These guys were so much fun to watch! So funny. I want to wake up tomorrow and look like Gates McFadden, get shit faced drunk with Brent Spiner and Levar Burton, and then marry Brent Spiner. These are all attainable dreams, right?

Brent is already taken, unfortunately. But you knew that, yes?

This is one of my favorite TNG panels, hilarious from beginning to end. Thanks so much for recording this and sharing it with us!!

OMG, that's an example of what the Next Gen set must've been like every day. Non-stop hilarity. No wonder these people enjoyed each other and still do.

WOW! Brent was in a good mood. It was so great to see him in such a high spirit. He is the best as Data/Lore/Dr. Noonian Soong/B4/Arek Soong but first and foremost he as himself is THE best. Or the person he lets us see at these comicons. He seems like such a nice guy. I have probably said that on other uploaded videos but he truly seems like one heck of a wonderful man.

Oh, the convention was VERY crowded. The reason for the empty seats, which was indeed stupid and really should be worked on, is that the VIP section didn't fill, and unlike previous years, they didn't let general admission in to fill it. The part that was stupid, though, was that general admission was completely filled, and they weren't letting people in to the panel despite all the open VIP seating.

I enjoyed this video. I have never been to a Star Trek or a comic convention.

I'm an event coordinator and I still don't understand why people wait a long lines (like he talks about at the beginning), I hate waiting in line and will come back later if needed.

Instead of letting people in to see what they paid for, the staff was going around bothering seated general admission audience the ENTIRE time, trying to find open seats within the densely packed areas and rudely getting us to all squish in, rather than enjoying the panel we were trying to watch. If anyone in charge is reading, THAT should really be addressed in future conventions; VIP should only be guaranteed until a certain amount of time before the show.

I started from the middle of the video and thought, WOW, Jonathan Frakes put on a lot of weight.

I was talking about the shows in general, not the panels. One of my biggest complaints is the autograph prices; Mark insists he can't do anything, but others I've spoken to have said the celebs were told the promoters controlled that. Guests charging $50, $60, $100, or more....its insane. These shows are supposed to be for the fans, above all else. I don't attend these events to stuff the pockets of anyone, especially promoters or agents.

Not sure I follow your complaint. I've been to the last four Dallas Comic Con's in a row, and while a number of aspects of the convention could use some work (DCC staff, please feel free to contact me for specifics and friendly suggestions), the quality of the Q&A panels has been generally quite high; a large number of those I've [obviously] posted recordings, most of which I really enjoyed. Which panels, specifically, have you attended that left you cold? (Besides Richard Dean Anderson.)

The guy talks about how crowded this convention is. The empty seats must be for family. This is stupid.

javelin1010 apparently it was a vip section that didn't sell.

Unless he thought that Jonathan Frakes had expanded into 3 cast members and a moderator, but even Number 1's ego isn't that big, hehe. I kid, though, I could see if you jump into it, at a point he's not speaking, how at a glance the moderator might be mistaken this way, especially if you're not expecting to see a non cast member on stage.

Interesting comment......but Jonathan Frakes isn't on the stage genius. He is the moderator for the panel. I think he has Riker envy?

I'm not too happy with Lavars most recent race baiting episode but, whatever.
