This is Indult Paris (Tihota, Isvaraya, Manakara + Reve En Cuir) Review video I shot with perfume lover Alison. I've been wanting to shoot a video featuring the fragrances of Indult Paris for some time now and finally have. The Indult Paris fragrances include Tihota, Isvaraya, Manakara and Reven En Cuir. Tihota is the Indult Paris perfume I'm most familiar with as it's a beautiful cozy, slightly boozy excellently performing vanilla fragrance created by Francis Kurkdjian. In fact Francis Kurkdjian created every one of the Indult Paris fragrances. Some information about the Indult Paris Fragrances below:

It's interesting to watch both Alison and I pick the same fragrance as our favorite from the Indult Paris fragrances line but the rest of our lists are different but very interesting why we pick the fragrances we pick in the order. Overall though I love 3 out of the 4 fragrance from Indult one didn't do much for me but that's just me.

Reve En Cuir sounds like something I would try. Love the fact that it is not dominating the fragrance.
Alison is great. Hopefully she becomes a regular guest. She knows her fragrances.

I want to win, because I have great respect for Francis Kurkdjian creatians (including for Indult)- very beautiful, seample, but very elegant and "polished" untill perfection. What is interesting I still have not found my perfume from MFK.
I am interested in Reve En Cuir. USA, DE, but I have address in Armenia)))
my favorite was Reve en cuir . I would love to try to these out because the person who is behind these fragrances I love work.

Lovely review and Alison is sharp and nice, the scents sounds very interesting and beautiful, would love to try isvaraya.
I love dirty jasmines and jammy roses but not fruity roses. Wasn't a vanilla fan but found a few that I like and am looking for more. I LOOOVEEE leather frags but not herbals very much. Hmmm. I think Isvaraya would be my fave then Tihota or Manakara then Reve. LOL, poopy? Really like FMK. My fave dirty jasmine's are Atelier Jasmine Angelique, ELDO Jasmin et Cigarette and an unmarked Henry Jacques that I have in a Firmenich crystal bottle; It's dirty, pure, deep jasmine and nasty, musky civet in pure parfum.
Tihota has been on my to-try-list for what feels like forever! The price tag has kept me away so far, but hey. Manakara sounds delicious, too. (Edited because I commented before finishing the video).
My favorite straight up Vanilla so far has been Montale's Vanille Absolu, and I am curious how Tihota would compare.
I'm interested in anything that kurkjian has done. I love his nose. Current fav is Gaultier 2. Its FK vanilla amber musky
Awesome review!! I have been dipping my toes into the world of niche perfumery, slowly building my collection. I have been hearing about Tihota here on TH-cam. How would you say it compares to Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille? I like the note of vanilla, as long as it doesn't smell like a straight up vanilla bean i bake with. Even UBV is a bit too monotone for me, I think the woodsy dry down saves it from being vanilla extract.
Also, if I like TF White Suede and Tuscan Leather, do you think Reve en Cuir would be too tame? Is it even a leather fragrance at all, or is it something else first and then leather as a secondary or even a tertiary thought?
Another annoying question :) Does Manakara smell like a particular type of candy or just sweet in general. I loooove gourmand scents. Is it anything like Kilian Love? I know many say it's burnt sugar, but to me it's all about PEZ candy, and it''s kind of a bummer for me. I am looking for a sweet frag that's different or niche-y as you put it :)))

I would love to snag some samples, firstly to try any Kurkdjian fragrance is a total pleasure.
And amongst the four, Manakara sounds yummy (since I am developing a new found appetite for sweet juices) and Tihota (since vanilla based perfumes make me smile endlessly), and also since Tihota sounds a lot like one of my favorite vanilla fragrances ever, Santa Maria Novella's Vaniligia.

I'd like to win because I love fragrance and always like to try something new. Tihota sounds the best to me and I don't know of anything that is similar. Thanks for the giveaway and everything you do for the fragrance community. Colorado.
I love vanilla, so my favorite would probably be Tihota. The closest fragrance that I would have to it would be Jazz Club by Maison Margiela, but I don't think they would smell similar. It is however the only vanilla, musk fragrance I own.
Thank you Sebastian! I received the samples today. The first one I'm trying out is Reve En Cuir. The name is fitting bc it's almost a leather scent but not quite. Like you said it's more automatic. I think is lovely, but not worth the price. If it was stronger maybe it would be.
Reve En Cuir sounds the best one from the line, I would like to win the sample set since I am not familiar with this house. My favorite similar one might be Musc Ravageur. State is Florida.
Tihota has superb vanilla note. Best vanilla note after SDV. But femmine.
Haven't tried any of these. The cuir one sounds very interesting. Hopefully similar to Tuscan Leather somewhat?
I like to try Tihota, because of vanilla; my girlfriend really like Dulcis in fundo, but we are looking for something similar but different at the same time!

How would you compare Tihota to Vaniglia del Madagascar?
They have similarities but not identical. I'd have to smell them side by side to test to see the differences! :)

Agree that plastic automizer can change a fragrance somewhat. I think I'd like to try the "dirty" one...Isvaraya. I like my scents a little on the dirty side and enjoy plum in fragrances. I doubt that I have anything quite like it, but I love the "dirty" and plum in Femme Rochas. I'm in Tennessee.
