Zelenskyy became a puppet of the USA immediately Russia stepped foot in Dombas. He is a proxy for enabling US hegemony. Russian cannot be defeated militarily as they hold all of the advantages. The only solution to the conflict is a negotiated settlement.
He’s calling for weapons while the people of Ukraine are calling for negotiations, fleeing the country, or hiding from conscription officers.
