This Works in saltwater too (i.e., you might get stuck in a coral or rock in a flat). Another tip: if you accidentally cast your fly in a mangrove tree, pull it back SLOWLY. I MEAN SLOWLY, don’t yank it or you will impale the hook in the tree, making it harder to release.
