Probably the best tournament I’ve watched all season as far as commentating, lead card, editing, and scoring excitement. MDG easily competing for the best post round.
I am living just 15 minutes from Krokhol. I had NO idea that this tournament was taking place! I must say that your production is excellent, and what I like is that (since english isn't my first language) both of you talk not to fast, and that Elias' expertise is very informative! (You should have a "Thank you" button so it could be possible to support you without being a Patreon).
@@Nomadmatty Its never to late to learn😄 Maybe you should give Norwegian a go, once you understand the grammar its pretty easy. Pronunciation on the other hand is very difficult, as we use the letters Æ, Ø and Å and have like a thousand dialects🤣
omega credz to the catch cam camera guy that ran every single hole the whole weekend to get us all these amazing footage. would be nice to get clips of the applaud he got everytime he ran :D expecially down the whole 10.. what a man/Legend!
The mdg guys came out to NZ to cover our nationals. Gotta say, they put in some serious effort in getting round the course. Nothing compared to this due to the elevation though.
Thanks to MDG for some great coverage and excellent video reels showing excellent flight paths on a very tight and tough, challenging track! Get in it Elias! Hope to catch a run of the back nine!
Thank you for stepping in on this Nate! I love your insight and your vocabulary as I’m a long time disc golfer I get bored with commentary that is surface level experience. The deep insight from both of you players doing commentary is exactly what I love about watching disc golf tournaments. Everything from how Elias sees these players in Europe to how putts fall in to the basket I thank you both for your time 🫡
To see these players throwing so good on a course that has been beating my ass for years, breathtaking performance! Great commentating. Will be watching this in the future. Come back to Norway again soon!
A fun fact, back in the day…..when the disc golf “Interneter dumb masses” were first becoming the toxic/no-context….”Interneter comment cult” they are today, Bradley was the most “hated (cancel) him pro of the year”! Every disc golf Wally, Dick & Harry had some BS to type, ya know the type! Ha! For context, Bradley was hated because of a situation, which cause of the interneters, type, it became an typical over amplified suspension and it was a certain Paul Mcbeth who posted something which had Bradley’s back, which helped defuse the interneters BS, the suspension was way over amplified and like with Nikko, Paul was the only truth in an emotional sess pool of comment rage! God bless the GOAT, Paul you have made this game what it is today! Truly the Tiger woods effect, for that I thank you again! **don’t be a Interneter comment Wally! Especially when you weren’t there, you have no context and all you’re doing is stirring the woke pot! Truly ridiculous malarkey! Don’t be that person!
Really funny hearing Elias saying hole 2 is one of the easier birdies on the course. At the 900(ish) level and down it plays near impossible to birdie. I consider myself a slightly above average amature, with distance as a strength, never reached C1 one that hole. Wild stuff the proffesionals are doing.
Elisa commentating his own bad start blues: "Yeeeeaahhh, dis is where the black bear came charging out of the woods, right past my cardmates dare, even bumping McBeth out of the way, before mauling me good, and running off with my hat."
I'm really enjoying these coverages. Only down side are the video- and audio (editing?) Issues. A little work on the edit would go a long way to a more professional look.
These type of courses is what we need in America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay attention people!!!! STOP THE STUPID STUPID STUPID (KEEP GOING FOR 100X) Long distance ball courses!!! You're injuring your players and it's so boring to just have tons of open fields with white stakes on them.... Look these courses have plenty of room for people to watch. God sometimes I just hate America's society... It's just stupid how distance drivers, and distance is all we focus on... Sad really. I LOVE this tournament though. I will be watching it every year! Thank you for not conforming to long ball course mentality where we place stakes down and players can only throw one type of shot.
