Bless his heart! Praying for complete healing to his face. Thank you for helping him and thank him for allowing us to watch! God bless from Alabama USA 🙏🏻❤️
I really hope you make a playlist of the young man's treatments. I would like to watch them in order from start to finish. He is definitely getting better. Great job!
Poor kid! That group at the end of his upper lip looks painful, and I would have loved to see this being cleared - even though it would probably bleed, and I don;t like it when they bleed. I have had, and still have, acne, and know how much these inflamed crusty ones hurt!
This was thorough and gentle work, well done, but I can't help feeling the soreness of the spots with the scabs remover as open the nerves are just under the skin they would have been SO sore and painful every time the broken skin was touched. It would be nice to see the follow up to this client.
None the the critical commentators know what was done to prep the client's skin for extractions and what kind of acne treatments he has already tried, nor do they know if the boy has been seen by a dermatologist prior to this. Their criticisms should carry very little weight.
Well, the treatments used here by non medical personnel isn't how they are treated by proper doctors in other parts of the world. There's a reason you RARELY see patients with this level of severity on dermatologist channels based in the US. You may find 1 in every 30 videos. You can try to defend these spa women all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that these people with faces this infected only seem to get worse after each treatment session. Quite often they start with a few spots and a bunch of blackheads, but by the 3rd treatment their faces are covered in deep sores and parts of the face extremely inflamed with pockets of infection that just gets wiped all over their face while the woman makes sure she keeps every bit of material she extracts. While I like watching these videos, the habits of these spa employees are more disgusting than any of the people coming in for this sort of treatment.
@@MyXyle666 I refer to you to the epic series of Hung by Thuy. You actually got on the point here, Vietnam is NOT the US - it is different. Just because it's different, does not make it wrong. Different. Also refer to the incredible case of Minh over at Hien Van Spa - now that boy's face was like chopped liver, and it looked worse for a while but he then look as clean and smooth as anything.
@KC-gy5xw Exactly. The critic doesn't really know how the clients do after their treatments. I've never seen one get worse like they describe, and I've watched hundreds of them, including many in a series. Hein Van Spa works with a dermatologist and most improve like Minh did. They post many before and after video reviews from satisfied clients. Hung (Sac Dep Spa) was a very difficult case, and it took over 20 treatments, but he improved dramatically. The critic's opinion that the spas are causing the bad acne in Vietnam is very unfair and untrue. Most of the videos are of first-time clients, and their acne is terrible, so its obviously not caused by spa treatments. I don't know why acne seems to be more severe in the young Vietnamese people than in Westerners. I suspect it's genetic and racially based. Some racial groups do suffer from some diseases more than others, and acne is a diseaee. Perhaps it's the climate. I don't think it's hygiene related because human beings could not have been created with a need to take special care of their skin. That would be a serious design flaw, wouldn't it? I never took special care of my skin as a teen, and it didn't break out like that, and neither did most people I knew. There are many people who cleanse with special acne products regularly and still have a face full of clogged pores that need extraction. Sometimes extractions are necessary to empty clogged pores acne before beginning on a risky but helpful prescription med like Accutane. And just because someone is a "proper doctor" doesn't mean they are any good at extracting acne or anything else. As a medical malpractice attorney, I have seen more incompetent doctors than you can imagine, and I defend them in court!
@MyXyle666 You obviously have little knowledge about acne and the clients the spas care for. Inflammed acne is almost always caused by a normal skin flora called Cutibactetium acnes. It is present in all pores and on the skin surface. Look it up. Most of the time it causes no problems but when a pore/follicle ruptures deep in the skin and spills its contents deep in the dermis the body sends white cells to clean it up and the pus collects and the inflammatory response results. These "infections" are not contagious to other areas of the skin because the organism is already present on and in the skin. It's the custom and practice in Vietnam to put the extracted material on the gloves, and as gross as some people think, it's not harmful to clients. The gloves start out clean and are disposed of at the end of the session. None of the client's bodily substances (sebum, pus, and blood) are harmful to the client's skin if smeared on their face during the session, and the face is cleaned at the end. If what you see offends your sensibilities, that's understandable, so just don't watch.
At some point this video will have music over the work being done. There will be keyboard warriors yelling to poke deeper, squeeze harder. Even if they have heard this with the sounds of his discomfort, they are wanting more, to 'hurt' the client harder. If even just a few of you make the connection it would be great.

1. No 2.
