That viewer saying that Paul McCartney is "grossly" overrated definitely does not give him the respect he deserves. I agree what you've said in the entire video. You may not like Paul McCartney's music, but that doesn't mean you have to outright disrespect him. I don't like Motörhead, I'm not a fan of Lemmy's vocals, but does that mean I disrespect them? No. I still respect them and I still feel sorry for Lemmy's friends and family after his passing. I hope that person will now understand that you should always respect people, whether you care for them or not.
He is one of the best bass guitarists in the world, he has an incredible voice that ranges from yesterday to Oh Darling. He played in the band that changed the music industry and changed pop culture more than once. He went on to have an amazing solo career as well. Now with all those awesome accomplishments I haven’t even talked about his song writing. Just to show how tough it is, I always say sit down and try to write a poem and if you’re a musician put it to music. Maybe you will have success, do it again. I have a contract with a company that deals with television, movies and commercials and I have gotten small royalties. I’m happy with that but even at my nobody level I know how hard it is to try and repeatedly write songs. Think of the hundreds of outstanding songs Paul wrote with John and wrote by himself and the different range in the types of songs he has written. I think they are the most prolific song writers of the past 70 years. Now think of all the artists, groups and bands that have been one hit wonders, had several hits or even a career that spanned several years.many of them I’m sure had a desire to continue and weren’t able to. Paul McCartney is still doing it. Now how about the fact that he played lead guitar, keyboards and even drums on several Beatles tracks and his solo tracks. And your bird can Sing is perhaps one of the first songs to use double guitar on an outstanding guitar line that he and George played together. This leads me to the last thought and that is of the Beatles and his creativity when it comes to technique and sound. He had so much input and influence on Seargent Peppers, Rolling Stones number one album of all time. That’s just one album. Is that the muppets? I have just scratched the surface because it is impossible to fully put into words the genius of Paul McCartney.
For the love of God...that guy needs to listen to "Spies Like Us" and reassess things. I maintain a few things about Paul McCartney's post-Beatles career: 1) every record he puts out is worth a listen - because you don't know what you might be missing out on. 2) every record - with few exceptions - has somewhere in realm of 3 to 6 songs that add well to his canon. Some albums have more, some albums have less 3) I don't think he knows what songs of his are better than other songs of his. Outside of the millions of things that Lennon offered him, one of the more important musical things he offered was a knowing ear that told him "that's good" and "that's not your best." He had that short period where he wrote with Elvis Costello and the two of them brought out a lot of great work with one another. He needed an editor. He needed an equal partner who was not his wife. Denny Laine, God rest his soul, was not that guy. 4) Unlike some of his peers, he actually matured as the years went on. 5) Band On the Run is a perfect album. Some say "Ram" is a perfect album, and I'll give them that. 6) The man's musical mind evolved from just putting out things that ROCK. 7) As much as Ringo, if not more than, he missed recording with the other Beatles. It's possible his talent was "diluted" by playing all the instruments (or at least knowing what he wanted from all the instruments), rather than only concentrating on just playing the bass and singing his vocals.
The truth is that throughout Wings and his solo career, he made very few amazing ALBUMS. Most of his albums are flawed, is what I mean. But the sheer volume of great songs throughout the whole span of career is ridiculous. I could easily make a 6-hour compilation and it would mostly be really dynamite stuff.
The comedy/music mix is what hooked me on your channel. Your videos are a highlight of my day when on TH-cam. Thank you for your perspective on music. Take care!
There’s always that one Larry. Obviously he’s never listened to “Wings Over America.” These episodes are great and ultimately show who’s got the wit and intelligence to understand the humor, which is all of your subscribers…(except for one) Keep it up!
Overrated is not the same as overexposed. McCartney has more hits than 10 Taylor Swifts standing on top of each other. You can’t possibly have no talent and have that many hits.
