Yess I had to put a little update on the video because I really loved Jany on the dry down I thought the opening wasn’t for me but as it developed it’s actually so nice 😍❤️
I loved the opening of the BDK as well but sadly in the dry down the ambroxan took over and that beautiful soft musk and iris was lost :( I’ve been wanting to try Musc Pallas for ages can’t wait to get my hands on a sample!
It’s a shame when it turns into something that ruins it for you, Musc Pallas is gorgeous I actually would consider a full bottle, I look forward to you thoughts on it 💕
Hello, I love your videos! Your musk video is one I sometimes rewatch. Of the BDK and Jovoy fragrance, which would you purchase if you only picked one? How does the BDK oud come across?
Hi there thank you so much 💕 at this current moment after testing both, I would probably purchase Jovoy Musc Pallas, there is something a little more bright and uplifting about it, to be honest I would never have guessed that bdk has a note of Oud in it, I don’t really detect it in the fragrance, I hope this helps, try to sample both if you can ❤️
Hi Verity, I have sampled all of these fragrances except Musc Pallas & I have to say we have similar taste! I loved BDK RsH & am considering a full bottle. The ambroxan is quite strong but I like it. Celeste was too sweet for me - I suggest you try Scintilla from the same house, I liked it a lot more. Jany was a big NO for me, I also like gourmands that don’t smell too edible. Sampling is a lot of fun. The element of surprise is wonderful! 🤍🙏🏼
I am really enjoying sampling and constantly amazed at how these fragrances develop and take you on a whole journey lol, Celeste is very sweet and Jany is extremely gourmand, I did prefer the dry down its just getting past that opening for me 🫣, I will definitely try and sample Scintilla next thank you so much for recommending it 💕

I just received my sample of musc pallas and the initial sniff was not so good - but then it changed into something magical!

As much as I'd like to musk just doesn't seem to work for me😢. Musc Pallas is one of the best I've tried though
Yes its not for everyone, even I’m generally quite fussy with musk fragrances, I do love a white musk usually 💕
