While pouring the cook sugar with water,cause mine is still on while pouring the sugar with water and it bubbles and almost over flow and ladies make sure be careful when pouring it, it scared me ,I don’t want you ladies get burn ,I cook mine in a stainless pot. My brown sugar syrup came out little thick but it’s still good,I thought it will taste burn .
Sugar crystallized when it cools down, due to several factors that this video did not do right. Here is simple method for syrup sugar. You need 1kg brown sugar, warm water enough to cover above sugar , set aside 1/2 lime or lemon juice. First, pour sugar into pot level it, pour warm water just enough to cover sugar. Turn heat to low , stir sugar constantly until sugar dissolves, keep stirring until sugar star boiling about 20 min, once you see sugar broiled, reduce heat to low continue to stirring for 20 second at low heat then adjust heat up to medium high until you see sugar bubbling with foams, continue stirring and add the juice from the 1/2 lemon or lime into the pot with constant mixing and reduce heat to low right away. Keep stirring and cook for last 5 min at low temperature until the sugar condensed to your like thicken but don’t let syrup too thicken. Turn off heat and remove from heat, let syrup cool down completely. Once syrup sugar cool, pour into glass jar cover tight and can be stored outside. Don’t store in fridge which will cause crystallized.

Hatiin lang po LAHAT ng measurements nung mga ingredients, halimbawa: 3 cups sugar - 1 1/2 cup na lang 1 cup sugar - 1/2 cup na lang Ganun din po sa tubig na papakuluin Iadjust lang po lagi sa kalahati ang mga sukat ng ingredients hanggat lumiit ng lumiit o kumonti at makuha po yung sukat ng gustong lutuin. Hatiin ang 1 cup magiging 1/2 cup na lang, hatiin ulit magiging 1/4 cup na lang, hatiin ulit magiging 1/8 cup na lang.

How to avoid Brown sugar syrup is crystallized when it is cool?
Sugar crystallized when it cools down, due to several factors that this video did not do right. Here is simple method for syrup sugar. You need 1kg brown sugar, warm water enough to cover above sugar , set aside 1/2 lime or lemon juice. First, pour sugar into pot level it, pour warm water just enough to cover sugar. Turn heat to low , stir sugar constantly until sugar dissolves, keep stirring until sugar star boiling about 20 min, once you see sugar broiled, reduce heat to low continue to stirring for 20 second at low heat then adjust heat up to medium high until you see sugar bubbling with foams, continue stirring and add the juice from the 1/2 lemon or lime into the pot with constant mixing and reduce heat to low right away. Keep stirring and cook for last 5 min at low temperature until the sugar condensed to your like thicken but don’t let syrup too thicken. Turn off heat and remove from heat, let syrup cool down completely. Once syrup sugar cool, pour into glass jar cover tight and can be stored outside. Don’t store in fridge which will cause crystallized.
