured. That pain had me in a fetal position for hours That pain lasted about two and a half days. Drink water people.
When I was 21 years old I was a over the road truck driver. I ended up passing a kidney stone on the side of the interstate during a ice storm. I thought I was going to die that night! It was a nightmare! My truck got stuck at a closed down rest area. The truck got stuck in gear so, I could not idle it for heat until I pushed the clutch in to let the truck run after nearly freezing to death. I had already passed the stone or stones. I remember sweating profusely, having tunnel vision in nearly blackening out. it was around 0° f. I then climbed in the back sleeper & fell asleep. I woke up freezing and forced myself to push the clutch down and start the truck to save my life that night. A tow truck found me the next morning.
Nah it’s when your crush finds out you have crush then announces it to the whole class says she hates you then is practactly embarrassed just because I liked her by the way this a true story and is currently happening to me
I got stung in the eye by a wasp when I was younger. Now I have this weird mark where the stinger sat in my eye because they couldn't take it out. My eye doctor last year was like "I have NEVER seen anything like that before." There's a bunch of pigment left from the stinger lol.
My Father got a bee sting in his eye when a kid. Much later in life, he got Lazik surgery on his eye. It failed, leaving his eye damaged, due to the early damage from the bee sting. It took a long while before he got the second eye done. Ever after, he had to watch TV with the bad eye covered, as they didn't work well together.
@@spiritnova420x In Dad's case, it left scar tissue that caused serious trouble with the laser later. My sister had Lasik too, and later she had the cataract surgery, which negated what the Lasik had done. Eyes are very sensitive things.
I suffered from testicular torsion when I was 18. And I can tell you that everything he said, its true. I was in the most awful pain in my life. It happened during the early hours and I was the only one at school. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up to call for help. By the time I was being removed from school to go to the emergency, I was basically lucidly unconscious and I had to wait another hour for the specialist to arrive at the hospital to diagnose and send me in surgery. It was only when they temporarily paralysed me from the waist down, I could finally be out of pain. The surgeon told me they sew my marbles to the side so it doesn't happen again. After a month of recovery and awkward bathroom trips, I was finally okay :)
So many people talk about how Men will Never Understand Women, particularly when it comes to Pain. I have to say that there’s things about Men’s Health, particularly in relation to Pain, that Women will Never Understand. After your true-life gore-fest story, I’m glad to be able to say: - I Sympathise with your Pain, but thank all the Gods I Don’t Feel your Pain!
@america Its rare. Doctor told me that while its technically common in tall men (im 6ft btw). Something has to cause it to become like that. After thinking about, I realised that a few weeks before while lying down on my back, relaxing, during a volleyball practice, a ball landed directly on my groin. That was probably the moment when marble started to twist
I fell on a power washer motor once. Left most of the skin on the back of my leg behind. Severe 3rd degree burns with the design of the motor imprinted on me. Zero pain for the first 5 days because I had seared all my nerves. But 5 days in the feeling came back with a vengeance. Changing my bandages was a pain like nothing else I have ever experienced. It felt like someone scraping a wire brush on the worst burn you could ever imagine. Once when my bf ws changing the bandage for me, I was screaming and begging so hard for him to stop that he actually started crying. (I was power washing his brother's driveway as a surprise for him). Never took so much as a motrin. I still get a little PTSD when I think too much about it.
I hope you're ok and that the pains gone. I dont currently have too many painful experiences but i can understand your pain through words. I wish you a good day and that you live happily with your bf
This is one of the best descriptions of Fibro I’ve ever heard. I once got dirty looks by ambulance staff, after I was in a fender bender. Once I said I had Fibro they all nodded and understood why my pain was so high.
I know fibro is real and it's debilitating. So is MS in general most people don't understand either illness so they mock it, even some dr.'s do. People just don't get it. I've never been so alone in my life because of it.

Thank you for adding fibromyalgia on this list. Some people and doctors don't believe or get how terrible it can be especially in conjunction with other pain.
Today is the first time I watched you. This video is really the first time I have heard a non-fibro describe the syndrome so well. I have had it for about 30 years. Your accuracy and the gentle voice as you talked about it. I appreciate you spreading accurate information to the world
Had a paper cut on my eyeball once. I was walking down some stairs outside, holding papers and a gust of wind came and they flew upward and one of them sliced me right in the eye. SO MUCH PAIN!!!! The worst pain I've ever had though was a very bad migraine. I thought I was having a stroke. I was alone and needed help, I was near a phone but in too much pain to actually reach for it and go through the motions of calling and speaking so I just lay there in the dark thinking I was going to die. My head felt like it was going to explode. I do my best to never let them get that bad. Thank God for modern medicine!
Thank you for mentioning migraine. I suppose because it is not visible many people think it is just a headache. My worst pain, however, was when I had a long line inserted up a vein in my arm. I remember clutching one of the nurses and crying out.
Thank you guys for putting fibromyalgia in your video. It's not talked about enough and to have you guys talk about it brings more awareness to what we go through. Thank you, this warms my heart. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 13 years old.
Yes thanks for including fibro. I have it and RA. My Mom had it. Most of my cousins have it. It’s horrible. One male cousin had both. Plus chronic fatigue!! He could not handle the pain and he is gone now! 😢
A couple of years ago, my son - 12 at the time, woke up complaining of horrible pain in his groin. I diagnosed him with active boy syndrome as he had ridden his bike more than 6 miles the day before, gave him an ice pack and told him to rest. When my husband got up, he urged me to call the doctor. When they opened 2 hours later, I did so and they sent us to urgent care. Once there, they told us to get to an ER immediately. Upon arrival to the ER, they whisked him past a packed waiting room and had him in surgery within a half hour. Fortunately, they were able to save both of his little guys! Apparently, when they descended, they didn't attach and were danglers. The right one was twisted 360 twice and the left was 360. It was minutes before he could have lost one, if not both. My knowledge of balls now transcends anything my past boyfriends or my husband have tried to thrust upon me and I can't unlearn it!! Poor little guy!
Thank you for telling people how we fibromyalgia sufferers go through! I suffer massively day in and day out, and I will have people come at me with how I can't be on as much pain as I am in, can't be as drained as energy as I am, or that I "just don't want to work"!
Some people accused me of amputating both legs because i was *Work shy* and refused to work! Well, i started 3 successful tourist companies in my 30 years working with sled-dogs *WITHOUT* any education! People are directly mean!
@@jimmotheus6151 I'm writing a book about my life as we speak, and i hope i will be ready soon. Got sick. But seriously, they want me to *HOLD BACK* because people will refuse to belive that one man can go through so much in his life. I belive it is because they don't dare going outside their comfort zone. And when you don't go outside that zone, you will never be able to really live. Because how can you truly live, if you can't even imagine a man live his life on the edge, while they don't? Is my question to them. 🙃🥳🥸😎
Hey Robert, I hear ya buddy. I commented up top to "GoddessNovember"s comment, but I know what you're going thru, brotha!!!! It's pretty rare for men to get Fibro, too, so you're one in very few, which probably is harder for people around you to understand what you really go thru. As I said up top, I also have several other chronic pain issues to go along with the Fibro, so that just makes my pain skyrocket. I'm on about 9 prescriptions right now, but it used to be around 13, so I feel pretty good about knocking that down a few, because you literally feel like that's all you do is eat pills. I literally feel as if my body is falling in on itself some days. Anyway, I hope you get on a treatment plan that eases some of that pain for you, Robert. I'm on Methadone, Tramadol, Methotrexate, Ritalin (for my Narcolepsy), as well as Amitryptiline to help me get some sleep, which, believe it or not, doesn't happen unless I have the med. I'll be sending positive vibes your way!!!
I've had chronic gout on and off for 5 years or so. At its worst, I must say it was the worst pain I ever endured in my 52 years. He's not kidding with the light breeze. I would have to sleep with my foot over the bed but if I move during the night I would wake up and agony screaming. Once when it was horrible and I couldn't walk for two weeks couldn't put on a shoe or a sock couldn't wash it the doctor prescribed colchicine which is a poison. He told me to take one every hour until I got violently ill. So here I was on the toilet fluids coming out of every orifice but when it subsided I noticed that the shiny red golf ball on my toe was practically gone and so was the pain. I just had a itchy sensation for a while but the medicine pulled all of the uric acid out of my body through vomit and diarrhea. I was truly amazed on how good that worked. The medicine poison me but got rid of my agony. I changed my diet watch the purines slowed my drinking alcohol, increase my fluids and cut out sugars almost completely. That was maybe 15 years ago, and I've never gotten it since. Once in awhile I'll feel a tinge in my toe but it just goes away. Actually other than smashing my hammer onto my thumb twice within two days the gout was probably the worst thing ever
@@susanbuenconsejo1663 Why would you “laugh out loud” to this comment. What part exactly did you find so “amusing” that you decided to express your joy and amusement at this persons pain and suffering? Was it the part where they had excruciating pain? Maybe it was the part in which the doctor told them the the solution was to take poison every hour until enough was ingested to get them extremely ill? Or was it when the poison worked and the sickness that followed that you found so funny? Either way it’s extremely disturbing and I would encourage you to maybe think about the person you are responding to before you post like that in the future.