Some people may think that Paul is overrated but he's earned the right to be overrated. The trolls are just jealous because they haven't had a 60-year-plus career and can't create masterpieces like "Sgt. Pepper" or "Band On The Run". Paul McCartney is a master of high quality entertainment along with Larry Graves. 😊
There have been McCartney songs I've liked and McCartney songs I didn't like, but the last thing I would ever accuse him of being is overrated. I've never heard anything from Flaming Pie, so I can't offer an opinion on it. But he is not, nor has he ever been, overrated.
I also think John has more timeless classics than Paul (compare it on youtube or spotify), but Paul throughout his career had big success, especially until the mid 80s, and every different music styles. A lot of rockers, although I like his ballads much more because I think some rockers are more on the weak side (for solo only!), while his ballads have great lyrics and melody. At the end of the day thats „pure McCartney“ that he will he remembered for and thats totally fine.
Paul will always be my favorite Beatle! I love how he can sing any type of music, Rock, pop, soft rock, classical, ballads, etc! His songs are catchy, emotional, powerful, and rocking! That’s what makes him versatile and one of the most talented musicians!🙌👍
When you said that it's like disrespecting a family member, I felt that... Even though I'm only 22 years old, I still have been listening to Paul and The Beatles since I was 7 or 8 years old. He does feel like a family member in a very strange way... It's a very unique way which binds an artist to a fan that truly loves and respects and appreciates all of the things their favourite artist has showed them... All of those fun experiences I've had as I listened to his music... All of those sad times I've had and he was there to make me feel better... This is music and this is love.
The criteria should be does the music move you? Does it mean something to you? Are you glad to be alive now listening to his p a rticular art and music? It doesn't matter if you are not happy to participate in listening. PAUL and the Beatles brought an end to boredom and gave the reason to celebrate life again. I love that and appreciate what Paul and Ringo still bring us: art, goodwill and friendship. They deserve respect for innovation, fun and impressive, unbelievable talent shared over and over with the world.
As I mentioned in an earlier comment Larry,I don't know why people who can't stand Paul McCartney would listen to him for DECADES!,I wouldn't listen to someone I don't like for ten minutes let alone decades!,really that's pretty strange stuff right there! Bob
This guy hasn't got a clue (the McCartney commenter, not you Larry!). McCartney has no solo rock songs and he has just written silly little love songs and silly children's songs? I've noticed a lot of people, not just this guy, constantly reference either directly or by implication We All Stand Together by the Frog Chorus and talk about McCartney writing children's songs. It's one song. It was from a soundtrack he did for a children's animated movie, Rupert the Bear. It seems to stick in the mind of his noisy critics. It's because its a memorable earworm song for kids that they know from childhood or popular culture and they haven't even bothered to listen in full to any of his proper studio albums! 😂
He’s done some other “children’s songs” like Mary Had a Little Lamb and Tropic Island Hum, but like you mentioned it’s such a small part of his massive discography that it shouldn’t even matter. It’s just a ridiculous criticism.
For me, the rarest talent in the music industry is the capability to compose compelling melodies. For instance with as great of lyrics that Hal David wrote over the years, it’s Burt Bacharach’s melodies that are primarily responsible for the success of the Bacharach/David songs. In my opinion nobody comes close to McCartney’s number of compelling melodies composed over the years in the Beatles and post Beatles. It’s really remarkable. The man is a treasure that has allowed me to be continually entertained over the decades for such a small price.
I love the arrogance of somebody saying "John Lennon would agree with me" it beggars belief! In a 54 year solo career there's bound to be some ups and downs creatively and Paul has had a few dips but overall it's been a solid ride. I would love to hear Fool On The Drill in my dentists. :)
Paul is great. I don’t get why someone has to act like a jerk about his solo career. Especially when this guy knows how big of a fan you are. It IS like attacking family when you insult an artist to a fan. It’s honestly painful.
Hi Larry One man's musical hero is another man's musical zero that's OK. But it is kind of rude to knock another persons musical hero's because it accomplishes nothing other than some hurt feelings especially if they are a big fan of music and love the artist they are knocking. It is intended to be insulting that's not good.
