The Paradigm 6 model is the most comfortable shoe I´ve ever had

My local store finally got a Via Olympus in stock, so I bought a pair even though I'm very happy with the Paradigm 6. Ryan's review is pretty spot on. I bought these because I wanted the original fit and didn't really need the stability that the Paradigm provides. I didn't find the fit to be as roomy as I get with the Lone Peak 6 which is my trail shoe. While the Via Olympus has the Ego Max midsole, it felt VERY different from the Paradigm 6 and the Torin 6, and both had the same material (just diff stack heights). I was really surprised by this and wound up returning them.

Not the same ego max… the via midsole is tuned up to be intentionally firmer… you don’t want squishy foam in a max stack shoe so they still feel light and responsive, way more stable, and don’t pack down in 2 months.

With the original fit the Via Olympus beats the bondi by far and is great. Not as much cushion as the Clifton or as steak yet slipper like as the Torin 5, it’s great in its own right as a recovery shoe as well. After a race day nothing feels better than the Altra Olympus.

ordered the last pair of paradigm 6 white/green/grey on amazon in my size, super excited to get them. I ordered the torin 7s prior and have been wearing them the last 2 days but I think the torin 7s are absolutely hideous shoes and they give me pretty bad joint pain in my knees. However the pain could be a result of me transitioning from brooks to altras.

I own the Paradigm 6. Love them and wear them mixed in with my other daily shoes. My question here is which pair would you recommend wearing if you're going to walk all over Disney World for a weekend between these two shoes? And if there's a better shoe for that, what is it?

Hi I’m confused the Paradigm is lighter in oz but heavier in grams…?

There's no way to understand how hard or soft they are because they have the same material they should both be very soft the only way, is to buy them and try each one. Torin 6 wide is the softest and most comfortable I'm also going to try via Olympus which I just ordered today.

I find myself wearing via Olympus! Still like my torin wide.

Bruh how am I supposed to choose between these two shoes for a versatile long distance running shoe... because, I want something that will give me more cushion and support than my torin 6 and I want something that feels easy to run in.
The pros and cons of these two shoes come to be about the same amount just in different ways.
Please leave replies telling your personal experience with these two shoes for long distance, slow pace running cuz I honestly can't decide