I can say that I thought childbirth was exceptionally painful, but totally worth it! However, I found a serious competitor for that pain, when I had necrotizing fasciitis, aka "flesh eating bacteria". I lost all the muscle in my upper right arm right down to the elbow, a considerable amount of pectoral muscles on both sides, and right down the center of my abdomen. After a 4 month induced coma, the pain was incredible, and it took more than a year after discharge to recover. The most painful thing that I know of, and NOTHING can be more painful, was to bury my beautiful 27 year young babygirl, Alyson. She suffered severe internal injuries in a car accident almost 2 years ago, and everyday I feel the same pain, hurt and loss. I had to tell the doctors to let her go, as they could not do anything else for her. My heart is broken, and I will feel this EXCRUCIATING pain, as long as I live....
My deepest condolences. I to have had long painful childbirths. Im living with chronic pain right now due to a injury to my saccrocoxxegeal area from being rear ended. THE WORST PAIN I HAVE EVER FELT in my life is when my oldest son died at the age of 19 a little over 7 years ago. The pain I feel from his death over rides ANY physical pain I’ve ever had. It feels like my heart is being torn to shreds every fiber of my body aches. It’s an indescribable unbearable pain.
Two bouts of cancer is nothing compared to the pain of losing my 24 year old grandson. After 5 years, the grief is still debilitating. If anyone tells you physical pain is worse, physical pain is horrible but cannot compare to losing a child. God bless us all.
I appreciate you mentioning Fibromyalgia! Most people don't even believe anything is wrong with you let alone believe that you are in immense pain! I'm left with it after 3 bouts of lyme disease and erlichiosis also spread by ticks. It sucks.
So sorry to hear that. And here I am having only burned my right hand at the age of 2 and having huge burn scars on it thinking that was bad.... compared to you my pain is nothing guess I need to count my blessings... I hope all is well with you 🙏
I was very happy to see fibromyalgia being discussed. Its a horrible way to live in constant pain and so many people still think we are just being lazy or being a wuss. Everyday is a struggle but we carry on or else we give up on life
@@natashamalloch4547 I feel the same as I have small fiber sensory neuropathy. I can barely walk because of the pain and also limited on using my hands too
Most paniful thing I've experienced: Long term pain: A slipped disc and a bursitis in my right leg (yes, they occurred at the same time). It happened in 2017 and 6 years later, I still sometimes have mobility issues due to the damage it caused to the leg (most specifically, to the sciatic nerve). Short term pain: Dental infection. I had to get 2 root canals because of this. The first time it occurred was in 2019. I remember when the doctor showed me the x-rays, I saw the extend of it. The gum surronding the infected tooth had gone totally black (necrosis) and you could see some white stuff (perhaps pus?) surrounding said tooth. Adding insult to injury, a ligament between to mouth and nose had completely snapped. When I felt this pain & noticed my gum smelt weird in 2021, I knew exactly what that was & asked for an emergency appointment on the following day.
I had all of my teeth removed. They all got damaged in an accident where I hit my face on a bench at a park causing microfractures in almost all of them. Then I developed bruxism and didn't know I had it because I live along and nobody sleeps by me to tell my im grinding. I didn't know I had bruxism until my teeth were all starting to chip away. Only one of them got infected though. My dentist went ahead and removed it even though the infection hadn't completely gone yet and let me tell you novocaine does not work on infected roots! When she yanked that tooth I screamed bloody murder.
Fibromyalgia sufferer here, thanks for including it! It's awful to live with and the worst thing for me is the crippling tiredness, I can and have fallen asleep where I'm stood some days, and don't get me started on the pain 😕
I know. Read my comment at the top under Konstanze Allsopp. I have had Fibromyalgia for 22 years and I am only 61 so I could live another 40 to 50 years with it. I am already on a higher than the top allowed dose of the painkiller Fentanyl and when that stops working completely as morphine and other strong opiates have, I don't know what I will do - take a jump.
@@konstanzeallsopp3087 My doctor keeps reducing my Fentanyl. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis on top of the Fibromyalgia and one of my shoulders has been frozen for 2 freaking years. He keeps telling me the Fentanyl is causing me to feel more pain. Lying Bastard.
@@AnotherWittyUsername. I simply cannot believe what your doctor is doing to you. Where do you live, in the UK? If you do, move to another doctor who believes you and gives you the ONLY painkiller that helps and on a full dose. I have a frozen shoulder as well (my right one, sod's law, I am completely right-handed and my left lower arm is pretty much paralysed by permanent ulnar nerve damage. I know that doctors keep preaching to us that opiates make the pain worse over time (not true, they just don't work as well as the pain threshold gets lower and lower). I have been given every pain killer that has been developed in the world, in three different pain clinics. Literally everything! NOTHING works. At the end of the day, despite all the disadvantages and negative things that happen if you treat your pain with an opiate, there is pain that simply won't react to any painkiller that works in a different way - and there are some, I am the first to admit that opiates are not nice and if you suffer from some pain (often back pain can be treated by something else because I have a broken lumbar vertebra and my Fentanyl does NOTHING for the back pain. But the back pain pales in comparison with pain from Fibromyalgia (and I can't even imagine what you are suffering from the Ankylosing Spondylitis ON TOP of Fibromyalgia and SEID). Doctors don't know WHY the nerves tell the brain that the person is in terrible pain when there is in fact nothing at all wrong (and sadly that means that very many doctors simply don't believe that there IS anything wrong. Luckily (I know that sounds awful) but it IS lucky, there are a huge number of people who suffer from Fibromyalgia, I haven't met somebody in the last few years who when I mention it doesn't tell me they have a friend, relative, doctor, etc. who also suffers from it. But until doctors (or more likely researchers) have found out how the nerves work to fool the brain into believing that a certain area is in excruciating pain, we won't have a painkiller which precisely targets the nerves or the part of the brain to stop sending or receiving the pain signals, there is only one painkiller that actually works. And that is an opiate, the strongest we can get being Fentanyl. Any doctor who reduces a person's amount of Fentanyl should lose his or her license to practice! Undiluted Diamorphine hydrochloride is stronger, about 30 times according to some studies (so, NOT street heroin but the real thing they have in hospitals and pharmacies), would be so wonderful for people who have suffered from Fibromyalgia for years but it is deemed too addictive to give long-term, so Fentanyl is the ONLY painkiller that makes your life even marginally worth living. I, personally am scared to death of what will happen when I have had Fentanyl for so long that it simply doesn't work anymore. Because I have had it for about 13 years now and went from 1 patch every 10 days to 1 patch every 2 days. I could live another 40 or 50 years. What am I going to do then? I won't live for another 40 or 50 years, that is the simple answer because I WILL commit suicide. All of the people here who have commented how glad they are that Fibromyalgia is included in the list know what I am talking about. Only people who are in the end stage of cancer probably suffer more than we do - and they get diamorphine hydrochloride because they are dying so it doesn't matter if they get addicted. I pray every day that enough money is put into research to find the "cure", a painkiller that targets the cause of Fibromyalgia - but I am not holding my breath.
My boyfriends mother has Fibromyalgia. She said that it started of like someone was constantly jabbing a needle Into her skin ALL OVER HER BODY. Then it developed slowly into what feels like her being constantly on fire. The only minor reprieve she gets is from her medication THAT SHE PAYS FOR, and sometimes the NHS don't give her what she needs. She even struggles to sleep, she is such a sweet lovely woman, she shouldn't have to suffer.
My uterine biopsy was the most pain I ever experienced, being scraped from the inside was absolutely horrific and I was not offered any anesthesia or pain medication, this is not a procedure that should ever be done on someone who is awake
It felt like the doctor had gripped my uterus with a hemostat & was pulling it inside out. Worse yet was when I had a flexible sigmoidoscopy with no pain shot beforehand--when the scope reached a certain spot it felt like the uterine biopsy felt. We were in the basement of the office and I SCREAMED BLOODY MURDER! I happened to see my chart and he had the nerve to write that I tolerated the procedure well! Most doctors do not understand pain at all. The older ones had only a short discussion about pain. It's a proven fact that doctors don't order enough pain medication after surgery.
My gynecologist did one, just told me as she was doing it. I almost passed out from the pain. I'm glad I had a hysterectomy, so I cannot experience that pain again.
The attitude and treatment of female organ pain is absolutely barbaric & totally under considered & i blame MUCH of that on the fact that the majority of drs in that field are men & for w.e reason cannot wrap their minds around or empathize w how a woman may feel pain in that way & i also pair misogyny/arrogance to that field. Luckily i finally found a great FEMALE gynecologist. Never a male gyn again ever! TY!
I had to have a uterine biopsy once too. Worst pain ever. At one point, not my only scream, I was so loud that the doctor scolded me for screaming so loud, saying I would scare the people in the waiting room. Even having the inside of my uterus for Mirena wasn't as bad as the biopsy. There should be pain medication, if not anesthesia to do the procedure. I'm not sure why there isn't.
Thank you for bringing up fibromyalgia. It is a very misunderstood and often mocked condition. It took me more than 10 years to get my fibromyalgia diagnosis. We couldn’t figure out my odd symptoms for years, then one of my moms friends who had worked with her as a FF/Paramedic told me before my mom passed away they had talked about fibromyalgia because my moms friend had been having the same symptoms of it and my mom knew about fibro because we had a family history of it. Because of my mom’s recommendation she went to her doctor who was able to finally help her get diagnosed. 10 years later, I posted my frustration on Facebook regarding the doctors being unable to figure out what was wrong with me despite years of testing and odd symptoms (some of which we had no idea were related to fibro) my mom passed away right before my symptoms started to get really bad that would have probably made my mom suspicious that I had it. So my mom helped her friend get diagnosed and start treatment (she is doing much better now thankfully) and she returned the favor 10 years later by helping me get diagnosed. Unfortunately, I only received my diagnosis recently and less than 2 months after i lost my job so my health insurance also went with it. I have a new job unfortunately, I don’t have proper insurance yet so I have not started any treatment for it. Fingers crossed a few more months and i will be able to get back to get back to the doctor and start getting treatment. Fibromyalgia is very miss understood and it breaks my heart hearing peoples stories of people accusing them of faking it, doctors believing it was a myth, and almost no research on the disease until the last 20 years which is basically starting from zero. Hopefully we will see more research done on it in the future.
I too have been diagnosed with fibro. I later found out that i had a sensitivity to certain foods and i had a ton of oxalate crystals in my urine, which in turn meant they were all throughout my body like tiny spears. I am now totally carnivore, Lion Diet, and it helps immensely.
I have had Fibromyalgia for 23 years now, and it's gradually getting worse to the point of beingdiabled. I don't wish it upon anyone, however, a friend of mine has it too, and it's someone you can talk too that totally understand what you're going through. It's been said that it does not necessarily run in the family but my daughter who is 32 has it too. I read an article that says they have done studies that show Fibromyalgia Syndrome is caused by antibodies that increase the activity of pain-sensing nerves throughout the body. The results show that Fibromyalgia is a disease of the immune system. It has caused me to be laying down most of the time because the more you move the more pain you're in. Even the weight of your leg on a mattress for 30 minutes or more can cause extreme pain. Seems like no matter what you do your always in pain. You can have a few hours or a day where it's not so bad followed by days, weeks, or months of extreme pain. You never know... Not to mention the fatigue, weakness, brain fog, etc. There are days when you plan on going shopping, doing laundry ,going to an event, etc the next day but by the next morning you just have to cancel your plans because you're just not up to it because of any or all the above fore mentioned. And yes there have been some days in the past 23 years that you just have to cry, not just for the pain but for a your life that's been ruined by something you can't control.
OMG, Judy, I also have it and so does my daughter! I'm so shocked that it's included in here too. For so long, it was known as the disease that is only given a diagnosis when the doctors don't know what else to do with you. I'm so shocked that there's so many people on here who have commented about having it. I remember when I was diagnosed, I said to the doc, "Fibro what???" I had never heard of it before. And honestly, back then, it was hard to find anything about it because it was so new. I'm so happy it's finally being recognized as REAL, and the PAIN IS REAL. So screw all those people who have said that I'm lazy, that I don't wanna work, that I'm a huge whiner.....and that's been by FAMILY MEMBERS. This can make you feel like you're literally so alone. I'm just glad that there's so many people on here who are speaking up!
@@MsLilpeach definitely don't feel alone, because thousands of people have it and it's more prominent in females. If you can get a good younger doctor he should know about Trigger Points on your body. When the trained doctors touch those points, it very slight, but he/she would fill a slight movement. There's at least 18 of them and if you have at least 15 of the 18 that's another sign of Fibromyalgia. There are other symptoms too, something like 25-30 but not everyone necessarily has the same symptoms. My daughter and a friend of mine have it but their symptoms are slightly different, and not everyone has all of the symptoms. Hope you can find the best pain relief that works best for you.
@@judyherman1249 Hi Judy, Thankfully, the dr that I have now is phenomenal, but sadly, it took me a lot of years before I found one that really understood my pain and was willing to really listen. That’s the problem with so many of these doctors, is they think that you’re just trying to get pills or something, so they don’t take you serious when you tell them about all the pain you’re having.
it's an autoimmune disease and DOES run in families... i have rheumatoid arthritis and people don't understand when you don't have an open wound how you can complain of so much pain but, isn't that judging a book by it's cover??? I've also recently was diagnosed with de Quinvaine tenosytnis and it sucks when you cant even wipe without yelling out from the pain... i wish you good days and better days in the future!!!
When it comes to kidney stones, I’m the master. Since 1988, I’ve passed over 40 of them…with five of them traveling through my urinary tract since March 23rd. The last one I “birthed” was so large, I actually think it formed in my bladder because I don’t know how it could have passed through my ureter. I’m not going to give dimensions because there will just be those who will accuse me of lying. I wish I could insert images into this comment because a picture is worth a thousand likes. I WILL say that for two full weeks, I only pissed blood. Amazingly, after it passed, all blood and pain dissipated. I swear I aged ten years in one month. SMH
Yes friend I agree. I've never had one that large, and after the pain a 7mm stone caused me, I don't think I would survive it. Positive healing vibes to you.
Gall stones. In total and complete agony. Told by a doctor at Whangarei Hospital that there was nothing wrong with me and sent home. In so much pain that I could not even move to pick up the phone beside me to call an ambulance. Finally a doctor friend took me to another hospital where the chief surgeon said you will only live another 24 hours as you are so ill. A 45 minute surgery took him 6 hours to clean me out. Whangarei Hospital is the WORST hospital on the planet. So grateful to the surgeon who listened, saw how ill I was and cared enough to listen. Unlike Whangarei Hospital where you are ALWAYS told, go home, take paracetamol. And if you query us, we are calling security to throw you out.
I was surprised gall stones weren't mentioned. Had one which blocked the common bile duct. The initial pain felt like I imagine a heart attack would feel. The worst came later - all-encompassing agony.
Thank you for mentioning Fibromyalgia! I have had it for about 10 years now and it cost me my ability to work among other activities. Some have lesser symptoms and others are worse off than me. Its one of those conditions that isnt often taken seriously because its not a visible illness. Thank you so much for including it in this list.
My mum suffers with this aswell unfortunately, she use to struggle getting up and down stairs and she lost so much motivation, she hasn't been able to get a job because of it. My mum use to do Avon and then better ware where she'd be walking and posting leaflets through doors and delivering parcels, she use to bring me and my sis with her and I hated it haha found it completely boring as it could take from 30 mins to a few hours but looking back now I miss it. My mum deffo wouldn't be able to do that now.
You missed out the fun - can cause cancer - symptom. It apparently interferes with the cytokine balance and those are the system in the body that hunts down and deals with abnormal cells.. It's accepted as a autoimmune disease according to modern research... My parents finally got the hint after I went into a cold related muscle seizure - any temperature under 23c for a protracted period and I'm due one, the fun ones are the 3-4 limbs twitching uncontrollably (to the point I'm having difficulty breathing or talking) while some No Hope Service cretin tells me I'm imagining it..
Thank you for highlighting the impact of fibromyalgia. I suffer with this condition and somedays it becomes unbearable to the point of suicidal thoughts. It would take a full video to highlight the full impact and symptoms. thank you for making more people aware
Same here plus breast and skin cancer as a result of it. Fibromyalgia is an autoimmune cancer causing syndrome - by interfering with your cytokine system. Keep away from spirit alcohol and opiate painkillers... Best way I can describe my pain is needles in every joint at every movement and a extreme sunburn like pain over my whole body but under the skin and 24/7. Its so much fun being told its in my head
I’ve had severe migraines for almost 30 years and my pain is always in my right temple, you can visually see the throbbing, and I describe it as “a tiny evil man standing in my head with a huge, hot, sharp knife stabbing at my temple for hours on end”. I’ve given birth naturally (not by choice, the epidurals wouldn’t work) where I had a 3rd degree episiotomy (I won’t describe what this is due to the crude description I’d have to give but look it up if you are curious lol). The same delivery, the doctor had to put his hand up my woohoo to scoop out my placenta that tore apart inside of me, then sew me up…all without giving me any pain killers. I was actually surprised that natural childbirth was not on this list.
Proud momma of 4 lil boys and 3 of the 4 came too fast for pain meds and also had an episiotomy every single time too and let me tell you, I hear you loud and clear! Won't get into details but very similar to what you went through! Yes, very painful experiences! Would also go through it all over again for my lil boys! Best of health to you and everyone in the comments and your loved ones!
Yikes I can’t even imagine giving birth without an epidural ! I’ve never done it yet but I pray I’m able to get the drugs first lol cuz that’s terrifying lol and I’m kinda curious as to what an episiotomy is, but kinda scared to look it up lol I dunno what to do lol
@@katybug6572 if you’ve never given birth before don’t look it up. It’s best not to freak yourself out over complications that probably won’t happen. I’m under 5 feet tall and have narrow hips so it’s crazy that they didn’t give me a C-section. My second child (yes, I crazily did it twice) was an awful experience as well. But the second time I had to have an emergency C-section and they had to give me the epidural After they induced me…they Again had problems getting the epidural in and took 2 different doctors and 45 minutes to get it in While I was contracting every 2 minutes and I had to stay perfectly still. But after the epidural I obviously felt very little.
I'm surprised child birth wasn't on this list either It should be i just had my first 8 months ago they gave me an epidural after they induced me the epidurals didn't work for me because I had no breaks in between contractions. I didn't even want an epidural but, I was in so much pain I didn't have a choice even though I originally didn't want it because I have a phobia about anyone touching my back due to childhood trauma but, I had no choice. I was in labor for 8 hours plus I forgot how long my contractions lasted. I thought I was going to die and I wouldn't wish that on anyone the only good thing that came out of that was my baby girl.
The worst pain i have gone through, was not kidney stones, which i had, eye surgery, i had, epidural or anything else, but going through divorse, i lost almost 30 pounds, lots of hair and i had to go thru depression and recovery a year later... Now i m good and happy again, but that was real pain, endlessly.
When I had my son, I was in labor for 17 long hours when I had to have an emergency C-section. I had an epidural, so it should have been easy. But after they removed him from my uterus, the epidural wore off completely and I felt every bit of it I felt every staple every pool when they took the placenta out and stapling the muscle all of it it was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I kept trying to come off the table it was so bad and the doctor said don't knock her out I'm almost finished I'll never forget that I yelled at the doctor but the drugs they gave me afterward and knocked me out and made me so high I was out of it the whole day and didn't get to hold my son until after 7:00 that night. As painful as it was I would do it all over again
I had surgery to correct my cluster headaches because I was seriously going to unalive myself. So I had the muscles in my forhead and cranium permanently paralyzed. They call it permanent botox. Thankfully it worked, but the surgery was painful itself
@@evantambolang3052yep, a cluster headaches are just headaches, but a billion times worse, people described it as getting shot in the head. And it’s barely less painful than giving birth. Me personally I never had it before and I hope I never will