If Paul has no talent like that guy says than Paul must be the greatest con artist of all time being a billionaire, selling out stadiums, getting all those awards and hanging out with A listers. I do know some people that feel that way about the Fabs and Paul and methinks they could be a bit jealous? By the way Record Collector has a special issue on Paul out now. They do those special issues on musicians as they did Elton John recently.
Some People don't get it that this is high quality entertainment with lots of humor if you dont like it don't watch it simple as that but some People like to troll i think, larry please continue with these video's i love them just like the most of your real viewers , and how in the world can paul McCartney ever be called overrated is beyond me .
What a numpty. Obviously its not true that he never does rock, we could all point to many rock songs over the years, but Paul is a genius whose music goes way beyond the confinements of rock, which lets face it, can be a fairly simplistic genre. Don't let these idiots grind you down Larry, and you keep doing what makes you happy and ignore this complete bell-end. Love from a fully signed up member of the Muppet Crowd.
/Josch / Joerg 😊
Sir PM is only overrated by Beat fans. ☮️ In some honesty, I do get annoyed when a video comes out about Lennon, or McCartney( i never recall how to spell that one!) and inevitably someone has to compare to the other song partner. Oops happened again😮. Paul is a genius as is Lennon.
Paul McCartney is not overrated . He is simply the greatest songwriter of all time! I think that the 32 number one hits he has had on the billboard charts, tells everyone what they need to know about him. I just hate comments like this. Because not only is he disrespecting PM , but also he is disrespecting you as a small creator, who gave his opinion on an album, that is truly magnificent. I love your videos keep doing what you’re doing, and don’t listen to all the hate.
I understand the annoyance. Although, the letter writer is merely channeling an established narrative by a certain generation of male rock critics and biography writers, from Jann Wenner’s moves in the beginning of the 1970s to Mark Lewisohn’s more subtle, pseudo-neutral Paul belittling and John deification. For in-depth critical examinations of this narrative, see Erin Webbers Book The Beatles and the Historians, and especially the brilliant podcast Another Kind of Mind.
I think the guys first comment on Paul would have been fine if he phrased it more respectfully, but in the second one he not just insults Paul but anyone who enjoys his music. I think he is the true muppet here
I remember a few years ago that you did a "Does This Album Suck" for a Yoko Ono album. You said you loved it. At the time I questioned your sanity. Now it dawns on me that maybe that was you being sarcastic. Still don't know. Love your videos!
Yes, and no. Both/And. I know- I sound like a politician. He’s only ‘overrated’ because sometimes he had no real perceived competition in areas he naturally excelled in, and I think, subjectively, he could get self indulgent, self satisfied. But enough of his work is phenomenal- that I feel he does a great job, especially in the last several decades- he’s remarkably humble and generous. The second reason he’s ’overrated’ publicly, sadly, is that the further John Lennon’s life recedes in the rear-view mirror, John really hasn’t had any new material out for 44 years. Unfortunately, I’ve seen some online chatter that would suggest that it was always Paul, the greater, John, the lesser. And that is unfair imho.
I have seen Record Collectors on TH-cam, "rank" albums or songs by Paul McCartney over a long time, several decades now, and I find this type of "ranking" unfortunate, because there are bias comments. One collector will love an album like "Pipes of Peace" or "Red Rose Speedway" and another collector will class these albums as trash or weak or less than average on McCartney's talents. Then, after 35 years, the tables are turned, you get older and you give another listen to these songs and discover for the first time, that McCartney really performed these once hated albums and now love them. I have several charts, that I myself have ranked, being an avid collector of McCartney, and I have been surprised what songs and albums now, I appreciate, and I find loving most records, and the B-sides to Singles I love even more than A-sides. My favorite album has always been Band on the Run, until recently, since the new format 2024, I find the remixes have turned me off a bit, so now my favorite McCartney album is Back to the Egg, because of Denny, Juber, talents, continue to impress me. Your programs, Larry, are some of the best I've seen by far. Take care.
