It will only give these results if Venus and Saturn have specific house rulerships / house and sign placements and if the rest of the chart and planets don't intervene. Applying rules out of context of the full chart and dashas, transits etc just leads to wrong conclusions.

Sorry but I would like to oppose your view Advance Astrology. Saturn relaxes at the age of 35 and allows the native to seek his or her partner. It delays love and marriage but doesn't deny.