I've had an ovarian torsion and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. It's happened several times to me and it's caused me to have intense anxiety towards any pain in my abdomen.
Had a broken left arm, broken right ankle as well as sprained badly two times, Cancer, multiple surgeries, bee stings, including walking on one (!!!) and three pregnancies. Then there was the pulling of a wisdom tooth without the heavy-duty pain drug. Could not get the drug due to being pregnant. Truly felt like my jaw had been kicked by a horse. Unbelievable. All bad, but nothing close to Fibromyalgia and lower spine problems I am stuck with until I die. That all over pain is horrible, and with me is nonstop. Thankfully, some days are better than others, but none are pain free. Thank you for bringing this up. I can't believe the ignorance (stupidity) of people who still question this disease is real.
I'm surprised that he didn't mention trigeminal neuralgia, AKA: "the Suicide Disease"! I've had that for over 18 years, and it's horrible. At least 5 people in our online support group have died by suicide because they couldn't live with the pain. One was a Marine who told us TN was much worse than being shot. It's caused by a damaged nerve, kind of like a "short circuit". The brain doesn't know how to respond to the signals it's receiving, so it just throws everything at it; sharp, burning, stabbing, electrical pain! Kind of like being stabbed with a sharp cattle prod at full voltage.
@@LazyIRanch My lower spine causes sciatica which is a mind bending pain. Keeps me almost bed ridden because it hurts too much to stand, sit or walk. Yes, fighting pain is a full time job. So sad about the Marine. This cruel government control of pain medication is responsible for many deaths. Yes, medication can be abused, but this is a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. One is not much of a doctor if they can't determine what that pain level is, and what is needed to relieve it.
I have lupus and fibromyalgia and yes!!! “You don’t look sick!” SHUT UP!!! Every day all day pain. I have sciatica from a terrible pregnancy with my twins so there’s a sharp pain up my left side but fibromyalgia trumps that too. I have a blood clotting condition and a blood clot in my leg or lungs/PE lead to sharp pains too. I haven’t had cancer but my mom had it twice so I went and got the test and yup I got the BRCA gene. So now I’m deciding if I want the elective mastectomy but the blood clot condition means no elective surgery. UGH!!! Hang in there, hon! We got this.
A staph infection that got in the bone of my foot. Every move was agony a squeeze was tear inducing. It had gotten so bad by mishandling that when I finally had a doctor that knew what they were doing and gave me surgery he was calling other doctors to see how bad it was. He thought I was a sleep but pain meds don't work well on me when I take them and keep waking up in surgery. And I have such a high pain threshold I walked off a broken toe and only sought medical help for a torn tendon and deep muscle bruises in my hand when I realized it was not the massive swelling keeping a finger from moving. The doctor who saw me is very resistant to giving pain meds even if asked gave me some with out me asking and I only took 2 to knock the pain down enough the first 2 nights to sleep. I was the first person in 5 years to get pain meds from her
@@Bartholomew-Fiddleford-II it was my family was telling the hospital staff to add 4 to what ever I said my pain level was because I start counting at need meds for my pain level.
A friend described fibro as a dog gnawing on your bones. I regret having to say they are right. The 10 out of 10 pain I discovered was 2 horrendous cases of diverticulitis when I thought I was going to die. Had numerous attacks but bleeding for 3 days in pain was my "not happy Jan" moment.
My sister has diverticulitis and she had to get blood transfusions and be in the hospital for 2 weeks until her blood hemo went back up. It was at like 4.2 or something when she went in. She was losing a lot of blood when she went to the bathroom. You see me if I saw that much blood in the toilet i'd be at the ER bugging the crap outta the docs there to find out what was wrong with me. My sister just drank her worries away. I'm sure the alcohol made the diverticulitis worse.
@@Andronicus87 Gee that's a severe case, poor girl. And hospital for 2 weeks, wow. I hope she is doing alot better now. Yep we make enough mistakes in our earlier years (and older) that come back to bite us in the butt. No pune intended.
I rarely cry. Three babies, no problem, car wrecks, small surgeries without Novocain , but when I stepped on a scorpion in the grass I bawled like a baby for ages. Worst pain than even a broken ankle last year.
Yeah I have too many health conditions and I'm disabled at 19yrs old, I've never experienced a true 10/10 pain, but I've gotten close, from intestinal rips causing constant bleeding to joint pain that never goes away and gets worse with changes in temperature and note, out of everything I go through I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen and Tylenol doesn't work, so I needed to push through it all daily. One of my most agonizing pain experiences was from PCOS when I'd bleed for over 2 months straight very heavily and the pain was so horrible that I was suicidal and had to deal with it for years, I'd burn, punch and cut the pelvis area or hit my head against a wall because it actually helped, my second most painful was my most recent intestinal rip because of constipation that also never goes away, I had to push hard massive pieces of stool out so often that it ripped my intestine, I got used to the blood and pain from constipation, but when I pushed, I couldn't get it out and I felt a horrible pain that wouldn't go away and finally I got it out with blood spilling and not stopping, the pain continued and yet I still didn't cry and wasn't bothered by the bleeding that didn't stop of course I saw a doctor for advice and I'll have to see a gastroenterologist soon, but I know I can handle A LOT, needles don't hurt, burns aren't an issue, cuts, physical hits, you name it, I can probably handle it, but I'll admit from my constant pain, it's almost made me numb to it kind of, now I won't try to put myself through horrible pain to prove it, because obviously I don't want more pain, but with pain everywhere, swelling joints, unexplainable sharp, burning, dull and aching pains, you get used to it. That's how that man could handle all the bug stings anyways
I take Polyethylene Gycol Powder 3350. I take every night without fail. I take opiates for pain Morphine ER and Hydrocone 325/5 x 2 twice a day. Once you started those it is next to impossible to stop. They also consume your body a year at a time. I am sorry for your constant pain issues. Please find a doctor that can help you and not just treat your issues without supervision. A doctor should see you and several patients on a list. Sincerely,Dave
The worst pain I've ever had was gallstones. You literally feel like you're dying from the pain (and I gave birth to a 10lb baby without pain relief). These days, the worst pain is from rheumatoid arthritis . Even if I'm not having a flare-up, there is still chronic long-term pain. I've found that people who have never felt chronic pain think that you're exaggerating or a hypochondriac. Just because they can't see your physical disability they think it's not real. I get told you're not old enough to be disabled (55), to which I tell them that you can be born disabled so their argument is useless. I tell them I would willingly swap their healthy body for my crippling autoimmune disorder.
Worst pain I've endured is when I was maybe 13 or 14 years old. We were on a desert trip and I got a middle-ear infection in both ears. It lasted all day until finally the pressure burst the eardrums. I felt the liquid in my ear and a complete loss of pain at that moment. It was euphoric after all the pain I had gone through prior. Luckily, the holes were small enough that they healed back on their own without needing tissue grafting.
Oh yeah, I grew up with tons of ear infections. I was on vacation out of the country and I got severe ear infections in both ears and I could barely hear anything for a few days. It wasn’t fun lol.
oh I used to have those and many other problems due to adenoid gland.. I had a surgery to remove the adenoid gland back in 2020 and I am a lot better now.
I've had kidney stones a few times and they were very painful. One was so bad that they had to destroy it with a laser and put a stint in to keep my tract open. But that was not the worst pain I've been through. The worst I've experienced was necrotic pancreatitis. Basically the small end of my pancreas had died and was rotting off and was so infected that it was infecting other body parts and they were discussing removing my pancreas and spleen, I refused and luckily the antibiotics finally started working and I recovered. It felt like someone was cutting my gut open and then grinding salt in the open wound and even that doesn't really go far enough to describe how bad the pain was. On top of that most pain comes in waves where it hurts bad for a while then lessens for a while before flaring up again, the pancreatitis was just nonstop flair-up. They had me on morphine for an entire month and it was still more painful than the kidney stones even with the morphine. I broke my foot and tore a ligament in my ankle and I refused to take medication for it because after experiencing the necrotic pancreatitis that pain was nothing and I could easily deal with it. They never could explain how I got the pancreatitis, they asked me about a hundred times how much I drank and refused to believe that I hadn't drank alcohol in about 20 years, about 30 now.
You poor thing, I'm really sorry for you. If there was something I could do about it I defiantly would and I love you, hope you will be never go though does devils ever again !
How much good water are you drinking? I recently heard a natural health doctor talk on this. Drinking enough GOOD water is extremely important. Sure sounds like you really went through it. Hope you are much better now.
I was on patrol in Afghanistan when an IED exploded, and I was hit by shrapnel in the head and chest. My ears were ringing from the explosion, and the pain from that was unbelievable
I have Fybromyalgia, insomnia comes with it, I can only sleep flat on my back, you feel pain everyday all day. Even tho I'm on morphine and oxycodone, all that does is dull the pain for awhile. Bumping into anything or my dogs laying on my legs will create great pain and bruising. Its no fun at all. I've had it for years! It's wearing me out!!
Though my various problems add up to me being pretty much bedridden, I don't have that, but I am absolutely with you in spirit. It's not always the pain in and of itself that hurts the most, it's seeing things that need doing and knowing that you'll never be able to do it again which _really_ hurts - mentally. Gentle hugs to you, and all sufferers. X
@@y_fam_goeglyd gods this is so very true. The pain is excruciating, but the change in quality of life and how people treat you is honestly so much worse. The blame and shame others may throw your way, assuming you are lazy or faking it because they cannot “see” an injury or feel your Illness… especially if that attitude comes from family. On top of that, thinking of all the things you used to be able to do or WOULD do if you weren’t in pain can lead to so many mental health problems, and the pain itself can worsen them. I have so much love and respect for people who don’t have fibromyalgia but still put the effort into understanding what it is and how it affects us
The sting of an Irukandji jellyfish sounds a lot like heroin withdrawal. No one’s ever died from the latter (at least, not directly), though. But the stomach issues, headache, excruciating muscle pain and cramping, sweating through five loads of sheets in a night, and feelings of merciless anxiety and impending doom are what I went through when I went cold turkey.
Whyd you go cold turkey? You could of weaned down with methadone or something. My Dr. put me on done for pain 16 years ago and I'm still on it..... this pain isn't going anywhere. I have psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia.