Over rated? Of course not. Look at all the amazing songs he's written from 1963 onwards. Don't be fooled by the Lennon McCartney writing credit. If McCartney is singing the song, he wrote it.
I don't get why people feel they have to watch everything that is posted by someone they are subscribed to and comment on it. If I come across a video by yourself, or indeed anyone else I'm subscribed to, if the subject is something I have no interest in I just don't bother watching that particular video.
Totally agree. I'm not going to slam some channel when they post a video I have no interest in, or attack the band they are talking about if I don't like them.... go watch something you like.
I think Paul McCartney’s main rival for top dog is Bob Dylan. I personally prefer McCartney, although when it comes to other artists doing covers I think Dylan wins that one. Of course that could be because no one thinks they can improve on the McCartney original.
In regard to the comment you are responding too: Overrated? Underrated? Is there some official rating system that I'm not aware of? If a person does or doesn't like Paul McCartney, just say so. No need for anyone to imply that their personal opinions carry any more weight than anyone else's. Same goes for all of these greatest of all time statements that everyone is always making, it's your opinion nothing more nothing less.
Obviously, every artist has people who slag off their music, but there is something particularly annoying about people dissing Paul McCartney and I’m trying to work out why that is. I think it’s because McCartney‘s music has so much positivity and optimistic spirit. So if you enjoy his music, it seems particularly mean spirited to try and put him down. On a personal level, it also seems unfair because he seems to be a genuinely nice and friendly guy and he is quite unpretentious. He has always been happy to do children’s songs and other things which are not considered “cool” but he does them anyway because he loves doing it. The other annoying thing is when people who claim to be John Lennon fans start dissing Paul McCartney. This is also insulting to John Lennon, because if Paul is as bad as they say, why did John spend the most creative decade of his life in an equal songwriting partnership with him? A lot of these people just want to be contrarian and slag off something that other people enjoy. still, perhaps we should be grateful to them because in a way they remind us of why we love Paul’s music so much.
always do what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. people will support you no matter what. I know sometimes it feels like it’s damned if you do and damned if you don’t. you make a satirical video pretending to dunk on the Beatles. people get upset. you make a video praising a Beatle. people get upset again lol. it’s gotta be frustrating especially after so many years, but just follow your muse. I love your easygoing approach to making videos and I love all the channels you associate with. keep on keepin’ on.
Thanks Shane. Overall I have a great time on TH-cam, just once in a blue moon someone really gets to me and I have to vent a bit, ha ha. Thanks for all of your support here and on Patreon!
I have been a huge Paul McCartney fan for a long time now. He has always been my favorite beatle. I always liked some of his solo stuff but honestly never really explored it as much until a few years back. The more I listen and discover his solo material the more I realize just how much of a musical genius he is. I think if anything he is underrated. I think he caught a lot of criticism for the Beatles break up in the early 70s. I think this is a lot of reason his albums aren’t talked about even more. Also like you Larry I don’t love every single album or song. I do however love most of his work.
7:21 I finally figured out who you remind me of by the way you talk on here but I'm afraid of making you mad. You are the Mr.Rogers of you tube.hahaha. But seriously, I enjoy all of your stuff on here..It's light and playful and I don't see how anyone could ever be offended by it.. keep the videos coming please
That's silly that I would get mad... I have a sense of humor, ha ha. I've been told I look like Stephen King many times, so Mr. Rogers is fine by me as he was a great man.
Paul McCartney with John Lennon fundamentally changed the course of popular music and made the world a better place. Not many people can compete with that. To suggest that he is over rated is ridiculous. Take care, Larry. PS I agree with you about Chaos and Creation, a great album.
No, Paul McCartney is not overrated. Paul McCartney is a musical genius, one of the greatest, composers performers, producers musician, and vocalist of our time…. If you can see that you’re not really looking….!
