I've actually been meaning to ask since your competitive testing video.
Since both the blade and the core are good in left or right, and in both attack and defense, is there an actually competitively-viable mode-change driver that lets it switch between the two(and possibly even defense) depending on matchup?
Stamina to attempt to sleep out the attack combos, and attack to better knock out the stamina types.
So Quattro' is really just good same spin stamina for either defense or stamina mode not really comp sadly, like unite does not really work for defense and the attack mode skips the ridge easily but the layer is really nuts.
@@zankye And there aren't any better alternative mode-change options? Shame.

you could have gone with the modes with an advantage against the opponent.
like Attack > Stamina, Stamina > Defense, and Defense > Attack.
That makes things overly complicated and wouldn't work how you think

I feel like that the Quattro driver from astral spriggan is better than the Quattro driver on zest Achilles idk why I just feel like it maybe try using spriggans Quattro maybe there’s a difference
I don't go by assumption the Zest Achilles one is better than the Spriggan, it is dash more resistant and shape on it is better.

@@themythtorybro The illegal disc has high owd spinning high speeds granting good stamina at the price of teeth skip, u meant at 18:10 obviously left vs left spriggans rubber blade annihilated zest. If zest didn’t have illegal or gone same spin would’ve been different.
They should’ve picked High Fusion dash and High Accel dash for the drivers. Specialy because out of the four original drivers (Accel, Fusion, Survive, and Defense) Fusion is the only one without a high variant.
No they should've NOT picked Fusion' or Accel'
No, any variant of any old driver is just a mistake, and there are better drivers that do the "nostalgia" thing better like Wave' which is just fusion if fusion was actually decent. High Fusion wouldn't be any different, trust me.
