I thought I did a sufficient job of explaining it in the video, but the only one who's back in Doma is Mutsuki's father, who left her behind before the battle of Carteneau. Her sister, Kisaragi, stays in Ul'dah, and I mention how they reunite after the 7th Umbral Calamity at 11:30
Spoilers the funny thing is some of the shadowbringers back story is the same for me but the eyesight and hair, ardbert and my character share the light aether together .

Wait wait, the Echo is the reason we can see cones and aoe circles from enemies?
It's not confirmed that that's why, but it's definitely implied, and is a popular fan-theory for why we get markers.