3 word response to that person: Monkberry Moon Delight (I know there are so many other rock songs Paul did in his solo career, but to me this is the most obvious one)

You are the best Larry. Dont thi nk otherwise People have to get a sense of humour, and if they dont like something, as you said, just dont watch it. Thats people for you though I wouldn't worry about it and dont stop😊😊 He didn't really deserve a response.
Imagine if for every piece of music you ever heard, before you could even think about whether you liked it or not, first you had to decide if it was "rock" or not to see if you were allowed to like it. What a horrible way to go through life.
The problem with Paul McCartney is he has so much talent it all comes so easily to him. If we don't appreciate how good he's been for more than 60 years, that's not his fault.
Pretty funny. Paul has always been a guy with dozens of new ideas at any given time. If you think you can do what he does try writing one, just one, song as good as Paul on his best day. And then remember how many great songs he is responsible for. We need music. People need music. Civilization needs music to survive. It's a lifeline, a life force. Paul is at the forefront.
Junior's Farm, Live and Let Die, Spin It On, No Values, Try Not To Cry, Monkberry Moon Delight, The Mess, Soily, Letting Go, So Glad To See You Here, Beware My Love, Old Siam Sir, Let Me Roll It. Yeah, the poor lad just can't rock. 😉
@@canadianstudmuffin So true! In fact that was the name of his last tour: The Wimpy Ballads and Children's Songs Tour. He probably didn't sell many tickets either. (Hmm. I think I'm starting to enjoy this too much. I might become a troll.)
I like Paul McCartney and even though his music tends to be either genius or cringe for me, he does deserve respect, at least on your channel because you are a fan.
Yes, his music got cringey for me around the time of Pipes Of Peace but I think his songwriting/lyrics have really improved overall since around the time of Flaming Pie. Thanks.
Get Something Straight, Paul McCartney and the Beatles Changed the World Of Music! They Started the British Invasion and became ICONIC! Anyone Who isn't Aware of This Needs to Do Some Research! Actually I didn't view this I just read the Paul is Overrated Title,This Month'Nov.' I'm turning 67,I'm A Musician and To this Day The Beatles are Icons! I'm Sure Big Name Critics Agree With Me.
@@MercurialToys Nope, not yet. The last one was Demons Dance Alone which I love. I need to listen to the albums I have now for a bit longer before buying any more.
Unlike their messianic, achingly ''authentic'' blooze purist contempories, bar Ray Davies, The Beatles for better or admittedly sometimes worst, never made secret the influence of music hall, cheesy dance band music or other similar mainstays of pre/post war British folk/ culture, combined with the obvious 50's rock 'n roll, Motown and Brill Building stuff. It's why I rate Led Zeppelin way above so many of their heavy-handed contemporaries and copyists.Though clearly blues-based, they could go from celtic folk, Memphis soul and Eddie Cochran back again and always sound like themselves.
There is nothing wrong with the music hall, cheesy dance band music you mention, at least for me, as The Beatles and Paul only did a bit of that. I love Led Zeppelin also, by the way. Thanks for your thoughts.
Paul McCartney has no rock music? What is this guy listening to? Paul has got more rockers in his career than a Cracker Barrel has sitting on their front porch. Band On the Run alone is chock full of them.
i speak spanish , just try some english how many voices how many styles how many instruments how many eternal classics he wrote most sussefull of all time most Nº1 of all Paul is simply the best of all time for me m of course
My dentist thinks Paul McCarney is over-rated. My next door neighbour thinks Paul is up there with the greats. Since both are capable of causing me pain, I find myself agreeing with both of them, just to be on the safe side.

John Lennon has been dead since 1980? No wonder he never returns my calls.
I was so shocked when I read that! Glad he gave us all that info.
YES THE ANSWER IS YES THANK YOU!!! I saw him December 2022 and he only played 20 songs straight at 80 years old! Not even the least bit impressive.
