we have an Accent 2007 model since and until now despite the mechanical issues surfuced just 2 yrs ago (maybe of due to old age), it still is surpisingly drives well
@@Coeshen it's a bit tricky getting parts for these cars since there is not yet a huge market for aftermarket parts for Hyundai Accents....most of the stuff I had added on my ride were custom made (fiberglass) There may be some parts out in Puerto Rico that you can probably buy (perhaps closer to your side 😅) Another thing is you can just keep it clean and simple, drop the height, get some dope rims and rock that clean look as you see some of these guys do ... Sometimes less is more 💯
Quite the KDM lineup you had there....haha we are still trying to bring KDM to the mainstream car scene out here, it's not the easiest task being the underdogs (saturated by JDM's out here) but it just makes it more unique and rare to have the builds we have since they are not everywhere and not a lot of common cars alike are being seen at meets haha

We probably could although its hard to find a set of 18 inch 4 lug set of rims....Our roads isn't exactly the best place to have huge rims on low profile tires.. I've also seen conversion (to 5 lug) videos on TH-cam to fit 18s but have not found a video on the process yet.

That depends on what type of build you are going for (Thai, Euro, Racing, VIP, PHDM, etc...) When picking out a set of wheels, just make sure that the specs are ideal for our cars. Another recommendation would be to join the "Verna Pilipinas Community" FB Page for additional guidelines, tips, and inspiration for your ongoing build. Madami makakatulong dun at makakasagot din sa mga ibang tanong mo regarding sa mga Accent natin.
We got a turbo variant of the Accent CRDI (1.6 Turbo) but they only came on Diesel. As for the Gas variant of these cars (1.4) I have not yet seen anybody put a turbo kit on theirs. Full exhaust, headers, intake, and a tune is the most I've seen they can do for the Gas variants of these type of cars.