@@judyherman1249 In 2005, I was on social security for disability due to the fibromyalgia. It hit me fast and hard, and has progressively gotta worse with age. I clearly remember a man who worked at social security telling me that fibromyalgia was a pandemic! He said millions of people had it and were no longer able to work. People have no idea how disabling it can be. My question is this...what happened to cause so many people to get this? I remember spending afternoons in the sun and seeing much chem trailing going on at that time. I believe that caused it. Chem trails have been going on for years all over the country. Some are more susceptible than others to the disorders they cause. If I had known then all that I know now, believe me I would never lay out in the sun.
@@graceandglory1948 I got my SSI disability in 2003 and the judge didn't believe fibromyalgia was real but approved my disability as a mental condition. Fibromyalgia is an over sensitive autoimmune condition that causes the neurotransmitters in your brain to not communicate properly with your brain. Thus telling your brain that you're in pain when you really aren't. Possibly similar to phantom pain when you're missing a limb. At any rate it is a miserable thing to have to live with.
After a routine female surgery, I kept going back to my OB and complaining of abdominal pain. He called me a “big baby” and thought I was milking it. At the time, I was working an extremely physical and stressful job and the pain was unbearable. Everything I ate made my sick. Finally, I went to the emergency room when I was unable to have a bowel movement. The doctors poked and prodded and tested and scratched their heads all the while, I was writhing in pain. At no time was I given pain killers because surgery might be possible. After a week of this unbearable pain and torturous testing, I had surgery. A staple from the previous surgery was lodged in my intestines. The recovery was long and painful as well because the surgeon cut a vertical line in my abdomen which made it difficult to move. I know this is long but I actually shortened my story. Thank you for listening.

