For the avocado you don't have to do the toothpick thingy. Put the seed in a pot with the pointy end up and sticking out slightly from the dirt. Keep soil damp, not soaking wet. And in a couple of weeks you'll start to see growth out the top.

I think that she is creative,inspiring and I like what I see. I don't have the "Critical aptitude" of other's,I am more like someone who is curious,inspired and I admire her effort's. As far as the critic's are concerned,I see them as Jealous Hater's who don't have a life for which they can be proud.
When they did the strawberry, they put in multiple seeds. But there’s only ONE plant! Same with 3:43. They put 2 seeds but only one sprout. 4:34 those are not peach sprouts!!! When they did weed killer, there should’ve been the dead weeds; but they disappear! Weed killer kills weeds, not pulling them out of the ground.
To anybody looking to try these, do not plant directly after picking the seeds out. Like peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers, many seeds NEED to be dried out first or they will get mold/ go bad
And some fruits and vegetables don't have mature seeds yet or can be hybrid and never produce viable seeds. Also vinegar mix shown might kill foliage on dandylion but it is a perennial so will reshoot from the roots not disappear as they show.

Ok, you make it look so easy. I have tried many of these and little to no success. Still waiting for avocado seed to sprout and it's been almost two months. My mango is now about two feet talk and babying it like there's no tomorrow. My lemon seeds are just starting to sprout, it's three weeks now.

I think you can just use any soil, dirt, Or sand. Try going to Walmart or lows. There should have it in the spring and maybe summer. And other plant stuff.
