If you want to play this games for real (in pc) you can buy hitman 3 and buy the hitman 1 and 2 expansions if you want, or you can buy "world of asassination" directly with the 3 games all in one. They made it to simplify, you have hitman 1 and 2 contect integrated directly in hitman 3 also with hitman 3 graphics. On of my favourite games, a masterclass of game desing and one of the best games you can replay in different ways
So Hitman 3 VR started as a PSVR 1 exclusive where you could only use the DualShock. Then was ported to PC where you could use touch controllers, but it still had the problem of only using button press interactions, and your left hand being completely useless. The PSVR2 version releases in December, and looks to have manual reloads, opening doorknobs, physically picking locks and poisoning drinks. It’s looking to be the best version both graphically and gameplay-wise. I imagine the PCVR version will get updated to this version but that’s unconfirmed.
Maybe the fourth time is the charm. Really hope that upgrade comes to pc. I think this could be a great experience in VR with improved graphics and performance and more interesting VR interactions.
VR devs should focus on low poly games to get started and innovate. These feel like the tech demos from the 1980's, where the ambition was there but the resources weren't yet in a good place. You don't have to apologize for something you intended to do.