I can’t really tell, because my rating scale doesn’t accommodate McCartney. My ceilings aren’t high enough. 😂
Hi Larry. Your not ugly and your a funny guy. Your beauty comes from with in. Thanks for the info and entertainment
I love the arrogance of somebody saying "John Lennon would agree with me" it beggars belief! In a 54 year solo career there's bound to be some ups and downs creatively and Paul has had a few dips but overall it's been a solid ride. I would love to hear Fool On The Drill in my dentists. :)
Paul Mccartney is the best musical Artist there has ever been.
I do prefer John Lennon's music though. ❤😅😆
😆 🤣 " My Criticism Is Valid ! "
Your comment is valid too! :D
"You're just trying to get views" - LOL!!
Aren't we all, Joe! :D
I’ve never heard ‘Monkberry Moon Delight’ in a dentist’s office but it would make a nice change.😊
@@canadianstudmuffin Exactly. I agree with you.
@@andrewmacdonald3667 I'd be tapping my foot as they drilled away. 😃
Paul's solo career is actually insanely underrated...
Paul’s solo catalogue is definitely underrated. So many unknown gems
It's only rock n' roll Larry! He's entitled to his opinions like you said so often. Let It Be.
I can also give my opinion and block him if he continues to attack Paul's talent.
Sounds like the dude can’t handle good music. Good job Larry on addressing this issue.
Thank you.
Thanks fellow Muppet! 😀👍
You rock Larry! Dont let the bu**ers grind you down. You’re the best
I actually love some of Yoko's albums.
Yes, and no. Both/And. I know- I sound like a politician.
He’s only ‘overrated’ because
sometimes he had no real perceived competition in areas he naturally excelled in, and I think, subjectively, he could get self indulgent, self satisfied. But enough of his work is phenomenal- that I feel he does a great job, especially in the last several decades- he’s remarkably humble and generous.
The second reason he’s ’overrated’ publicly, sadly,
is that the further John Lennon’s life recedes in the rear-view mirror, John really hasn’t had any new material out for 44 years. Unfortunately, I’ve seen some online chatter that would suggest that it was always Paul, the greater, John, the lesser. And that is unfair imho.
Picasso
Antoni Gaudi
Paul McCartney
All great creators.
All to everyone's taste? No.
All influential?
Definitely.
Underrated?
Not a chance!
If nothing else you can't knock Paul for his melodic genius. His melodic sense is probably the greatest in all of pop music.
since 1980 Paul has always been my number1 favorite and everyone objectively knows he will always be number 1 forever
Paul McCartney has no rock solo songs? Helen Wheels is a pretty good rocker to me just to name a few.
I love that song. It is basically just one chord almost all the time. I remember being very impressed by that when learning to play guitar.
Thank you for defending Paul and his music, he’s a great, great musician. Canadian Studmuffin, well done. Thx
My pleasure!
Paul McCartney is possibly the greatest musical genius of the last century… plain and simple…!
Take care.
Thank you!
Jakepepper2279 is Heather Mills!
I never thought of that! 😀😀😀
Love you Larry!!! Love your content!!! You are very thoughtful with all your videos!!! Much appreciate you!!!
I appreciate that! 🙂🙂🙂
Hey. I dont watch alot of your videos, but i even realized it was simply dry humor. I even commented and it was fun!!!
PS Flaming Pie is incredible.
Hello Larry. I am 100% on your side with this one. If anything, you need more likes!
Thank you!
@@canadianstudmuffin You're welcome! Keep on making awesome videos!
Excellent comment. Thank you.
always do what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. people will support you no matter what.
Wings Back To The Egg is a rock album
Good job Larry🤩
Paul McCartney with John Lennon fundamentally changed the course of popular music and made the world a better place. Not many people can compete with that. To suggest that he is over rated is ridiculous. Take care, Larry. PS I agree with you about Chaos and Creation, a great album.
