I've had UC for 16 years. I've never had immunosuppressants of biologics. I do take sulfasalazine 2 tabs a day just for maintenance. Thes rest is diet, Fasting and keeping control on my stress. I eat everything now that I ate before I got UC. Except No Kefer, or fermented stuff like sauerkraut.