I once heard a story of a lady who passed her kidney stone, or got it dislodged and made it much easier to pass, when on a roller coaster... I imagine the vibrations of the flight helped to loosen it up. Actual treatment of kidney/bladder stones involves a sonic machine that sends strong pulses through the patient to forcefully dislodge it.

Thats rough! A close friend of mine was about 12 when she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. We met when she was 16 and it had progressed so much in those few years, especially in her knees and ankles(if you could still call them ankles with how enlarged they were). She was in constant pain and went many years before finally agreeing to take anything more than OTC pain relievers. She worked on her feet in retail for about 5 years until she finally got her SSD. She was married to the man she loved who in return also loved her dearly. She became progressively worse over the years and by the time she was 26, she was in a wheelchair. She was so bad at such a young age, the guilt of taking her husband’s dream of a family away was very hard for her. So much so that it made her actually tell her husband that he should leave her so he could move on and have a life with someone who could give him the family she knew he wanted. God bless him he refused. He continued to care for and love her for. Unfortunately though, at the age of 29, she passed away. The family said it was an “accidental overdose”. I know others as well as myself want to believe that but there will always be a part of me that believes she was aware of what she was doing and did so because she couldn’t live with all the physical and emotional pain she carried. Now, almost 10 years later, her husband is remarried with a child so thankfully, he was able to stand by his first wife AND still have his dream of a family. Im sure she is happy looking down on him and his family. Sorry for the book but, I still think of her often and love sharing her story so she’s not forgotten. 🌹

