Loved this game as a kid! It hasn’t aged as good as Battle for Bikini Bottom, but it still was a ton of fun to play. Great video too! Really like the way your taking these review videos!
Have to say, with all the references like Cannonball Jenkins and Don the Whale, I could see this game going places with a modern HD update. Like it is just a party game in the end, but on a more casual system like tge Switch or a Steam launch with online multiplayer, I think it could have its slice of the pie from modern audiences handily.
I randomly searched up this game on TH-cam today for nostalgia sake and your video was the 2nd thing to pop up after a playthrough video - and let me tell you, I am SHOCKED to see this! Very well edited and well commented, I never thought I'd see a video from 2022 talk about a game NO ONE ever talks about anymore! I remember years ago I'd search up the game again in hopes of finding commentary videos about it but there were none - so really, this makes me super happy :) I'm gonna subscribe to see more of your content! 💕 I wish I could play this video game again, it's been so long and I miss having a PS2 💔

7:18 So I made the SSX 3 menu theme my ringtone, and I had to replay this part like three times to make sure I wasn't crazy and hearing my ringtone through my headset. And, man, I remember Downtown ALWAYS giving me a hard time when I played this. I'd make it through the entire thing absolutely sweeping every game and then Downtown came along and I'd have to replay minigames like 3 times just so even a *CPU* could win. This was a big nostalgia hit. I absolutely love your videos, we seem to have had extremely similar game tastes and so a lot of these have been trips through memory lane. Keep up the good work!
Hahaha that was a last minute addition and that makes it all worth it! Yeah I can’t remember ever having a good run with the Downtown games bc of the damn pegs lol. A great taste in games indeed, thankyou man!!!
I bought a GameCube copy of it in 2022, but I still haven't played it. I've been so busy playing other games 😅. It would be cool to see THQ Nordic come out with a Nickelodeon crossover party game. I remember having Nickelodeon Party Blast on GameCube and it was bad. It's strange to me how THQ Nordic was saying back in 2018 that they would be releasing old & new Nick games when all they've been doing is releasing Spongebob games. Gamemill Entertainment has been giving us a new Nickelodeon game damn near every year now lol. It's weird to me that we didn't get a brand new Nicktoons Unite game. It would be nice to see a standalone Danny Phantom and My Life as a Teenage Robot game. I guess THQ Nordic probably thinks they wouldn't sell well, so they're sticking to just making Spongebob games only.

I would love for THQnordic to remaster this game like they did with Battle for Bikini Bottom, it was a lot of fun playing when I was a kid and it was one of my favorite SpongeBob games😁, this game would really work if they made this an online game. It has some problems with the ai though.