Overrated?..impossible!.....HES A BEATLE!
No, Paul McCartney is not overrated. Paul McCartney is a musical genius, one of the greatest, composers performers, producers musician, and vocalist of our time…. If you can see that you’re not really looking….!
Like it’s been said. Paul McCartney is underrated if anything. Nobody comes close to him
You and Paul McCartney are both amazing human beings! ❤️xxx.
Thank you. Does this mean I have a chance of being called Sir Studmuffin in the future?
Yes! 👍🙂❤️xxx
I've watched Paul play extremely intricate bass parts while singing intricate vocals. He's an alien. And a hit machine. Not not
There are people who understand art and then there are the others. Ignore ignorance.. The more one stirs shit, the worse it smells.
3 word response to that person: Monkberry Moon Delight (I know there are so many other rock songs Paul did in his solo career, but to me this is the most obvious one)
Rock show and Jet aren't that bad, too!
@@MrRavaillac1610 Band on the Run, 1985, Live and Let Die, Junior’s Farm, Hi Hi Hi, Helen Wheels, etc I mean the list is pretty much endless. The guy was just being a troll.
You are the best Larry. Dont thi nk otherwise
People have to get a sense of humour, and if they dont like something, as you said, just dont watch it.
Thats people for you though
I wouldn't worry about it and dont stop😊😊
He didn't really deserve a response.
Thanks Robert. I am sure you get some flack too, everybody does, and just once in awhile I need to address the idiots out there.
@canadianstudmuffin fortunately, I don't get alot. One or two I had to mute but that's about it
Imagine if for every piece of music you ever heard, before you could even think about whether you liked it or not, first you had to decide if it was "rock" or not to see if you were allowed to like it. What a horrible way to go through life.
Mr Studmuffin, was wondering if you could make up a Beatles 1970 - 1972 Yellow double album best of album.
Already did that idea: th-cam.com/video/Ms4XMQ1I-Zg/w-d-xo.html
The problem with Paul McCartney is he has so much talent it all comes so easily to him. If we don't appreciate how good he's been for more than 60 years, that's not his fault.
I love Macca!!! Don’t care what anyone else says
I have no comment on Paul McCartney
Pretty funny. Paul has always been a guy with dozens of new ideas at any given time. If you think you can do what he does try writing one, just one, song as good as Paul on his best day. And then remember how many great songs he is responsible for. We need music. People need music. Civilization needs music to survive. It's a lifeline, a life force. Paul is at the forefront.
I do not know how to even comment on this video. I mean Paul is the best. I love almost everything in his solo catalog.
All he does is wimpy ballads and children's songs. :D
Thanks.
All the best from a sunny Thailand
Get Something Straight, Paul McCartney and the Beatles Changed the World Of Music! They Started the British Invasion and became ICONIC! Anyone Who isn't Aware of This Needs to Do Some Research! Actually I didn't view this I just read the Paul is Overrated Title,This Month'Nov.' I'm turning 67,I'm A Musician and To this Day The Beatles are Icons! I'm Sure Big Name Critics Agree With Me.
He's the kind of guy I play The Residents to, and when he complains I'll have to inform him I only have The Residents & Paul McCartney albums.
I love The Residents!
@@canadianstudmuffin There's a lot of hyper creativity in Residents albums, as in Beatles albums. Did you ever pick up the Fingerprince album?
Is John Lennon overrated?
Maybe the most underrated artis of all time:
Paul McCartney has no rock music? What is this guy listening to? Paul has got more rockers in his career than a Cracker Barrel has sitting on their front porch. Band On the Run alone is chock full of them.
i speak spanish , just try some english
how many voices
how many styles
how many instruments
how many eternal classics he wrote
most sussefull of all time
most Nº1 of all
Paul is simply the best of all time
for me m of course
Last great album was BAND ON THE RUN
Um... he had about a dozen great albums after Band On The Run.
Paul McCartney is this generations Frank Sinatra.