I have had severe chronic fatigue syndrome (myalgic encephalomylitis). For years like fibromyalgia it was thought to be "in your head". It is now recognized as a chronic pain condition, and that is a perfect description. Also, like fibromyagia, it also has varied levels of pain. The biggest difference as outlined in articles from the Mayo clinic, is defined as PEM, post exertional malaise. This is a condition of severe exhaustion following activity. This could be after a shower, or a walk, etc. This is not relieved from rest, and it can last days.
Yeah, a 1 hour phone call - 2 days recovery. Breast cancer chemo, no real side effects, getting to and from the hospital and walking etc - 5 days recovery. And the hypersensitivity to meds is fun, along with the neuropathy and the useless sleep, and the progressive balance loss and the meds they tried to force on me with the "may make you commit suicide" side effects... Yeah perfect for people at the ends of their rope already - that can also cause serotonin syndrome 🤷♀️🤦♀️
I'm so sorry for your suffering my help sciatic palsy and drop foot and it's extremely painful so I really know what pain is hope things get better for you
These are the top 3 moments I experienced the most pain. Once I fell off a tire swing and broke my arm. I don't exactly know how a fall that short could break an arm. The swing was only a foot higher than your average tire swing. I guess I fell off and landed in the worst possible position. I was very young so I don't remember how the pain felt like, all I remember is that it hurt an insane amount. Once I stuck my thumb in the gaps of the hinges of a door, and then, I don't know why I thought this was I good idea or what on Earth was going through my mind, but I decided to slam the door as hard as I could. And at that moment, I started screaming louder than a jet engine. When I looked at my thumb to assess the damage, I began screaming even louder. Fortunately, the worst of it only lasted a split second and my dad drove me to urgent care. I was crying the whole way. Finally, one night I woke up. Then I started feeling a very slight pain in my heart. I tried to ignore it but the pain steadily grew and grew. My heart began beating harder and harder and faster and faster. I began crying and at the worst of it, it was nearly impossible to avoid screaming. Imagine stepping on 5 legos, bumping your funny bone as hard as you can, being punched by Saitama in the stomach, stubbing all your toes at once, drenching yourself in scalding water, having a needle hit your eye at mach 10, and combining all that amount of pain into one very specific part of the body and that pain persisting for a solid 5 minutes. Fortunately, my heart soon began beating slower and less hard and the pain began to weaken. I still have no idea what could have caused that pain. Please tell me if you think you know.
6:36 I got Lyme arthritis around age 10, idk if people tbink I'm bullshitting when I tell them I have arthritis (I'm 31 now) but I do because the Lyme disease wasn't caught for 6 months and then I needed follow up IV treatment a few monrhs later to eliminate it. Fortunately, the pain is usually fairly mild and can be treated with a few ibuprofen but I occasionally get nasty flair ups. Usually stsrts in my knee and spreads to all my joints like my elbows and fingers too plus my back. Idk how it works but I know Lyme disease can hit you at any time or age and if you don't catch it early, you can get lasting joint issues or worse. I feel fortunate I don't have other chronic issues that other Lyme sufferers can get.
I'm 37 years old and I also have arthritis in my right shoulder and been suffering from that for at least ten years. Back in 2007 I was riding this bicycle pedaling really fast standing up with a bent sprocket. Chain fell up and I flipped over my handle bars and broke my right shoulder in the accident and failed to go to the hospital out of fear of not only being down for months but the expensive hospital bill.
as a fibromyalgia sufferer who had to file disability due to it, i can clearly add rotator cuff tear to this list. i have not had the other items on the list, but i have had a c/section with a spinal block that did not fully take, so i felt a lot of that. the rotator cuff tear can be just as painful at times.
Bet you get judged by ignorant trogs, because 'you don't look sick'. They can't see your pain, so evidently to them, you aren't sick. If they tried to run over you, please remember that you got plenty of complete strangers on your side, who do know what it's like.
I was an architectural designer/draftsman back when they were hand drawn. One day I couldn't lift my arm. I went to the ER and they thought it was a rotator cuff tear. My now ex had me file for workman's comp. I had to wait 3 yrs to have surgery because of it. When I finally had it done, my shoulder had so many spurs he had to scrape the bone. One spur was long and it hit my rotator cuff.
Yeah I have one, left shoulder, plus breast cancer surgery on that side too; from when I collapsed in Hospital before a test and a No Hope Service cretin hung on to my arm as I went down, its so much fun...
Missed the #1 worst pain. Trigeminal neuralgia, also called the suicide disease. I've had two lengthy periods where I would get an attack for 20-30 seconds at a time. This is described by the medical community as the maximum pain the human body can generate. Can confirm. Feels like a lightning bolt to the head, being electrocuted. The pain is so intense and horrible it just cannot be described. There are drugs that work for 60% and surgery for the balance. I was able to put it into remission using a Rx vitamin. (The drugs used are pretty bad.)
@@amberowens5381 If you have TN, get a Rx for Metnx vitamins. Order them directly form the manufacturer (much cheaper). They take about 1-2 months to work, but stay on them to stay pain free. Doesn't work for everyone, but it works for many.
I once had severe chronic epididymitis from a UTI for a month. It felt like someone was squeezing my testicles as hard as they possibly can for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a month. I couldn't walk, sleep, even just laying still was incredibly painful. Showers would cause the pain to get worse. I was vomiting, which was causing more pain, which would cause more vomiting. I got scared to eat and shower because I was afraid of the increased pain. And painkillers wouldn't help even a little bit. My 2nd week was the worst, I just had crying fits because the pain was getting too much. Both my epididymis's and testicles were inflamed. So anything and everything was causing pain. The worst part about this was the actual infection was cured. But the pain was chronic and severe so there was nothing I could do other than just hope it would go away. The pain was debilitating, and it caused me to have to take multiple days off work, and I just had to lay down, and hope the pain would go away.
@@abiodunladepo Women can get something similar called pelvic inflammatory diseases or PID. And apparently that can feel like someone is trying to rip out your ovaries.
Wow I actually experienced one of these. The Torturous Torsion. It really is torturous but after a succesful surgery, everything was back to normal. I think I was insanely lucky, since I walked around with the pain for two days and my marble survived it.
Having my foot swelling up inside a full length leg cast was pretty painful. Also losing a fingertip, any slight bump to it was excruciating, even with a cast to protect it
8:03 I have this both of my feet three times. The cause of my pain is the bite of a cockroach. Once I feel, it gets itchy and it gets bigger. I can't walk or run properly cause it's so hard to balance. The only way to remove the pain is to put your feet on a hot boiled water and add with salt, then wait until the water gets cooldown. After that, take an antibacterial medicine, wipe up and take a rest. Don't go anywhere or it will might get worst. This will cure one week. After one week, it will go back to normal. It's my first time to have this and I'm okay now. I will never do that again.
My brother has gout and I have fibromyalgia! Thanks for adding fibromyalgia to your list as there are so many people (including healthcare professionals) who still believe that it's not a 'real' condition. Here's one to you, too!
I've had testicular torsion twice in my life one more recently about 4 years ago which I think 'fixed' itself and when I was about 6 or 7 years old and I had surgery done to fix it one of the worst pains I've ever gone through to this day, all of the things on this list sound horrific but it's crazy how I know one of them down to a T I hope no one here ever has to deal with any of these entries!
So, my mom has Fibromialgia and I'm getting tested in the near future for it. It really is extremely painful, the smallest amount of pain feels like you're dying, a small headache is as bad as the worst migrane you can imagine. I've also known 2 people that have gotten testicular torsion. 1 was a classmate in 7th grade and the other is my ex boyfriend, thankfully for both their testacles were saved. My ex and I are still very good friends and neither of us will ever forget about that night.
The worst pain that I’ve experienced is a toss-up between a vein mapping test before donating a kidney, where the nurse said:” Honey, you’re going to feel a little warm when we push this dye into your system”. Little Warm My Ass! As soon as they pushed the dye in it felt like they were filling my veins with acetone and throwing in a lit match! Just as quick as it started, it stopped. Now I’m soaking wet with sweat in a cold operating room. She says:” you did good! Only 11 more runs to go!”…….The other was when getting the electrodes placed for the first time for a spinal cord stimulator. It’s like a lumbar puncture, with NO anesthetic, because you have to be able to feel everything so you can tell the doctor if the electrode is in the correct place. Every time he touches the instrument it feels like someone is dropping a car on me…….
thanks for giving someone a kidney, i'm on life long dialysis because i would not survive a transplant. I was born with only 1 kidney and it failed 12-13 years ago. Only perk is that I never have to pee
@@mcclintick: Well, it wasn’t like I was going to say no to my mother! lol. She had been an insulin using diabetic for 29 years at that point in 1999. Her kidneys shut down two years before that. We had the procedure done at Barnes-Jewish in St.Louis, they treated me like royalty! That sucks being on dialysis, I know it just drained my mom of all her strength and by the time she was feeling better, it was time to go back in.
Oh my God yes...that dye that they use it really does feel that way :( ... I had a test done for fertility called an HSG test...they said to check for blockage...and it felt like I was being burned from the inside out. Told someone about it once they said I was being dramatic ugh
I remember when I was 13-14, I was running down our carpeted hallway to get something for my grandmother, and out of nowhere I feel this intense searing jolt in my foot, which makes me fall to the floor. I picked up my foot and saw that a massive sewing needle was sticking directly in the center of my heel. Only about 1cm of it was still showing, as it had hit the bone in my foot. My dad brought me a pair of needle nose pliers, and I slowly pulled it out. You had to see it to believe how huge this thing was. Nobody in my house had any clue how it could've gotten there. To this day, I still look back on that moment and cringe at how painful an experience that was.
Oh goodness! I'm cringing just reading your comment! When I was 9, I stepped on a toothpick that was standing up in shag carpeting , and it went all the way in and hit a bone. I had to hop from my bedroom to the kitchen crying, and when I showed my mom, she just grabbed the end and....pulled it out. No slow, no sympathy. As a matter of fact, she said something along the lines of 'Well I guess you need to clean your room better, then. And get a bandaid before you get blood on the floor.' LOL (She was probably a BIT more sympathetic than that, but to a nine yo, it didn't seem like it. ) It's funny NOW, but it SURELY wasn't funny THEN!. I'm curling my toes and wincing about how painful that was.
Thank you for including fibromyalgia in this one….I’ve had this monster for 18 yrs now. And it is surely a pain like none other (although that eye surgery w/o meds definitely made me cringe lol). I am thankful Dr.’s are finally doing the research and have realized it’s NOT all in our heads. To my other fibro warriors….gentle hugs & keep fighting!
Make a part two. I'll get you started: 1. Cluster headaches, aka suicide headaches 2. Interstitial cystitis 3. Extreme car accidents 4. End stage cancer 5. Surgical tools forgotten in patients 6. White room torture, it's psychological pain not physical, but damn
Ive had my forst mumps a cpouple weeks ago and i did research about it and i pretty much heard that it can cause testicular damage i was in pain for 2 days but it normally got away after i was putting some warm clothes on i was afriad of having testcular torsion😅

