why is this floor plan not available anymore? I cant find it anywhere on DRB or Biscayne homes websites. It would be a bad decision discontinuing this floor plan. It's perfect.

Depends. When they sell the models, many times they will sell it with the furniture, but other times they keep the furniture and decor as they build the same model in another community. We purchased a model home in 2018, and got it with all the furniture, and then sold our other home with the furniture we had...made the move a lot easier :)

Yes, any body of water can have alligators.
But you are more likely to get attacked and killed by a cow than an alligator, they run away from us.
