I have been wearing January Hand Tied for 2 years, and regular January the year before. January Hand Tied has been out of stock in most colors for several months with no ETA on restocking. I had not yet seen any videos on Haven, or I might have considered it, although I like my JR color. I agree it's overpriced, I'd just get regular January instead. Since I love the Hand Tied features, I had to go with Julianne and modify the curl with steam and a cold curling iron to make it more similar to January. I have Juilanne Lite and don't mind the silicone strips. I love the lower density and lack of permatease and poof at the top. First time I have not had to thin out a wig in over 5 years.
Julianne is a winner. I can't wear the Lite verson because I can't put my glasses under the lace around the ear and I never wear the earpieces over the ear tabs. January is probably best for you anyway. I think you might not like Haven after having January. If Haven is worth near $400, then regular January is worth $600, if you know what I mean. Thankfully, I got this one cheap.
@@frontporchwigchat6260 I cut all of the extra lace off Julianne Lite, so it looks just like other extended lace fronts, even where the ear tabs are. I wear sunglasses, and I will start wearing Julianne tomorrow officially, so I'll find out if it's a problem. I don't plan to adhere it. The metal stays appear firm enough on mine, just like regular ones.
@@frontporchwigchat6260The prices on everything have doubled. It's out of control. So, I tried a hand tied piece by Paula Young, and it was fantastic. After coupon, it was only $89 for a fully hand-tied lacefront cap! But I"m used to January, so the completely straight nature was too much of a change for me. Sheer Drama is very similar to January, and hand tied, but no lacefront.
I generally have to have my lace front because the bands on the front of the basic cap type always make me itch, but my best friend found that she liked a Paula Young wig as well recently. I guess I could trim off the lace, too, if I found a deal on a Lite cap style. Thanks for the idea, Bren.
Haven is one of my favorite wigs. It's adorable, perfect length, rh14/88 is between a dark blond/medium blonde. So cute. Shop it and you can easily find it between $255 to $204.
Haven is very natural. I'd never know you are wearing a wig. I really, really like it 💞
This looks perfect on you, I love the color and style! Thank you for showing us this beautiful style! 🌻
Thank you, Eileen! Thanks for stopping by!
Really pretty blonde color and looks good on you. Thanks for showing us this wig. I had not seen it before. I will stick with Kona for this style.
Thanks, Margaret. And you can't go wrong with Kona!
It is cute parted on the side. I totally agree about it being overpriced!!!
Haven is pretty but like you said too expensive 👍
So glad I found you!!
Me, too! Happy to have you here!
I love Haven! Looks wonderful on you!
Thank you, Louanne! How have you been?
@@frontporchwigchat6260 Pretty good. Love your videos. I especially love the makeup video. Took notes!
@@TheLouannster I'm glad you enjoyed that! Good to hear from you and see you're doing okay in our crazy world.