I had to endure what I thought was a tooth ache for almost a year, from summer 2018 to spring 2019! It turned out to be tooth abscess, which my family and I thought could've happened when the elder dentist was doing fix up work on my cavity. The pain itself was AWFUL! After the anesthetic wore off, it felt like something was nailed down my tooth! At first, it was slightly painful whenever I chewed on my left side of the mouth, but come late winter/early spring, the pain got WORSE! Woke up one weekend to excruciating pain in the tooth, so bad that I wanted to rip it out of my mouth! It then got to the point where I couldn't even eat properly or open my mouth wide enough, even if it was to eat on the other side. I had to eat little or skip Easter dinner that year. By the time I had a check up at the dentist made, I couldn't even open my mouth wide enough to have an x-ray done, with the constant pain. (They managed to get the x-ray) They found the problem to be tooth abscess and explained I had to wait until the abscess popped before I can get it removed. Thankfully it popped. I had the tooth extracted a couple days later in one go, but had to wait around two weeks before I could properly eat foods again. Liquid diet and all.
That's bullshit they made you wait. This literally just happened to me and they went onto my gum with a scalpel to open and drain the abcess. Then the tooth had to come out. The pain of it was extreme!
@@nancyjones6780 Not waiting, I didn’t know why my tooth was in pain to begin with. I originally thought it was going to go away with time, so I had to chew on the other side of my mouth.

Thank you for putting fibromyalgia on your list, I was born with poly fibromyalgia and it's a form of fibromyalgia and pre lupus cells since birth other than pain lot's of things can go wrong like migraines, rashes, organ failure, and the worse if not monitored your fibromyalgia could switch to Lupus and thank God this haven't happened yet to me but my appendix has burst and my liver has fatty acids the kind in drinker's liver but I don't drink booze. I have been living with pain all my life and I am definitely tired especially from everything I been dealt with because I am 50 years old. I go to pain management but because of street opioids has ruined it for people like me who had the perfect regime of medicine and pain meds but because of street opioids the doctors at my pain management were force to change my medicine regime and the one I am on now barely makes a dent in my pain compared to my first medicine regime and I am in more pain then ever
I feel the same way I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia over 20 years ago and because we can't get a hold of anything for pain because of people that abuse it the narcotics I discovered that Gabapentin really helps fibromyalgia it helps you go to sleep it helps with the pain it's almost helps as much as the Vicodin used to help me good luck
I'm glad that fibromyalgia was represented here. I suffer from sciatica and my Drs have been trying to help control that pain. I'm pretty much 2 symptoms away from being diagnosed with fibromyalgia at this point (6 years now).
I hurt my hand bad, real bad. The doctor sent me to physical therapy everyday, 7 days a week, it was so bad. Well what I saw there showed me no matter how bad you hurt somebody out there is hurt worse than you. I have little use of my hand close to 20 years later but I still think I'm better off than a lot of people. I saw one lady's hand and I started crying for her. Learned that it can always be worse.
I'm so sorry about your hand. I've told my sister this, and I hope it helps; you shouldn't diminish your pain because someone seems to be worse off. Everyone deals with pain and other medical conditions in different ways, but for each person their discomfort is still relevant because they have to live through it. Pain is a complex and subjective experience, and what may be the worst pain for one person could vary for another based on various factors such as individual pain tolerance, emotional state, and nature of the injury or condition causing the pain. However, some types of pain are often considered extremely severe by many individuals: 1. **Cluster Headaches:** These are excruciating headaches that come in clusters over weeks or months, often described as one of the most severe types of pain. 2. **Kidney Stones:** Passing a kidney stone can be intensely painful, with some people comparing it to childbirth in terms of severity. 3. **Trigeminal Neuralgia:** This condition causes sudden, severe facial pain that can be triggered by simple activities like eating or talking. 4. **Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS):** CRPS can cause chronic, intense pain that may worsen over time and be difficult to manage. 5. **Bone Fractures:** Severe fractures, especially complex or compound fractures, can cause intense and unbearable pain. It's important to note that pain is a personal and subjective experience, and what one person finds unbearable, another might tolerate differently. If you or someone you know is experiencing severe or persistent pain, it's essential to seek medical attention to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
I've had many very painful experiences including standing on fire ant mound as a child, getting stung by several wasps, have fibromyalgia and have had a very painful back surgery from degenerative disc disease (and from abuse)...had meningitis....also (may be a trigger for some) have a childhood history of severe abuse and torture...and I just want to add because I'm sure I'll see it as its happened before when I have talked about this one...I do not care if anyone doesn't believe it. But...I just wanted to say that the ability of humans to endure and survive some of these things that bring that level of pain just amazes me.
As a Cluster Headache sufferer I can tell you that the pain of those tops this list and I am surprised it is not included here. It is no joke and even has its own unique pain index (KIP) because it is so intensely painful. They are nicknamed suicide headaches and for a good reason.
@@Toastfrench4 it could not have been a cluster headache if you had one once. You would not want one of these headaches. A singular headache like the one you are describing is most likely a migraine which is not to be confused with this condition hence the name cluster. These headaches come in "clusters" and are extremely painful. There are many ways to describe the pain but the common is "like someone is behind your eye and trying to rip it out and pressing into your head from the socket with a sharp spear. This lasts usually anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours per attack! If your unlucky like me your at the higher end of that scale I range around 2 hours. You will have multiple of these attacks every single day for months, then enter a remission for maybe weeks or months or if your lucky maybe years. They wake you up out your sleep with immediate agony. You cannot concentrate, lay still, be calm, operate normally or do anything other than cry, shout and pace up and down or flail on the floor holding your head. If you do a quick Google search "most painful medical conditions" these will be on every list. This is why I am surprised that it is not on this list.
@@flavia8504 That is a very fair statement, and pain is different for everyone. But I am not aware of any documented cases of suicide from Gout or Kidney Stone pain. But for cluster headaches there are documented cases of people committing suicide to escape the pain. There are also cases of people with multiple conditions which include some of the above and cluster headaches and clusters have been said to be the most painful. As I said I am so surprised it isn't on the list.
The cornea is actually very resilient tissue, and is what is reshaped during LASIK surgery. As someone who's had it, yeah, the rubbing coarse sand into your eye part is about right, following the procedure immediately afterwards was probably the most pain I've been in. That being said, our friend here is very lucky he kept his sight - hot metal is the last thing you want in that.
I know the pain of it. Its like the most painful thing ever and if you imagine it you won't know the real pain of it. It is way more painful then you imagined.
As someone that gets Gout on occasion. I can attest to the pain. I always get in one of my big toe joints. It happens once maybe twice a year and usually it's not very bad. But on a few occasions over the years it was so bad that you can't even sleep. Just the light sheet laying on it will send you into a scream of pain. And forget about putting on a shoe. It can be so bad that I need to walk on crutches. The good news it there are remedies to make it go away quick and a good dose of Naproxen (Aleve) will make the pain manageable. Vicodin works even better.
It starts in big toe and it will effect other joints like knee, shoulder, wrist, fingers etc. Lower your uric acid levels with diet change. Give up alcohol, fizzy pop, junk food. Eat more fruit n vegetables and exercise. I know this because my gout started in big toe 20 years back but I now take allopurinol to keep it at bay and will have for foreseeable future.
I solved my Gout issues by cutting out all carbs to low carbs. That was all. Stilll eating meats, drinking red wine. Just no breads or anything carbs. Stay away from sugar and carbs that turns to fructose. High fats diet , coconut oil, olive oil or organic grass fed butter are the only fats I eat along with fatty meats and avocadoes involved. Lots of water as well. NO CARBS.
Same experience here, always in the big toe, especially the right one, on the outer cartilage or bone, bulges out and yes, the worst part is at night. Even the thought of evening fills me with dread as lying down, any movement or breeze just sent jolts of shocking pain compounded with insomnia is the worst. And then to top it off there’s the time I got into a motorcycle accident and broke off a chip of bone exactly where the tophus usually is. It wasn’t that bad I could actually walk and work. But the I got an attack in that same toe 5 days later. I thought it was the bone not healing and an infection developed because it got really hot and swollen. Not feeling good I thought I’d just suffer through it until that night I woke up to an acute attack where I had to go to the ER. The pain was twice as bad as before as I assume it had to coincide with the crystals getting into the bone spur. It was winter and even with the window open I was sweating so badly that a shirt was pointless. Probably lost 5 pounds in just sweating alone, never mind having an appetite and/or even the will to think ahead about the next 5 minutes into the future, I just wanted it to stop. I didn’t care about anything else. They don’t usually give morphine especially with the opioid thing. They gave me both that and the med injection for gout. I usually have a high tolerance to pain as I suffer from ankylosing spondylitis, a form of rheumatoid arthritis for young men with onset in the early 20’s. And to top all that off I also have Alpha thalassemia HbH disease, a cousin to sickle cell anemia but with less pain crisis’ those patients usually suffer through, but during times of stress my anemia sucks the energy away and the oxygen production in my bone marrow goes into overdrive and I get deep bone pain in my large bones like the leg, hip and back. So, it’s safe to say pain is an old friend of mine, but with gout, it feels like an old nagging ex-girlfriend that got fat and ugly, just draining my soul away from sanity like a curse that any logical person knows is not real until the pain comes. That’s when it becomes too much as time seems to stand still and nothing else seems to matter, you just want time to pass on by faster but it doesn’t. In fact quite the opposite really so I just sorta check out until the hard meds start to help. I feel bad for those whom have ER doctors who don’t know you so they treat you like a possible junkie or a future one so they hesitate to treat compassionately. Luckily I have my Hemotologist/oncologist who knows the deal. So at least I have that, and a whole lotta time to read posts and then, over-respond with TMI on TH-cam videos and to you.. See, 10 mins killed right there! I do feel better, thank you, ScarabChris!!
I bit my tongue off as a kid, it was stitched back on, this is where I get my gout and it hurts like hell, BUT I have found out that when I cut out carbs, especially rice and wheat products like bread, my aches disappear.
I work as a welder and I sometimes get something called arc flash. You basically burn/ sunburn your corona's. Imagine sand in your eyes for hours. You can't sleep, you can't see, you can't move. Bright lights cause the burning pain to be worse, and keeping your eyes closed causes the sand paper pain to be worse. Fortunately it lasts about 8-12 hours so it can be powered through. But painkillers won't help so you just have to hope it ends sooner than later.
Depends how big the kidney stone is.

