Just got this second hand. Works great as a belt squat, chest supported row (and other bulldog pad stuff) and dip station. Don’t even have an Isolator, but it’s a nice compact piece if you have very limited space, and want to be able to superset in movements if your power rack is being used for another exercise.
Do the legs get in the way when you need to use a bench to sit on? I've pre ordered this rack and the isolator but I exceed the weight limit for the pad so I will need to use my own bench for certain movements.
