STRENGTH: It is safe to say you're comparable to Sonic who shattered a stalactite (equal to 200,000 tons of TNT) while fighting Metal Sonic (The first Sonic movie). Heck, you've almost killed him. I could also compare you to Shadow, who restrained Final Mova, a monster weighing 280 billion tons (Sonic X). Although, that kinda seems a bit generous. SPEED: Definitely comparable to Sonic. He outran a black hole, which puts him roughly 30% the speed of light. You can obviously keep up. DURABILITY: Again, zzzz comparable to Sonic. Who survived the Death egg exploding right in front of him (Sonic 3). INTELLIGENCE: Meh, pretty high but sorta naive. You have been tricked by Mephiles AND Dr. Eggman (Sonic Rivals). However considering you can hold your own against the likes of Sonic and Shadow, it's pretty safe to say you are pretty skilled on the battlefield. ARSENAL AND SKILLS: Psychokinesis Telekinesis Flight Martial arts Hand to hand combat Armed and unarmed combat. Force field Teleportation Super Speed - Spin dash - Spin attack - Homing attack (possibly) Chaos emeralds - Chaos control - Super Silver Transformation Alright, there ya go Silver. I would've put time travel on there, but time travel using chaos control only works with two individuals.
You forgot that Silver is able to create an psychokinesis-like aura around him (ESP Silver), which helps him a lot in combat. Enemies that are in close range can be either 'freezed' with the psychokinesis or to be thrown away. It depends on how Silver wishes to control this ability (best seen in Sonic Archive Comics). Silver is also able to boost his speed into a ludicrous state (while Silver is in this form he is most likely faster than Sonic). I can only say that its pretty op.