@@ankitsheoran627 good days. Bad days.

However being told my baby son had cancer at birth and needed his left testicle removed - If I agreed to it was far-harder, To do anything apart from hold him and help him through chemo while we were living in rural Australia meant I had to be the nurse who flushed out the Hickman line in his chest twice a week, fully scrubbed and gowned-up - how I managed to work as well I don`t recall, lot`s of coffee and tears out in the shed,
He`s a 30 y/old man now and fully recovered - one day he may have a son too..

You're in my prayers 🙏🏾
I am so sorry and I hope you never get a kidney stone or anything on this list
Ouch. Poor you! I hope you recovered quickly and feal much better. I am not a women but this seems painfull as hell!
Jesus that sucks.
Getting 1/4 of me face burned off by a treadmill
That probably feels like hell!

@chelseabvv2970 How did you get diagnosed? Thanks.

Lol

Most paniful thing I've experienced:
Long term pain: A slipped disc and a bursitis in my right leg (yes, they occurred at the same time).
My dentist gave me gas when I had a root canal - he asked me how I felt. I said like I had just smoked a doobie and did he want to do another one 🤣

I know someone, in the UK, with fibromyalgia and they receive infusions of ketamine and novocaine. She says it's the only treatment that has helped. 😕
That's barbaric!
Dang,you typed a lot😂😂😂😂
@@sherribriggs9488 thank you, and may you be blessed with improving health.
Positive healing vibes to you.
gosh dang i feel bad for you
The pain oof
Ive had them several times too. Ive even had surgery , lithotripcy to break up the stone so i could pass it
Also had the stint . Yeh it hurts lol
I have Fibro too and get tired of people not believing how tired and painful it is!!!!😯
Gabapentin really helps with Fibro!!!!
I might have fibro but I'm not sure
Thank you for highlighting the impact of fibromyalgia. I suffer with this condition and somedays it becomes unbearable to the point of suicidal thoughts. It would take a full video to highlight the full impact and symptoms. thank you for making more people aware
My mum has this aswell and she'd struggle getting up and down stairs.

Wait, suicidal?!
@@Jalverk yes why?
I had kidney stones no fun had to have to surgeries to fix it so painfull worse than child. Birth
Crap that sounds like it hurt.
Fibromyalgia is awful I've had it for years and some people still think it doesn't exist. Nice to see it getting some recognition thanks.

Not to mention our government cutting everyone's pain meds!
Omg... im just speechless 😲🙈.. you must feel like youre being tortured.. im so sorry for your pain ❤❤
After being hit by an SUV at age 11, my body was in so much pain that my brain basically shut down. I was in the coma for about a month.
It's like my story of breaking an arm and I couldn't use my arm NOT EVEN PRESSING A REMOTE BUTTON but it's 20 mil times worse

Only 16?! ☠️ How horrible
I rarely cry. Three babies, no problem, car wrecks, small surgeries without Novocain , but when I stepped on a scorpion in the grass I bawled like a baby for ages. Worst pain than even a broken ankle last year.
you never get a break do you
Yeah I have too many health conditions and I'm disabled at 19yrs old, I've never experienced a true 10/10 pain, but I've gotten close, from intestinal rips causing constant bleeding to joint pain that never goes away and gets worse with changes in temperature and note, out of everything I go through I'm not allowed to take ibuprofen and Tylenol doesn't work, so I needed to push through it all daily.
I’m sorry to hear about that. I can’t imagine all the pain you must go through every day.
You okay?
You poor thing, I'm really sorry for you. If there was something I could do about it I defiantly would and I love you, hope you will be never go though does devils ever again !

I have so much love and respect for people who don’t have fibromyalgia but still put the effort into understanding what it is and how it affects us
Hey Kelly

@@Combes_ You laugh but I had to have pain meds like that back when I was in middle school because of a kidney stone. Nothing stopped the back but hospital pain medicine. I was in the hospital for 3 days with it. I swore the ceiling was moving at the time.
I have osteoarthritis and just been diagnosed with Chronic Gout, and he is absolutely right, the pain is unbelievable. 😢
Arthritis = old age. I beg to differ. I was diagnosed at age 19. You can get it at any age but yes, it will affect old people disproportionately.
@Nichole Wojtanowski I'm sorry for your loss. It is a cruel disease that affects millions of people. There has been times when I have experienced unbelievable pain. I think that you get used to a pain level which would knock someone else on their back, and every now and again, you have a real bad flare up which reminds you that it is still there. Again, sorry for your loss.

I had a kidney stone get stuck in my ureter. I described the pain as "one of my internal organ exploded". It didn't pass on its own either. I had to have surgery where they pulled it out. 😬
When I was pregnant, I ended up with kidney stones. I had never been in so much pain up to that point. Being pregnant, they only allowed one x-ray and then took me to surgery to put a stint in, which thankfully solved the problem. That’s what I get for drinking lots of Dr Pepper and no water for years and years. Now water is all I drink. I wouldn’t wish stones on anyone ever. It’s just brutal. 😖
I'm so sorry for your suffering my help sciatic palsy and drop foot and it's extremely painful so I really know what pain is hope things get better for you
Well that sucks out loud. Isn't there anything they can do to help you feel better? I am praying for you 🎉🩰🎉
I'm suffering said symptoms as well I'm always tired and always in pain in my lower back
These are the top 3 moments I experienced the most pain.
Please tell me if you think you know.
it could be a close call with a heart attack, i dont know heart attacks that much. But it could be a very weak heart attack that you made it out of
You're very young aren't you.

Thanks for including Fibro in this. It’s great to have someone empathize.
as a fibromyalgia sufferer who had to file disability due to it, i can clearly add rotator cuff tear to this list. i have not had the other items on the list, but i have had a c/section with a spinal block that did not fully take, so i felt a lot of that. the rotator cuff tear can be just as painful at times.
I have both of those , along with a few others. Very painful. 😪
I’m very sorry. You have my condolences

I've had this, had gamma knife surgery and been OK for 3 years now, before I have never felt such violent pain, it ruins your life, unbearable pain

(They managed to get the x-ray)
They found the problem to be tooth abscess and explained I had to wait until the abscess popped before I can get it removed.

Pain is a complex and subjective experience, and what may be the worst pain for one person could vary for another based on various factors such as individual pain tolerance, emotional state, and nature of the injury or condition causing the pain. However, some types of pain are often considered extremely severe by many individuals:

I'm sorry you have them. But.... unless you experienced all of these pains you can't know which one is worse.
@@flavia8504 That is a very fair statement, and pain is different for everyone. But I am not aware of any documented cases of suicide from Gout or Kidney Stone pain.
I broke my bone once when i was 7 and my broken leg was massaged, yes MASSAGED. Let's just say, it didn't work
9:14 Your boyfriend might try telling you size doesn't matter. 🤣😂😂

And i said society needs to stop making inappropriate jokes
I work as a welder and I sometimes get something called arc flash. You basically burn/ sunburn your corona's. Imagine sand in your eyes for hours. You can't sleep, you can't see, you can't move. Bright lights cause the burning pain to be worse, and keeping your eyes closed causes the sand paper pain to be worse. Fortunately it lasts about 8-12 hours so it can be powered through. But painkillers won't help so you just have to hope it ends sooner than later.
