I think this is a stupid reaction, it's only natural that you don't laugh instead you look confused because you only see a small portion of the video, you don't know the background of the incident which makes it very funny.
I think you chose a wrong video to show,, the video scenes were cut too much it hard to get it funny because the situation/progress/context wasnt there
One of my favorite funny moments is when Luffy throws the nut at Usopp and it hits him in the head. Not sure why, it just really gets me 😆
