Dad and I hit them back in the early 80'S under those conditions . Last 100 yards on the south side of 11. We filled both boxes quick. Only time I can ever honestly say all 2-4 pounders. Right place at the right time. Love your channel.

Really great rod for the light tick of a bite in bitter cold, will definitely miss less bites. It makes a difference on what you feel for sure. Sensitivity is impeccable also, can feel them breathing on the line! Can feel everything you’re in contact with underwater.
