Strength is the amount of motor neurons your brain can recruit to a specific muscle to produce force. The average height of a powerlifter is 5,9 😂😂. Bodybuilders weigh alot but they aren't that strong. Cause their training relates to hypertrophy which is completely different and doesn't train strength. Just cause your taller dosent mean your stronger 💀💀💀
