Strange version. Has a rich complectation with electric chairs and partly leather, but old infotainment screen.
I got my CX-5 in the December 2023, it is cheaper complectation but has a new infotainment as well as eSkyactive engine

Really odd, because the 2023 Mazda cx5 in Australia comes standard with the big 10.25 inch screen and the new software and also standard with adaptive cruise control. Our base model is the CX5 maxx whereas the top model is the CX5 Akera. some countries must not get the same treatment and keep them outdated

I don't think this one is for the US market. The infotainment system software looks very dated, circa 2018. And I don't like that yellow trim at all. Otherwise, it looks great.

The yellow/green looks awful! It takes away from the premium look fit and finish of this vehicle. I have a 2021 CX-5 Signature made for the American market so that may be the reason that it doesn't looks like the video. I've also seen 2024 and they don't look like this either.

Gosh, my camera in my CX5 is extremely crisp and clear as is the entertainment center screen on the dashboard, we have a Mazda3 from 2016, which is much much blurrier than the CX five, I thought our displays were crystal clear now.

Front grill too protruding & at certain angles makes the car look 10 years old, the wheels it comes with are generally too small (unless top trim), the tail lights are embarrassingly bad (unless top trim), still no option to recline in the back in a car that's already smaller, infotainment system sucks not only dated but it looks like they kind of just stuck an ipad at the end, seats are STILL uncomfortable, still no feature for tire pressure measurement, "sun," roof is tiny af, interior still has all black hues rather than dark gray here-dark black here -etc to make it stand out a bit, glove box still tiny af, engine is loud af sounds like it's struggling for basic acceleration etc etc There are so many things they could've improved on and instead they release the same product and at higher prices.

It's all subjective but the numbers don't lie. The CX-5 is the best selling vehicle for Mazda and the company has had record sales since 1994 so that means there is still demand and going strong. And there is something called inflation, look it up, which has caused the rise in price for the same vehicle. So again...if it ain't broke don't fix it. Lastly, a refresh is coming in 2025.
