Usually, ketu in 10th house isn't regarded a good placement as ketu is detachment as hence could lead to detachment from making a career. But, Saturn and Moon is as well placed along with it so the results maybe different. I too have Saturn and Ketu conjunction in my D9 chart in 10th house.
