How To Make A Low Carb Keto Friendly UNWICH? 🥬 Keto Lettuce Wrap Recipe - If you are a sandwich or a wrap lover, this low carb Keto lettuce wrap [unwich] recipe is for you. Let me know if you like this one!
Ingredients: 2 wraps
4 - 6 leaves iceberg lettuce (washed and dried) - I found this type of lettuce works best
6 slices deli meat
Egg salad:
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsps. Mayo
1 tsp. mustard
Sea salt & pepper for seasoning
2 oz. sun dried tomato
3 tbsps. diced green onion
1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
Parchment paper to wrap the sandwich.
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the egg salad: Mix the egg salad ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place lettuce on top of a large square of parchment paper in a single layer slightly overlapping.
Layer toppings into the center of the lettuce leaves starting with deli meat so the other toppings have a solid base.
Spread the egg salad. Top with sun dried tomato, sliced cucumber and sprinkle with green onion.
Using a parchment paper, tightly roll the wrap tucking in the edges as you go.

Small tip: if you find difficult to eat this wrap, try peeling down the paper as you eat.
