How to make a Caesar salad II High protein meal salad with chicken

  • Here is a recipe for Caesar salad from my kitchen.
    I will cut the toasted bread into small pieces and bake them at 180 degrees until they are golden brown. They are baked for about 20 minutes, depending on the strength of your oven. After they are baked in this way, they stay crispy for hours without the need to twist them.
    By the way, the name Caesar salad is attributed to the restaurateur Cesar, an Italian immigrant who managed restaurants in Mexico and the United States. He invented the caesar salad when his restaurant had so many guests that it ran out of food. He served the guests this dish that he made from what he currently had in the kitchen.
    I make the marinade for the chicken that I prepare with olive oil, and I add garlic powder and salt to the spices.
    I cut the chicken white meat into long strips. I will roll each cut piece carefully from all sides in the marinade.
    I will make the salad dressing from sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, olive oil, soy sauce and mustard. I mix it all well. I also add the juice I got from half a squeezed lemon. Apple cider vinegar is often added to caesar salad, but in that case it is too sour for me. If you like a more sour taste, feel free to add two or three spoons of apple cider vinegar. At the end, I mix everything well again, and put thin strips of bacon on the heated pan and fry them at a medium temperature on the hotplate until they are nicely crispy and golden brown. I fold the crispy bacon onto a plate, and in the same pan and the fat that remained after frying, I add the chicken that waited in the marinade for a few minutes. It will be ready in about fifteen minutes. I fried it for 7 to 8 minutes on both sides. I leave the chicken aside and finish preparing the caesar salad.
    I will cut half a head of lettuce into larger leaves and add it to a bowl with crispy croutons, then finely chop the bacon and add it to the salad and bread. I will mix it all well and start serving.
    I will try to silence the fried meat.
    I add salad, meat, Parmesan cheese to the plate and cover it all with Caesar salad dressing made to my taste.
    Ingredients:
    6 slices of toasted bread
    400 g of chicken white meat
    Marinade for meat
    50 ml of olive oil
    1 teaspoon of salt
    ½ teaspoon of garlic
    100 g of bacon
    Dressing
    3 spoons of sour cream
    2 spoons of mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons of yogurt
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    1 spoon of mustard
    ½ head of lettuce
    A little Parmesan cheese

      Tiganj je iz Metalca, ali ne bih ga bas nesto preterano hvalila. Imala sam i dosta bolje sto se nelepljivog dna tice.
