Great video I’m about to do my seals on my Kawai. I was wondering if you would put a tool list with the sizes? I still have to order all the tools and want to make sure I get the right sizes.

Great video! Air fork is similar to mine except for the balance chamber. Thanks for posting!

I saw your comment in another video that you were going to do a valve adjustment on a 2015 KX450F and I was wondering if you ever finished it. I have a 16 and am really in need of some assistance. I would really appreciate it.

I've done hundreds of adjustments on 12-15 gen. All kawi adjustments 2006 to at least 2018 are the same process

Do you have a video doing the SKF glide kit for TAC fork?

Awesome video followed it tonight while doing my forks. I am stuck on the air side cap. I pushed it down and took out the clip but it will not come back up. I have the fork completely dissembled. How do I get that cap back into position? Do I put the clip back, put on the new fork seals add oil and re pressurize? Again thanks for the awesome videos. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi man.
If I remember correctly, the only way you'll get that cap back up is to pressurize it very csrefully. That's also how kawi tells you to remove the cap ..you put a bag over it or attach it to your fork pump, start pressurizing and be careful because it shoots out of the too at 100 mph lol

Wow... talk about scratching the hell out of the inner fork tubes. I hope nobody takes their bikes to you. Good God

No scratching here, these forks are still doing fantastic, and I do about 6 sets of forks a week for the last 15 years. But no, I'm not a God. Flattering though!
